Terrible. Unprofessional front staff and hygienist. Outdated facilities- dingy rooms with stained radiation smocks. The reception is the only updated area. A revolving door of dentists- Dr. Rodgers is especially ineffective and seems like a used car salesman when recommending procedures that aren't needed. I can not stress this enough- get a second opinion before getting anything done. Pay attention to the negative reviews and dismiss the positive, generic and glib ones. Parking is also a nightmare.

I believe I spoke with Ms. Regina with the braids and glasses. She was the sweetest. She was able to book my appointment, check my insurance, and go over my bill and referral. The hygienist, whom I believe was Ms. Melissa, was so patient with me. I was very nervous and she was able to make sure I was taken care of with dignity. The dentist was Dr. Patel and she was so nice to me. She explained in detail what was going on and her plan for me. She was gentle and we shared a little bit about our pets.

I don't normally leave a review sharing my experience with any business entity, yet today I'm going to share. Today I received the best dental experience ever with Dr. Patel and Dr. Candace. These two professionals demonstrated the highest level of customer service mixed with passion for what they do in a spirit of excellence. They educated me step by step verbally and visually. I was pleasantly surprised on my visit. I dread dental visits but something has definitely changed. From reception to hygienist to dentist, all the new staff (to me) were very nice and I felt great leaving and actually looking forward to my next visit. I don’t know what changed but I can definitely tell the difference.

Love this dentist office! The front desk crew is the absolute best - so helpful and compassionate. Johnny is a total rockstar. After years of hating going to the dentist, I always feel so comfortable getting my teeth cleaned. And Dr. Rodgers is so skilled and sweet. Highly recommend!!!!

My experience this visit was excellent. This was my first time seeing Dev, the hygienist. Not sure I got the name right but he provided excellent care and I would love to have him as my regular in the future. Very thorough, caring and professional.
