Waiting to see the real Doctor? Having to wait 30 mins, second time was 14 mins, but I did not receive the copy of the blood work I requested, and the receptionist did not know what she had to type in for my next appointment- this is odd? But they do try hard. But I do not want to hear the patient in the other room talking to the same PA. Confidentiality? Ummmmm? If I can hear her after she says wait; talks to the next patient I can hear the issues? Ummm? Please help for privacy laws once a patient is in the room.

I normally don’t have an issue with this office. They have always been polite and professional. However I called to make an appointment this afternoon, they hung up on me when I called back they had closed. Would it have been too much trouble to tell me to call back the next day or how long can it take to make the appointment. Disappointed

They are always so very nice and accommodating here. I love coming here. I get in and out. All the staff is very nice. The doctor Merya (I can't spell) is sooo sweet. She goes over everything and is very informative. I have been coming here for years and will continue. Thank u

The office smells like old mold. The Dr. wasn't bad other than the medical issues was really being treated. Kept getting sick. The exam rooms are very small. Everytime we went the Dr. kept repeating himself about treatment, like we haven't heard it the other 4 times we went.

this business and its staff are the best. fair costs, well managed, great staff, and they do all they can to satisfy every patient. So if you are looking for as close to perfect medical experience you can get, this just may be your best shot.

Good doctor but very arrogant and grouchy and sometimes very rude I have very bad anxiety and depression problems and he does not help going to change to another doctor this year

Good doctor completely arrogant and overbearing person. Wish to never cross paths with him again.

Dr. Shannon and PA Johnson are great. They listen to all our medical complaints.
