Rang tonight for pizza...guy on phone took the.order, then said driver doesn't know where Melbourne Airport is??? Even though its 3 mins away by car. They don't know about GPS??? Told him to get a competent driver, he said 'if i pay more for good staff you'll have to pay $20 for your pizzas. It's not our problem mate if you employ workers on student visas from overseas for $5hr. Boys were waiting for their food...we rang back, guy said driver will be there in 5 mins.. but never turned up. We rang back again and were told freeway was blocked??? Utter lies!!! Bad service for a 20yr company, im on a 12hr shift...had to eat chips from a vending machine 0/10 service...lazy management, bad customer service. Maybe immigration and the A.T.O needs to pay a visit to these businesses to stop this happening? Pissed off...

1 star rating sounds way too generous, would have given a 0 if it was possible! Worst service I ever received from anywhere in Melbourne. The staff were extremely rude especially the old guy who deserves a punch in his face. Waited nearly an hour for the pizza whilst I was completely alienated without getting any form of attention and when the issue was raised, he had the audacity to tell that I would have received my order sooner if I ordered it fast enough whilst serving others?? (too ignorant of the fact that the order was made nearly an hour ago; instore mind you) Whilst giving them the benefit of doubt after they told that we'll receive our pizzas in 5 mins since they are just being put in the oven, I had to wait another 20 mins. In the end, had to walk out empty-handed. WORST PLACE EVER.

I am a life long recurring customer and my family has all been customers of Don Luigi's since they originally opened for business in around the early/mid 1980s. Their Pizzas have always been exceptional value and are always fresh and well packed with top ingredients (as is the rest of their now extensive menu). No matter where we end up living in Melbourne, we still go out of our way to come to your store, for both the great food and the awesome service.The staff are very friendly, professional and are true masters of the art of making traditional Pizzas and other dishes. 5 out of 5 stars is simply not enough to convey how truly awesome the store is and how special/valued it is to us! All the best for the future and never change :)

Was served by a man named Jack… Ordered a Family 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 Super Special with no anchovies and no prawns. What was given to me was just a Super Special, with prawns and no olives. When mentioned the order was wrong, Jack told me I ordered wrong and asked for no olives. Won’t even mention the lack of 1/2 and 1/2. When mentioned I have a seafood allergy, I definitely ordered no seafood, he told me again well you ordered wrong, then took the pizza off me and threw it on top of the pzzai oven. Overall, very rude, and whilst I have come to enjoy the pizzas here, this experience has turned me off returning.

DO NOT GO HERE..!! Had to do one star, as you can't do no stars..! Absolutely disgusted..!! Been ordering on and off from here for a few years.. Their standards are up and down... Had many disappointments from their food and heat upon delivery, also considering they are literally 1 min up the rd from us, yet it ALWAYZ takes over one hour to get our food .. But tonight, the delivery man spat on our stairs in x2 places and the gnocchi was full of sauce and not even 20 tiny pieces of gnocci..!! Oh no way will we order from them again..!!! Might as well spend more and order from Amarni's and they never disappoint..! Yuck..

Waited an 1hr and 40min for delivery in Gladstone Park. Called after an hour and was told my order just went into the oven and would be there in 8min. 15min later got a call from delivery driver saying he was outside but can’t find my number. 15min later still no pizza. Called the store again and said pizza still not here. Person on the phone said manager is yelling at the driver now, then got told manager is bringing the pizza and was hung up on. All I got was a sorry, still had to pay for 3 pizzas and a garlic bread that had been driven around Gladstone Park for god knows how long. Never again!!

This place actually make a disgusting food. I ordered one pizza and one parmigiana. It was actually disgusting. I did not eat at all. I had to throw it all in the bin. I contacted them and told them this is what happened with the pizza. They said don't order like this again. Next time order different. I vomited two times and my little was crying because she wants chips and I could not feed her for the chips because I didn't want her to get sick as well.

The pizzas are great and are good if you are having a party or guests over as they are big, but I would recommend going to the store to pick them up. My last 2 orders were missing drinks, the most recent one being two 2 litre Cokes were missing. Delivery driver was Angry and wanted the full amount even though my drinks were missing To his credit he did go back to bring the drinks in but had added an extra 2 dollars to the total. As I mentioned above, great pizzas so recommend going in to pick them up

PLEASE DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM HERE!!!!! I ordered one of their special of the house pizza and I can easily say that it was one of most shittiest pizza's I have had in Melbourne. The Pizza was not even cut into slices and to make matters worse, THERE WAS A BUG under the pizza.... I felt disgusted. @Owner Firstly It wasn't a fly and Secondly I found that insect under the base of the pizza while i was having my pizza. However the way you respond to your customers shows how much value your customers.

Where do I begin? It seems like all the one star reviews are very similar. We waited 1hour and 20 before calling and was told it was coming out of the oven and the driver will be here shortly... 25 minutes later the driver showed up with what was probably the worst pizza I've had. Won't be ordering from there again.

Definitely the worst lasagne I’ve ever had. Menu says traditional homemade lasagne with bolognese sauce. There was nothing traditional about it. It came with shredded ham. Felt sick after the two mouthfuls I had. Rest went straight into the bin. This place used to be good with the original owners a few years back.

It’s been a long time since my last order because it was a mess of a pizza, but I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was crisp (passed the shake in the box test) and topping just right. Value for money it’s the best in the area. Recommend

Ordered online site gave delivery estimate of 1hr is Saturday night so went with it called 1hr and 20mins after order and was told it was on the way called another 20mins later told they were still preparing and would be another 20mins so

Worst pizza experience. Called in for a delivery order, we were told it would be 55min to an hour. 11/2hrs later the pizza actually arrived. It was dry, burnt in places and tasteless. Weren’t offered any compensation. Don’t eat here!

We ordered a variety of 12 pizzas and all were delicious! The family sizes were large and what you expect. Guests enjoyed their meal and also commented on the great pizzas. Thank you! And the bald, friendly chef was there …

Best margarita I have ever had! Always delicious no matter what I order and lovely family. Live opposite an opposition pizza place and feel a bit guilty getting delivery but still order from them!

Quality, genuine Italian pizzas. They have been here over 20 years, so they must be doing something right for a lot of people. Entrances from inside and outside shopping centre.

Pizza's are great a number of different sizes that are available to choose from. They do deliver prices are a little on the expensive side and service can be slow.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and scallop potatoes for take away. I would say it’s a pretty decent pizza place. Good for dine in or takeaways. Plenty of parking too.

Very nice pizza, I can never get over the authentic taste, been eating it for years this is truely the original pizza shop of Gladstone park.
