So it’s Thursday, September 24th 2020 at 3:20 pm. I called in to the office at 9:05 am this morning. I was told they were booked and I should call back at 11 am to see if they’re any cancellations on the list. I called back at 11:04 am. I was told to hold.... An employee (female) came back on the phone and stated that someone cancelled at 3:30 pm. I told her BLUNTLY that I was a new patient and asked her what the wait would be. She said, “it depends....” “the doctor may spend 15 mins with a patient or “45 mins... it all the depends.” I asked her if they’re any earlier appointments she said no and offered I come in the next day at 9am.” I told her I took the day off from work so this is the only day I have. I told her I will be there at 3:30. I showed up to my appointment at 3:15 pm. Waited 5 mins or so. Went to the admin at the desk, she handed me a clipboard and told me to sign in. I signed my name in....30 seconds later, going back and forth for 20 mins or so, I was told that I did NOT have an appointment and the doctor won’t be able to see me.... Hold up. Wait... what!!!?? I most definitely have an appointment and I need to be seen ASAP. I was rooting for this place to be hospitable and welcoming but it was NOT. The representative from this morning was RUDE and should not be answering phones. This was a bad taste in my mouth and a HUGE disappointment. I had to wait to speak with Dr. Reddy who then decided to see me. Please people- for the love of GOD. JUST BE KIND! Customer service is Everything. If you choose to come here, be prepared to deal with rude, snobby, callous, unhappy individuals. You will not get good customer service here. This is my first and LAST visit. I’m only waiting patiently to see the doctor because I already took the day off and because I need to be seen today.

Ive been going to them for 10+ years. If you have an appointment, expect to be sitting over 3 hours. 5+ hrs if you come as a walk in. The husband and the daughter are kind and patient. However, the past few appointments/ walk ins, I’ve been seeing Lalitha and she’s been inappropriate and dismissive. She pulled on my stomach to make fun of my excess skin insinuating I was pregnant. I simply told her I lost it from weightloss and she had apologized. Still, not appropriate. I recently had covid and asked her for a doctors note for my job and for advice on how to get better. She did not tell me how and instead told me its my fault for getting covid for not having “enough” booster shots. No one wants to hear its their fault when they get Covid. She would not write me a note until I go to urgent care and bring a test from them. (She Then told me I should not have came if I have covid so I dont spread it.(I knew this) I called everyday with no answer and left a message. I finally got them to answer me a week later and the nurse told me to come in. So how was I supposed to get help? Why didn’t the nurses know that they should tell those infected to stay home and wait for further steps? I was also told that I was wasting her time and that she has things to do as if I the infected person whose been sitting for 5 hours wanted to be there. Im completely dissatisfied and disgusted with my health care lately and think it is now finally time to move where I have a provider that takes the time to listen to my needs.

I have been a regular patient here for many years. As of yesterday and today I have left approximately 4 messages with answering service and have called to speak to ANY OF THE DOCTORS AVAILABLE more than 7 times today!!!! I have held for over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to the/a doctor and have been disconnected all times after waiting for more than 15 minutes. I have explained to the staff that I’m in a lot of pain and NEED TO SPEAK TO the doctor on call. Covid -19 does not give you the right to be mean and disregard what I need. If the staff would at least transfer me to the doctor I can explain exactly what I need. I’m very disenchanted with the way that I have been treated by my primary care facility. What infuriated me the most is that no one has taken my name and number to try and attempt to help me.

Dr. Reddy is a Great pcp. She takes her time with her patients. She is not a doctor that rush you in & out or give you anything you ask for. My family & I have been with her for the last 8 years. At times she can be a pain in the ass but that is only because she care about her patients. I will say her waiting room is pack with patients all day that is because she takes her time. Bottom line she is a DAMN Good Doctor..

I always see the physicians assistant. She is the kindest caring person I've ever met. My sister recently died n I couldn't even talk wen I came in the office about my diabetes. She took time n made sure I was ok before I left. I seriously love this lady. I was a Complete mess. I'm more than glad that I went there on that Tuesday.

I went to the doctor with my grandma and grandpa and they made us wait 2 hours before we got to see the doctor. The crazy thing about it is that we had an appointment time. This office is going from bad to worst. I would not recommend it. I will be finding a new PCP for my grandparents as of today.

This office has gone from bad to worst. These Drs have absolutely no respect for your time!!!!! Appointments are a waste of time!!! you sit and wait for hours then go to pharmacy no medication no one answering the phone at the office. Horrible greedy ppl. Took my medical records and ran not walk.

The wait time is ridiculous!!!!! Dr. Reddy will tell you to come in at 9 and you won’t be seen until 3 in the afternoon which is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! If you can’t handle your office hire more staff to help. I’ve taken my medical records and transferred !!!!!!

I’ve been going here for many year. They genuinely care for their patients. Yes the wait may be long. But I wouldn’t let that stop me from returning. Great family practice.
