My mother in law went into the Dr office after they confirmed her appointment there just to be told she had to travel to Valencia to see the Dr for her appointment. The Dr asked her if her blood work was done she replied yes. He then said he had nothing to do there and what was no point for her being there. How is it the patient's responsibility to have that information? When the office should obtain lab results before the appointment. He treated her badly and he is very unethical as a doctor! No patient should be treated as they do not matter. He proceeded to ask her if she knew her diagnosis she answered yes to which the Dr I"have nothing else to do here" and walked out. He lacks sympathy and professionalism as a physician who gets paid by his patients. Thanks to his patients he practices medicine. He should appreciate them and not make it all about billing the insurance company and treating them as if they are not important when they are going through a serious health condition.

What a nightmare dealing with this guy and his offices. They left me hanging for two days before my procedure, only getting back to me the day before. , When they finally did, they didn’t provide me with sufficient info and I wound up suffering through the prep for nothing only to have him delay my procedure to the point where I couldn’t carry through. When I finally got face-to-face with the doctor, he was curt, rude, and off putting to the point wherein I did not feel safe or comfortable moving forward with the treatment and decided to cancel. This Doctor needs to work on his bedside manner and his office needs to work on their effectiveness when communicating with patients. This was a terrible experience, WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

God forbid you get diagnosed with GI related issue and happen to arrive at this god awful office! Dont expect front office to do as they say. Keep harassing them and following up because you will not get help from them. Doctor is great but worst group of front office staff ever!! No follow up calls, no reminders, nothing! This is from a patient that regularly visits their office. Wait time out the door! horrible! Oh yea, if you need help with your specialty medication, don't expect Kim to ever follow up! i called over 7 times to ask status, and go over when and where my medication will be sent.Still they sent it to their own pharmacist out of my way!

If i can give him no stars i would, i do not recommend this doctor to anyone. His staff is definitely over worked and under paid. They have no clue whats going on and one time tried to give me medical advice on a situation that was clearly a emergency and thought it was okay to tell me that what my mom was experiencingwas normal after a procedure, it was not. She was hospitalized for 2 weeks. In regards to the doctor he gives you 2 minutes and dosen't look at the full issue. He assumes you are okay We are now in our 3rd hospitalization and my mother is in so much pain because of a procedure he did and its just messed her up . Shame on you "Doctor"

How can you correctly diagnose and treat a patient in less than 15 minute time frame? Doctor does not spend the time, energy or effort to effectively listen and treat the condition as a hole. Took a friend to see him after a referral from Mission Hills hospital. The office staff completely rude and disrespectful. Wait time at least 45 minutes to see the doctor and i was not impressed. If Mission hills hospital cannot recommend a decent doctor, then the valley is in trouble.

Dr Moghimi saved my life. I’m in my late 30s and let’s say did a little too much partying in my life. The Dr helped me get through every step of my cirrhosis, not only have my levels gone down but I feel great. And about the office, they are great. As I was writing this they were calling me back to schedule an appointment. Great staff, great doctor.

terrible office visit experience, girls front office are confused, dont give service, on the phone all the time, i had to wait for 45 minutes just to find out when is my turn to see the doctor, they keep saying next , after repeated asking they said i have 6 patients ahead of me, i decided to leave and see another doctor.

They definitely overbook. If they close at 530 and an hour before that they got the whole waiting room and outside hallway full of ppl waiting then that's kind of absurd. I'm gonna be here long and then u hear the receptionists talking about it and saying stuff about the patients . Not professional.

Insulted by how quick and dismissive he was. Told him my symptoms, asked if I had trouble swallowing (to which I replied “no”), and then said “you’re fine there’s nothing we can do.” Felt my stomach for 10 seconds and sent me out. Still have symptoms. Very dissatisfied.

Dear Dr Moghimi, you are humble indeed. please take care of my father, which I think you will.. You reminded me so much of Dr. Parham Amini, very close resemblance. anyhow, hope my father is free of pain. Thanks

This doctor does not care about his patients, nor does his office. Sandra is a liar and wont help you get the medication you need. If you value your health, take it elsewhere.
