Dont expect to get hospitable service if you're not Polish or other Euro decent. With the exception of the young receptionist at front desk that was the only one that was professional; hence for the 2 stars. There was an old woman that was snub and rude throughout the whole time that we were sorting out my insurance information, even saying "we dont have time" to call and verify my benefits. As well as unecessarily throwing all sorts of out of pocket cost prices at me, as if I was ignorantly walking in there expecting free care. Despite having a good company insurance from Blue Cross, I still got treated poorly and overall not welcomed as a new patient. I ended up walking out without seeing a doctor. Ive been to several "urban" clinics and had much better experiences.

Worst doctor ever, could not even diagnose a urinary track infection, I spent $100 on him then $100 on useless pills he prescribed and ended up in a hospital same day diagnosed with a kidney infection. With all the symptoms I gave him he did not even think to check my urine for bacteria. What a shame, he is in it just to get his money.

I have been going to this doctor for years. Dr. Rzucidlo is a well informed and educated doctor. Any time I have had a situation he was there to help me. Anytime I was in the hospital he was always concerned and visited me. He is honest and trustworthy. I would recommend this doctor.
