I do not recommend this place. I went there for my immigration papers as Dr. Zarian appears as the closest recommended place on the USCIS website in order to get the paperwork required for immigration. I have been there 3 times, The wait time at the office was over one hour the first day, and about half an hour the other two. The papers that im requesting are not complicated but you do need to get a blood sample to see what vaccines you have, so an estimate of a week or two to get his done should be enough. But the Dr. gave me the wrong prescription so the blood sample was not correct and had to do it again. Then I had to wait one week for a person to return from vacation which is the one that fills out he papers. Now Im waiting because I need to get a vaccine that they dont have and they tell me that they didnt make the payment to the supplier so its taking longer to get the vaccines, so they even admit to being a mess with accounting and administrative work. I have been waiting for 40 days to get this done and still not able to get the papers. They charge ahead $200 so Im not able to do much else but wait. Its been very complicated and extremely long which is making my immigration process take longer as well. Its been the worst experience at a Doctors office I've had, I have been to several others to know that they dont do a good work here.

Went to his office 2 weeks ago and I had a lot of pain he took blood samples from me and told me that he will have it on the portal and all I have to do is go online put in my code and I will see it. 2 weeks go by and have not heard or seen results on his web portal so I decided to call the office this morning to see what was going on and I was told my results were not in. Are you kidding me ? So after making a little fuss about it they told me that the doctor will call me in the afternoon and it is already 4 pm I would recommend highly do not go to this Dr. And if you do god help you if you have a serious problem!

Dont go here! I never use the black card however they did not want to treat me. I spend 20mins filling out this form. im self-pay so i understand however .. she completely looked at me and said...”well ya know its $150...upfront”. I said ok. started counting my money and sat it on the counter(decide to use credit card) with my ID. she said “so you still want to see the doctor?” NOO I JUST spent 20mins filling out these sheets because for fun! I asked to stop running my card and left. No hospitality and no customer service . Front desk negative 5 stars. i felt soo uncomfortable

a great doctor but i am 23, a young man, and he is refusing to give me cough syrup when i have had a cold for a month now, and he made me get my flu shot which amplified my cold and made it twice as bad. Ive been sick for a month and im waking up with a cough, and he is still afraid to give me codiene. insane, i am just looking to get healthy, not be a junky.

I was a patient at this office several times throughout COVID for testing and periodic checkups. The staff was very friendly and professional. Clean office. Dr. Zarian wasn't slated to see me but would personally check in with me after my scheduled doctor finished with my appointment (she was also great). Great team, only positive experiences.

Dr Zarian is thoughtful and thorough The office is organized and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Zarian for anyone in the Encino area. I have been seeing Dr Zarian since I moved to the valley 6 years ago and he has helped me navigate skin, heart, and blood concerns.

He is a compassionate caring physician who loves his job. He was my mother family physician for years and took a great care and now he is our family physician. I recommend him very highly.
