I went to Dr. Vishwanath at Vasavi hospital as I was having throat pain and fever. He gave me antibiotic and fever reducer, which is fine. I also wanted to check with him regarding thyroid and pcos (I have been diagnosed insulin resistant pcos). Felt like he tried to gaslight me, he immediately dismissed that I dont have pcos as I’m “skinny”. While i have undergone multiple tests and been diagnosed with pcos. He needs to look up for “lean pcos”. Him being a Diabetologist, should have known better that not all insulin resistant people are fat and overweight. I have had thyroid pain whenever i dont take medicine on time or feel stressed I know what and how i feel about my body. It would have been better if atleast he considered what I felt. When i said i have been having thyroid pain as well he immediately dismissed that there is no such thing as thyroid pain. No other doctors ever said that, they simply retested my thyroid levels to change my dosage if required. But Dr. Vishwanath simply dismissed how I felt. Thats purely gaslighting..He just rushed through the appointment. And and 0 points for friendliness..

Such a worst doctor have seen. I consulted him for food poisoning then took medicine prescribed by him but just within 2 days after taking medicine developed worst stomach problem n got pain like hell n becz of pain my C -section part also got damage it was that much worst n when went to consult him again for the same, without hear my problem he replied like this is not my job consult some other doctor.... what the hell really he is doctor who was least bother to hear the patient compltly who developed such a worst pain becz of precribed medicine by him..... If he is doctor then not seen worst then him..... I can say one word if u r doctor then feel some shame before replying ur patient.... only earning money will not be helpful....

He just rushed through reports in less than 1 min for 12 pages, looks like not interested in patients. Just rushing to prescribe which did not give cofidence to patients, he did not even listen complete story. he did not explain anything and even if we ask no satisfactory answers. Overall I won't recommend this doctor to anyone
