Main Take Away: low quality shoes, low quality customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. Got these shoes this summer from the store. The zipper broke today and the hole in the sole of the shoe started about 2 months ago. Went in today to see if they could fix the shoes and they said they couldn't, which is fine. However, once I asked about a discount or some sort of compensation or even if they had shoes on sale, I was shut down and told they don't sell any sort of discount products at their store. I highly doubt this. These shoes aren't even 6 months old and now I can't wear them. They should not be falling apart and if they are, then customers need to be able to get them fixed or at the very least receive some sort of compensation. The manager had the audacity to suggest that i just buy a new pair of the same style; why would I waste my money on a pair of shoes that I know will fall apart after 4 months? For the amount of money I spent on these shoes at the very least decent customer service would be great. I have a few other pairs of Dr. Martens from over 8 years ago and they're still in great quality even after wearing them every day for numerous years.

I went to this location in the hopes of simply grabbing a pair of ribbon laces, but got distracted by the bags. Right before I was about to pull the plug on a mini backpack, Edith (a literal angel) asked if I’d seen the heart bag—a bag I’ve been in search of for LITERAL years, but they keep selling out. She went out of her way to double check the stock room and found me the last heart bag they had in stock. She even mentioned that they’d gotten four in that weekend and the other three had sold the previous day. I’ve never felt so lucky. I have my dream bag now, and it’s all thanks to the amazing customer service from Edith. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and every time the staff have gone above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, so this heart bag experience wasn’t a rarity, but it certainly felt special. Basically like being invited to buy a Birkin but for alt people lol. I love this store and this staff and this brand. if you’re in the area, stop in and check it out!

I loved the store because of their vast selection of shoes. They also had a childrens boots section. Nice comfy couch to try on your boots, very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a pair of boots at this location and I made the commute which was 30 miles away from where I live. I paid $180 for their floral high tops. I was very unsatisfied after 3 months of having them the back of my boot ripped. I was also further displeased that I paid such a great amount for boots that were made in China when I thought I was purchasing a product of originality, meaning I thought they were UK boots. Either way, my fault for not paying attention, however these boots are amazing and I love them.

I came in to find my size for my very first Dr.Marten boots and ASH was super helpful. I was looking at the black 1460 boot for either the food service or the classic. Ash talked me through my decision for my lifestyle. I usually wear the 7 shoe but Ash brought out both 6 and 7. Ash told me how they’re supposed to feel and even let me look at old boots to see the way the break in. Ash also suggested that I walk around the store to see how they feel. When I looked at a burgundy boot with ribbon laces, Ash actually took new laces and laced them on the black boot so I can see it in the color I wanted. Ash was the best!

Best customer service from management! We needed to exchange a pair of shoes we'd actually purchased in Chicago. Exchange process was simple and we decided to try a pair of different shoes on. They somehow managed to help us plus 3 other customers at the same time without skipping a beat. When they found out we had taken taken the train into town they stored our bags for us to pick up later. When we came back later there was a line but they were able to grab our bags and bring them out to us with no waiting. Totally worth the day trip for that kind of service. Plus 2 pairs of new shoes.

I don't often leave bad reviews but this was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I bought the shoes I wanted but the sales person was giving their opinion about everything I wanted. I said I wanted a larger size, they argued that they'll stretch out. I said I wanted larger socks, they argued that I shouldn't get them. Keep in mind I never asked for an opinion. Not once. I know what I like and I only needed to try them on. Happy with my boots but very unhappy with the experience.

I went in today and had an amazing shopping experience! I was greeted nicely right away from the staff. The store is absolutely gorgeous with a huge selection. I have to give a shout out to Edith. She was extremely sweet, attentive and helpful. She never made me feel rushed and was a great conversationalist. I'm glad she helped me because I finally bit the bullet and bought the Eviees I've been eyeing for months and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Happy birthday to me :-D!

I never ever write these things. My partner and I went in today. Sometimes we struggle in retail spaces, being noticed at all or being treated like we’re stealing. I really like this location, it's a beautiful store and the selection is great. The staff are so fun and friendly as well as helpful and knowledgeable. I was visiting from Vancouver Island and am so thankful I stopped in because they have a beautiful display of sandals. I found a perfect pair I had my eyes on for months and is sold out online! Looking forward to shopping here in the future.

I have never been so happy to just stumble upon a store. Went in originally to window shop but a few pairs caught our eyes. Was helped by the most knowledgeable, patient and sweetest humans named Athena & Dusty. I cannot express enough how wonderful an experience I had in this store. I came into the store with a pair of Docs that I'd ordered online, feeling silly not knowing if they fit correctly. They felt too big, but I'm never a size 6, so I thought maybe I just wasn't used to wearing these tanks-with-laces. I needed hands on, off-line help. Anyway, Adrian got me sorted; they were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. The other staff were also lovely.

I’ve been to this stores multiple times and Payton and the whole team are amazing!! Payton really has gone the extra mile every single time and now this is the only place I get my docs. Everyone is so kind and helpful, the store looks great, and I am forever loyal to this store. I’ve gotten bags and at least 4 pairs of docs there. I plan to go back soon. Check it out! <3

Good quality and super comfortable but when you order online the only way to exchange the shoes is to ship them back. Wait for them to get the shoes and then rebuy them. Which sucks when you bought them as a gift, now they won't be here on time and the black Fridays are long gone. I wish there was a way to return online orders to a store.

Awesome store. I've been here a few times now and no matter which salesperson I get, they're always great. Helpful, informative, easy going. They have a great selection of Doc's too, including a section of the Made in England line. I just bought this year's Lunar New Year shoes and I couldn't be happier with them. Thanks!

Elle was AMAZING. She was very attentive to me while also somehow being attentive to several other people she was helping, but at no point did I feel ignored or not helped. It’s like her superpower. I even ended up not buying anything, but the experience was so great that once I’m ready to make a purchase, I’ll be back.

Staff is great, super friendly and helpful. They sell Docs, obviously, you know what you're getting. Selection is pretty good; they definitely don't have all the relentless varieties of Docs, but they very likely have what you're looking for. Good stock and prices on extra laces and leather conditioners / polishes etc.

I had a great experience here. I can’t remember the name of the person that helped me (she was in crutches) but they were very helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They told me how to take care of my new boots and how to break them in. I love my boots and kinda want an excuse to go in and buy another style.

This shop has a huge selection, including limited edition runs (poker, artist series, pride, etc). The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are various seating options and mirrors available so you have comfortable places to try the shoes on or to wait out of the way of other customers.

Love the shoes. Product is amazing! However, I have had both amazing service and so so service. With a 200$+ purchase each time I think that should curtail to a higher level of customer service. Thoughts for management to give their sales people the tools and hold them accountable.

I have half sized feet, so I'm used to shoes that are just a little too tight or too loose. One of the lovely attendants understood completely from personal experience and quickly got me set up with insoles for a comfortably snug fit.
