As a exercise professional I can understand how the joint movement should be executed and how much the exertion should be applied. DR. NIDHI is expert in his profession. Right now my wife and I are getting physiotherapy service from her. Within a short period of time we both are feeling a great relaxation in our pain. Whereas during many of previous months, that pain was unbearable all the time and not allowing us to perform daily basic activities in a normal way.
