Adam & Jonny - both involved from the start in what we thought was a straightforward blocked drain. Cracked and collapsed pipes were discovered outside my fathers very old property. Adam and Jonny were professional in that they explained the issues on discovering them and what the possible solutions might be. They were prompt with all their discussions, quotes and information and kept us informed at all times. All the work was carried out thoroughly and efficiently. Very professional at all stages of the job - setting up, changing the time to an earlier one and most of all how the work was done. Used a combination of hydro-jet, electric snake and camera to reach an isolated ceramic trap under the house that 3 other callouts (to other companies) did not fix. Completely removed the blockage and was able to see the debris drain away and clean pipe (through camera) afterwards. The engineer took a long time to explain everything he did and how we can avoid this issue in the future. Would use again without hesitation and highly recommend.

Quoted for a job that involved excavation and removal of a whole underground piece of pipe. Accepted on this basis. Came round with an adapter and rodding cap, cut a few bits of plastic pipe and fitted together, which meant the job was much simpler than quoted. I had specifically asked if this could be done during the quoting process, and was told it could not. Charged the full amount and continue to argue that the job was performed as quoted. £465 for a few hours work!

Andrew Thomas has just been to us. He was prompt, very friendly and so helpful. We thought we had a drain issue when actually it’s a sewer problem relating to Severn Trent. Straight away he said I’m not charging you for this as it’s a water board problem. He called the water board on our behalf and logged it with them. If you live in the Gloucestershire area ask for Andrew. He was brilliant.

Excellent customer service! Tom did everything from the initial drain survey to completing the required repairs and he was brilliant. He explained each step clearly, finished the work to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy. We also called the office a few times with questions and they answered everything perfectly. Andrew Thomas quickly located our leak, kept us informed of developments, dug out as appropriate to locate the damaged pipe. Installed a new piece of pipe and moved the stop tap to a better location and reinstated the garden path. Extremely efficient and professional workmanship.
