Now I don't need to go all the way to Williamsburg to get some good fried chicken. When you walk in there are Kiosks that customer came order from. Options include Pies N Thighs, Milk, MoonBowls, DomoDomo, Birch Coffee, Little Grenjai and Little Cesears. I actually like the concept because it makes these restaurants a little more accessible by housing them in one place and downtown bk gets a lot of traffic these days so this is the prefect place for people to hang out or come for lunch. I got the chicken box from Pies N Thighs. It came with 3 pieces of chicken,a biscuit and Mac & cheese. The biscuit was huge and fluffy, I really wish I had some jam to go along with it but it was perfect. The chicken came out hot and fresh and I enjoyed about 2 and half pieces before I tapped out because it was so much. My least fav was the Mac and cheese because I just prefer my Mac and cheese baked but it was okay. They have lots of seating, they played good music and they serve good foods. I don't think they will have any trouble getting customer through the door. I would come back to try some of the other options they offer here.

Glad to hear about Doordash Kitchens opening up in Downtown Brooklyn. It's centrally located and easily accessible by Metro lines. It has a clean seating area so you can just drop in. Other ghost kitchens concepts I've gone to in the past were true ghost kitchens so I like this flexibility. Plus the food is really good.

On this trip, I was drawn to Moonbowl's not one but two vegan options, the Avocado Bulgogi and Sesame Surprise. Feeling adventurous, I went for the Bulgogi. I'm not a huge fan of Impossible "beef" (tastes too close to the real thing) and I've cooled on kale, but this bowl got me to boomerang back. So much flavor. It helps that the "beef" has been broken down into smaller pieces and the kale has been marinated in citrus. The stars though are the pickled Fresno chiles and charred peppers that added pops of acidity, tartness, spice, and sweetness to each bite.

I spoke to the Assistant Manager and he dropped that they're looking to expand the selections and bring in a vegan and an Indian restaurant. I am all for it.

DoorDash Kitchens is a ghost kitchen food hall that opened their downtown Brooklyn location on May 4, 2022. This Brooklyn location is their biggest location to date, conveniently located near a plethora of train stations and bus lines. DOMODOMO, Kings Co Imperial, Pies 'n' Thighs, Moonbowls and a few others reside there. They even have a nicely-sized area in the back called "Nimbus" that has a kitchen and you can rent the space out for private events. Courtney was present at a kiosk near the entrance. She was super friendly, was super helpful and kept the large space tidy. I chose the "Pies 'n' Thighs" option. The fried chicken box (white meat) with mac n cheese and biscuit. The fried chicken was juicy, seasoned and fried to perfection. The mac n cheese was decent. It was nice and creamy but don't expect southern baked mac n cheese here. It's more like noodles and cheese made on the stove. The biscuit was huge, buttery and flaky. It was quite tasty on its own but a jelly or jam would have taken it to another level.

Really awesome concept, you can order from several local favorites like Kings Co Imperial, Pies n Thighs and DOMODOMO. You can order from any of the vendors using one of several e-kiosks when you walk in. Then you can order drinks or coffee from Birch Coffee with employee behind the counter. Handful of high seats and tables, some comfy lounge chairs in the back. Fast and easy check in at the front when you walk inside. Recently tried a fried chicken box from Pies n Thighs. I liked that the biscuit is big and more flaky, lighter than the Popeyes biscuits and easier to rip apart into smaller bites. Fried chicken was crispy and juicy, cooked perfectly. Fellow yelper enjoyed the avocado bulgogi which looked and tasted like real bulgogi... like an Impossible bulgogi... sort of regret not getting that. A friendly outgoing DoorDash employee full heartedly recommended it, wish I listened to him! Good amount of tables. Single toilet bathroom was clean. Luckily was not that crowded when I stopped by. Would def visit again!

Huge fan of the restaurants over here. All the restaurants here have been wonderful and offer a really tasty variety of dishes (Aria and 2 Girls Cookshop are favorites!). However, I'm docking a star off my rating because something a little disturbing happened earlier this evening. At around 7pm, a customer was eating his dinner inside when two young men came in, grabbed that customer's food while he was eating it, stole it, and simply walked out with it laughing, leaving that customer stunned and horrified. Unfortunately the staff weren't at the counter when it happened which prevented the victim from getting help. I hope the security cameras caught it to ensure that the team can watch out for the 2 young men to prevent this event from happening to another unsuspecting customer. I know it's not the establishment's fault but it does make me slightly wary to dine here since there's no security around to ensure that this sort of thing won't happen again.

First time stopping by the new DoorDash Kitchens food hall and was extremely impressed! They have plenty of seating options, free Wi-Fi, and a coffee bar. As for food, there are several options: -Kings Co (Chinese) -Domo Domo (Michelin star Sushi) -Moonbowls (healthy/Korean) -Pies n’ Thighs (Chicken biscuits/breakfast) -Little Caesar’s (pizza) -Milk Bar (dessert) It’s cool how you are able to order from multiple concepts in the same order as well. I ordered from Moonbowls and the food was delicious/came out super quick. I’ll be back for sure.

I came here to order some baked goods. After being told that I can only order from the tablet, I proceeded to do so. As I was clicking through to place order, I asked for code to use bathroom. I am visibly pregnant and she said "no its only for customers you have to wait until you have a receipt." Well, I was going to be a customer but I fixed that by leaving promptly instead of purchasing anything. Smh.

Great place to get some work done with some friends. Lots of seating. Wifi is good and there's a ton of different food options to order here. My friend splurged on DomoDomo sushi and I got a Kings Co Imperial general tso's bento which I thought was really good and super filling. Excited to come back here and try more. Love that you can order it all from one kiosk. Oh and they serve coffee too.

A welcoming space to grab coffee and a quick meal. I ordered sushi from Domodomo and it was ready in just a few minutes. Wifi is strong with plenty of seating / outlets if you're looking to work for a bit. The staff is friendly and the bathroom is nice and clean - would definitely come here again!

Bad experience with jfk which I order using the app of doordash.. I had to cancel an order that I was waiting more that 2 hours and never came.. this JFK is located in Pitkin Avenue in brooklyn NY. Doordash should be more careful who they work with because is their name on the line

We ordered Dandan Noodle and Khao Soi. The khao soi was just way too salty, super salty, to the point that I had five bites then just couldn’t eat the rest. Way too salty. Dandan noodle.. portion is too small. Just ok. Not tasty. Overpriced. Two stars cuz the staff was friendly.

Really cool idea with a great food selection and cafe space! I ordered a meal from one restaurant and dessert from another on the kiosk and sat there to work for a bit (really good wifi as well). Would highly recommend checking this place out!

This is a pretty cool place. A place to work, think, and eat all in one. DoorDash Kitchens has officially occupied this space for a month since opening in May. Customer service is top notch. I will definitely come back to visit again.

  • Lauren Adel

The worst support I’ve ever received. Given the wrong item and overcharged. Support lied to me about the resolution time frame time and time again the hung up on me when I tried to ask for a case number. Do not use them.

  • M T.

Never ordering again since you allow your employees to disrespect customers with online videos of them vandalizing food and making rude videos about clients who don't tip PRIOR to getting their orders!!!! DISGRACEFUL

  • Fox Trail

Their machines won’t accept gift cards to the individual restaurants and the attendants are clueless as to how the place even works. Just a good concept for a place that doesn’t actually work.

  • Duran Sherzoy

I got some cookies from here recently. I’m sorry I can’t post pictures. I eat them too quickly. They’re that good. Come here for yourself and try them take photos. Post them here.

Extremely long wait times. Lady isn't willing to check on orders. They expect you to wait 40 mins. Don't bother unless you order ahead.

Clean space, friendly staff and good food. Ordered lunch and dessert and worked from the café for a bit. Food met my expectations and WIFI was reliable.

Love the Domodomo and this kitchen concept with various different restaurants to try out and very convenient. Recommended!

The lady on the counter is the rudest person I have ever met. I definitely won’t go there again.
