Assisted a friend with going to Dr Moola - this friend was nauseous and feeling weak. From the very start the receptionist was strange, I called her to ask if we could book an appointment and she said the line was bad and would call me back but she never did - I called her back. The receptionist is incredibly confusing and does not give direct instructions - I had called her and she told me to send her in at 11 30, which I did. Then my friend was told she can't come inside and needs to wait outside with other patients - why? Even if that is covid related, why would you leave sick patients outside in the elements with no seating area at the least? I found that unacceptable as my friend was feeling like passing out. So she waited in the car with me and I phoned the receptionist again and told her that we're in the car. Some time passed and I called the receptionist again only to be confused again by her language - she talks a lot and does not give clear communication. She told me to send her in and she'll be screened at the door? So that's what we did. Once at the door my friend was turned away again and was told that we are at fault. Dr Moola came out and said "We can't have that here" and turned my friend away. We then went to Dr GC Van Zyl who has comparable rates but is so much better! We made an appointment and arrived at the time and my friend received treatment. No waiting in a line outside. I used to go to Dr Moola regularly but he's just lost two patients.

I have been here for 30 minutes outside the doctors room as I was chased because of a nose block I have explained I got from walking from the taxi rank an am 7 months pregnant and that doesn't count for anything so I got tired of waiting an I have resorted to walk back to another doctor in this rain.

Really great doctor, been going here for almost ten years, never had any issues only good things to say. The doctor is always there and really listens to you and already knows what's wrong especially when he finishes sentences for you from symptoms. Kind hearted doctor.

Dr. MA Moolla is a friendly Kind hearted man, he pays attention to everything and take your concerns seriously I'm very happy with the service I've been recieving, also the Sister Helping with the Vitals is friendly and easy to talk to if ever you have questions

DR Moolla and his team always make you feel at ease. And Dr Moolla does follow up calls or messages to patients. And in these uncertain times, I appreciate the extra care they are taking.

The receptionist was horrible to us. WE DIDN'T GET TO SEE THE BECAUSE OF HER. SHE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO TALK TO US. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD SERVICE AND NO RESPECT AT ALL!!

Secretary is not the best in the Market but the Dr is great, which is what is important right....

He take time with his patients, and is also available after hours on his phone to advise.
