The rooms and the staff were amazing!. The rooms where very clean and air conditioned. The only thing that let it down was the fact that the activities start times on the sheet that was given to us on arrival where different on the boards provided. The bistro wasn't very good, the service was poor.

Totally un trained staff and no complaint system. No proper guidelines ,signs & cleaning arrangements in the whole vicinity. Rooms were comfortable. Amazingly their is no ramp and lift for the movement of wheel chairs.

It was a day loaded with fun. We had a packwar a signature event of Alpha. Loved every single thing. The main event, then food and our kids enjoyed swimming. They did not want to come out of the pools

Five star recreation place. Spacious parks and water sports facilities. Artificial beach, snowfall, numerous water slides, horse riding, play grounds, pools and very luxurious hotel.

Great place. Could be made much better with a futsal court and better speed gk carts, otherwise good food,clean enivronment and good hospitality by the staff.

Over the period DW is trying to improve a lot in terms of maintenance and managing facilities meticulously but still there is a long way to go
