This was my second visit to this place, my first visit was just for a vaccine, however this time I visited with dry skin issue with my pet. The only reason I went to this place was since the breeder suggested me this place, the people there might be expert at wat they do however the attitude that they have towards an issue is absolutely unacceptable. They gave a bottle of skin supplement for my pet, but that bottle was broken when I opened tye seal and when I took it back to them for an exchange the way I was treated was just not rite, more than exchanging the bottle the doctor wanted to prove the point that I broke the bottle. Neither did they exchange the syrup nor was professional in the approach. They wanted to spoil the relationship over 380/- and I am not or never gonna take my pet there or suggest this place.

Not a very professional veterinary clinic, I went with my pet for skin issue and the doctor is asking me what do u think the issue is..? I was confused if I was the doctor or the person there. More over I was given a bottle of skin syrup to add to his feed, however when I opened it I noticed the bottle was already broken and when I went back for an exchange the staff was rude and unprofessional over the exchange. Rather trying to resolve the issue he was more keen in having an argument. Not an ideal place for a long term relationship over the pet and vet.

I took my 6 month old kitten, on my patient's suggestion, for neutering. The Vet, Dr Ravi, is a nice person. He knows his job well. The procedure was completed in about 15 minutes. In about an hour, I could take her home. This is the 3rd day & she is doing fine. One of the staff, Mr Shivu is also good. The other person was a bit rough in handling the pet. I recommend this Vet for any pets needing treatment. There is a good supply of pet food & accessories too in the clinic.

Hands on experience matters a lot with the Qualification. Im glad that I took my pet to the clinic. Treatments are very transparent. They won't just give the tablets if it's not necessary. Cost of the procedure is really affordable. Anyone living near by or near Malleswaram if they are searching for the best clinic i would surely recommend this clinic. Doctors there have loads of patience in treating pets. They are very direct which most of the vets aren't.

Namaste, I have no personal experience of Doctor's services, but reading all the reviews made me so happy that I decided to rate it high and I look forward to visiting his clinic one of these days! The first time I moved to Bangalore, my biggest concern was to find a reliable vet. Dr. Ravi did not disappoint me at all. He has made me and my dog feel so comfortable by allowing us to ask questions, and get all our concerns addressed. He is very patient , calm , knowledgeable and not commercial. I highly recommend going to him and I am happy with his services

The service has been good for quite a long time. Me and my friends were regular visitors there. There was a mishandling and carelessness with a cat who required surgery. Also, the service now lacks professionalism. Please find better alternatives. And only go there if it's an emergency and all other doors are closed, especially for the surgery cases.

Best place to take your pets to regular checkups, the doctor i really such a nice person, and knows what he is doing. They have one doctor, a assistant and a helper. Also the clinic has lots of pet foods and other accessories. Totally a best place for the pets, and also you can adopt them!

Pet services are excellent and the place is well sanitized. They have pet accessories and medical supplies too so you don't have to worry about looking for medicines anywhere. However, for some medical treatments, it's too expensive. Apart from that, it's a good clinic.

We went to donate blood for another dog. The doctor was friendly and did the procedure with ease and confidence. He explained what he was doing and he gave a good idea on what to do as a follow up. Found the entire process fast and easy to do.

He treated my friend’s dog wrong. Gave wrong medications for tick fever which led to his kidney failures. We lost the dog due to his negligence and wrong diagnosis. Never ever go to his clinic. FRAUD. His license should be cancelled.
