Today’s date is 10/9/18. I have lived in Charlotte for a little over a year. Looked for a new family doctor, called this place and the FIRST, VERY FIRST, thing the receptionist said was “we don’t have anything open until the end of November” so i asked when in November, she said “like.. the end of November” so i asked for a specific date. And she said “the last week of November.” And that was the last thing i could take before hanging up. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Dr. Bartee-Allen has been my primary care physician for 20 years now. Her best attribute which makes her an extraordinary doctor is that she is a wonderful listener. Next, she is very personable and most importantly very knowledgeable of her practice. She is always accurate when I describe my discomfort and assists me in seeking the best medical care. Dr. Barte-Allen has been my pcp for quite a few years now. She has a great personality, very friendly and what I like about her most is that she is very knowledgeable and listens without me feeling that she’s in a rush. She can always make an accurate diagnosis and will refer to a specialist if need be.

Great doctor, detailed and listens. Talks through concerns to make sure she has everything correct to diagnose and treat you accurately. Been my doctor for years. Be patient with scheduling she's a highly rated doctor and you may not get to be on her schedule same day for routine appointment.
