Very bad place to go. They dont respect the scheduled appointment plus the secretary will push you to get appointment else where if you are not happy with it. I studyed to be secretary and you should be more empathique with customers wen not happy not to escalate the situation. Very bad attitude and services.

Il fallait que je fasse un suivi pour qu'il envoi mes resultats à l'immigration. Ils les ont envoyé très très tard. Et après avoir envoyé j'ai su qu'ils ont détecté de la tuberculose et ils m'ont jamais rien di, même pas un appel pour m'aviser que j'ai un problème de santé

The worst place, they are not organized, they did not upload the exam to be submitted to CIC when I asked them a proof to renew my immigration status.
