I would have given NO stars if I could. Hamby is less than smart (to put it nicely). Her lack of basic medical knowledge is astonishing. When you ask her something, she's like a politician and talks about everything else except the question you asked. I went to her because she is REALLY easy to get into (red flag). Talk to her for 5 minutes and you will see what I mean. If you have a question after the visit, "you CAN'T speak to Dr. Hamby. She doesn't talk to patients over the phone." Is what you will be told. Very well, you're better off with Web MD anyways. I've also tried her nurse, Fallos. What are the chances of 2 quacks being there? Well....birds of a feather flock together right? She is very smiley, I will say that, but is ditzy. No thank you. If I have an issue, I want my doctor to be knowledgeable, professional, and understand the importance of my life, and everyone else's as well. The care I received there was way below the standard of medical care. Also, their receptionists aren't even pleasant. If you feel this review is harsh, you must understand what happened to me there. It's too much to type, but I will say I got another opinion from a great doctor, who took appropiate measures for what was going on, and in doing so, probably saved my life. That's why I am passionate about this review. Don't let it happen to you.

I was looking for a primary care physician and initially scheduled with Dr. Hamby. Based off the lady's attitude who made the appointment and contemplating for a few minutes I decided not to keep the appointment. Not be presumptuous about the doctor. However, that Marcella lady was very rude and dry. No people skills. Gave me the wrong vibes. I saw that as a sign. The person at the front should always represent the institution at best.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hamby and she would not make the time to see me. I made this appointment 2 months ago, and it very frustrating that the doctor would not make any exceptions to see you. Don't waste your time with this doctor. If you set up an appointment with a doctor, you expect to be seen. Not with Dr. Hamby.

Mindy has always been very professional and inquisitive every time I went to visit her about a medical problem. She listens and takes notes which shows she really cares about getting to the cause of the problem. I appreciated her compassion while I was struggling to find answers.

Worst experience! I needed an extension on my Doctors note for work. Her nurse was so rude and disrespectful...she made me feel even worse by giving me a hard time because i took longer to recover from the flu than what they expected, not everybody is the same.

I honestly don’t know where I would be without her! She always listens to me ! She takes time to make sure I have the best care. She has been my doctor for many years . The best there is in my opinion. I would recommend her to everyone and I do.

Dr. Hamby is a fine physician. She presents detailed explanations, as well as corrective actions necessary, in ways that are easy to understand. I've never felt rushed during appointments, she's always willing to answer the extra question.

Dr Mindy and her office members are flat out idiots and completly rude. They dont tell you what is needed before your appointment and if you dont have it you are turned away and they will refuse to see you or allow you to speak with anyone

Dr Mindi Hamby has been my Dr for many years. She's a wonderful Dr and very concerned about her patients. I will always respect her for everything she has done for me concerning my health. The best Dr I have ever known.

Been seeing Dr Hamby for many years. She listens and cares. And she remembers me and my family dynamics, my kids names etc. Makes a patient feel cared about!
