What a fabulous night yesterday !! I felt compelled to recommend and write a review. Absolutely fantastic spa, I had treated with a great respect. My treatment was amazing. It is relaxed, clean, professional atmosphere right when I walk in and all of the staff are extremely polite, friendly, kind, and accommodating. I was welcome two times with the Donna's ginger tea. It was so delicious. Thank you so much, Donna Spa for the wonderful and unforgettable experience ❤❤❤❤❤.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I opted for the harmony package, a 3 hour session which included a whole body scrub, followed by a luxurious bath with flowers and a 1 hour whole body massage with essential oils. This spa has a serene ambience and the rooms and changing areas were classy, clean and well maintained. The staff and masseuse are well trained and exhibited commendable customer service skills. Would definitely visit this place again.

A little pricey but absolutely worth it. It was such an incredibly relaxing experience, and you really feel truly pampered. I got a package with the donna excellent massage and a body scrub. I think Nadia was my masseuse and she was great and attentive. She asked me twice during the massage of the pressure was okay for me. I was so relaxed i almost fell asleep, even while she was expertly working the knots out of my back. I highly recommend!

Absolutely love it. Both the female therapist pressure was on point for my husband and I. If you had the time I recommend to do the whole 3hrs spa service. If not, you are able to access the spa wellness facilities eg. Sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Before or after your massage. Price point wise it's definitely on the pricey side. For the signature massage for 90 mins 390/400 rm. However, it definitely equals to great service and experience rendered.

I intended to gift a spa session to my mom, they have gift voucher or just email them the appointment and pay them on PayPal. The atmosphere was great and the services too, friendly staffs. If you are waiting for your partner, you can just chill in the lounge. You gotta call them for an appointment though since they only can fit 10 people in a time.

Very bad EXPERIENCE, The reception "service" was however, beyond anything I have ever experienced as far as bad workers. Totally uninterested lady with the attitude who really made zero effort to make one feel welcomed. You are as a front liner should have a great manner.The receptionist's response was appalling and unpleasant.

Spa is attached to hotel so the facilities are well maintained and clean. Offpeak hour promotion is decently priced. 5 stars for their operating hours at night. It’s rare gem in KL when pampering is needed after a long day. Walk in without booking or just a call to them is easy as well.

كانت تجربه رائعة مكان جميل وخدمة جيدة *السعر مرتفع قليلاً* ولكن اذا أردت ان تعمل مساج في كوالالمبور فلن تجد مكان بنظافة ورقي دونا سبا اخترت نادية لتقوم بعمل المساج لزوجتي بناء على التعليقات السابقه وكانت جيده وقامت لزمي بعمل المساج لي وايضا كانت جيده شكرا لكم على هذه التجربه الرائعه

Great place to iron out the tensed muscles especially if you run like me every day. My first Swedish massage post pandemic era so it was one of the bedt one. Price is of course as five star as the treatment. We had the couple room for different type of treatment and it sas divine

Amazing spa. Great therapists and lovely spa. Clean with nice decor. I had a 3 hour treatment package and each therapy was excellent. My therapist was top notch. She was excellent at all tasks and very talented. Highly recommend it. Will return again.

Love it! right up from the recep to masseuse! Masseuse apply just the right pressure on the right points. Premise is clean and sanitised. The soothing music and the relaxing ambience make the entire experience a truly great one. Highly recommended.

The manicure and pedicure are highly over priced. I went back twice to fix the same nails. Both times they painted the same area several times and left some areas of my nails bare. Really sloppy application and the manicure is 250MYR!

Amazing and friendly staff! The service was great and the prices were affordable. You get more than what you pay for. My therapist Carol was awesome. She adjusted her technique to my liking. Would definitely recommend if visiting KL.

Very nice place at Marriott hotel. Nice changing rooms and showers. I had amazing body massage. just unlucky that was 1h because I booked last minute. Definitely need to come back.

메리어트 호텔 5층에 좋은 시설. 좋은 위치. 열심히 마사지도 하심. 그러나 여긴 호텔 마사지. 가격도 90분에 490링킷. 세련되지 못하다는 생각이 드네요. 마사지사가 열심히는 하시는데ㅡ거친손도 그렇구요. 저돈이면 잘란알로 시장에서 하는 발마사지가 훨씬 낫네요ㅡ.
