Horrible Office, where do I begin. Every time I schedule an appointment I have to wait about 2+ hours before I’m taking in. Everybody is running around like crazy, doesn’t seem like they are on the same page. Dr is always rushing from room to room, hardly listens to patients concerns always rushing patients. My husband and I both got Covid-19 tested positive to COVID-19. My husband had to go to the hospital Saturday night and was asked to follow up with his primary Dr Monday. Monday came and I called her because my husband who has liver problems had a really high fever. I requested for dr to call me back to find out what I needed to do. Waited around Dr never called back. I called the hospital and they asked me to contact my Dr called her back but got the run around. Thursday morning came and I called the office once again, explained to the receptionist that I needed to talk to Dr, but she once again said Dr was very busy, that she would call me back. Waited around called again in the evening and explained to the receptionist that all I needed to know was what to do about my husband. The receptionist was super rude, she said Dr had a lot of patients in the office and that they were trying to get to them first. I explained that I had been waiting for Dr to call me back since Monday. Bottom line I do not recommend this Dr, horrible customer service. Dr and staff don’t care about patients, they just care about running a mass production practice. Will be switching myself my husband and my mother. If you care about your health and we’ll being I suggest you look for another Dr.

horrible service, I went to see doctor, on the phone I told that I have a cough, but it's not a covid. When I came in, they told that I can wait in the waiting room with other patients ( I was ok waiting in the car or outside), when nurse call my name, we went to a small room ( where they take blood and at the same time ask other patients about symptoms - no 6 feet distance ). I told that got infected from my daughter, ( she had 2 negative test) and I just want make sure that I don't have a pneumonia. Nurse went probably to talk to her supervisor and 4 of them came into the small room and asked me to leave. I did test - negative as I told. My husband called them and argued, nurse was extremally rude. I changed doctor, got my lungs checked and turned out I had inflammation, that should be treated with medication.

This place is not clean , they don’t take precautions for COVID , no temperature checks , no changing of gloves , no masks required!!!! You don’t have privacy and during the visit ,the doors are open and everyone can enter the room, making lots of noise and discomfort for patients. Besides, they keep you wait so long! I went there with my 6 month old baby and even in that case I’ve been waiting for more than 2 hours. In a word, if you want to get a good health care never go to this office.

The doctor is amazing. but the staff never answers the phone, you will never get an appointment when you NEED one , and no one calls you back with any of the lab results. also be prepared to wait ALL DAY in a crowded office to be seen . i've waited up to 3 hours .

Dr. Lilit is a true professional in his field, makes accurate diagnoses and prescribes a treatment that works like clockwork, I am delighted, I found my doctor who hears and understands me, many thanks to everyone, excellent team, excellent doctor))

Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and MA are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

Horrible costumer service. people are rude. i suggest you go to the tujunga location, they are much nicer imo. Doctor is cool though, just needs to hire the right staff, not family.

It is the worst office that we can imagine. Each time you have to wait at least two or more hours in the reception room finally to meet a “doctor” . …

So good doctor! I was here first time, it’s actually my first visit to clinic in USA. And my experience was so positive!

Don’t waste your time here.. go to the urgent care is better.. they don’t respect your time neither your appointment...
