These guys are complete rip-off artists. I am amazed they are still in business. After dropping off 9 shirts and being given a receipt saying it would be approximately $54 I picked up my shirts and was given a bill for $94!!! That's over $10 a shirt for regular cotton. Upon questioning they had added $2.25 delivery fee per shirt ( which was deducted after I pointed it out) and $2.50 per invoice as an Environmental recovery fee. My nine shirts were spread over 4 invoices so $10 in fees. Is that even legal??? Needless to say I will never go back. They are thieves! I will spread the word. Take your business somewhere else and you will save yourself from being a victim of these con-men. Their prices are double anyone else's.

My ivory satin wedding shoes spent time (during photos) slowly sinking into the soft lawn. When I took a look, it was clear they were stained with mud. When I took them to Dove Cleaners I was told that they couldn't guarantee how clean the heels would get, but they would do their best. When I collected them, I was gobsmacked. The shoes looked like they'd never been worn! They had been cleaned by hand. Paper was carefully bunched into the toe and heel of each shoe to keep their shape and they were placed carefully in a flat-bottomed bag for gentle carrying. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thank you!

I’ve been using Dove for 8 years now and always happy with the service and quality of their work. I’ve been using dry cleaners for over 30 years for my suits/shirts in various cities in Canada and the US and Dove is the best I’ve seen. No question they’re more expensive than the run of the mill cleaners but it’s worth it. I particularly enjoy chatting with Fernanda when we stop in. She always greets us by name, asks about our family, and we couldn’t ask for better! Exceptional service from Fernanda!

Had a 5 star experience here when I had to dry clean my dress that had water spots all over it. The spots were on there for at least 2 years as that was the last time I wore the dress, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The woman (I’m forgetting her name sorry) and Shermin were very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring! The dress came back BRAND NEW. Wish I had an after picture because I was stunned, attached is a before picture. Thanks again!

Special thanks to Mr. Shermin, and Fernanda - there was a complaint he met us and thoroughly explain to us the what he can do, he kindly offered to remedy the situation with a slight repair. We offered to pay he refused and said I want you to be happy and we are : ) I’ll be returning I recommend you to bring your fine clothing to be clean!
