Great customer service! We rented a 7-passenger SUV for 16 days driving from Bangkok-Kanchanaburi-Chiang Rai. I like dropping off the car at a different location (For a 5,000B fee). The vehicle was clean, and it had Bluetooth. It ran well and had no issues. I reserved the car at 12 but couldn’t pick it up until late on Sunday, but they adjusted the time for dropping it off for me, which was very nice. Picking up the car was pretty smooth. I remembered Khun Chokchai (คุณโชคชัย) getting everything ready and pulling the vehicle out from the parking lots for me, and he even helped me load my luggage into the car and waited for me until I drove off the car rental place. When it was the time to drop off the vehicle at Chiang Rai airport, the staff(I forgot her name) came with all the paperwork right where I was and even brought my personal belongings that I had forgotten in the car for me. Such an excellent service! I would rent from them again when I visit Thailand.

Rent 12-16 Nov Nissan Silvy 1.6, but was given this HRV Honda 1.8. Car condition is good, and engine is better. This is our 2nd times using Drive Car services (1st in chiangmai), both works perfect. At first we had some difficulties in handling the car, some our questions cant be explained well due to the language barriers. And bit delay on the responds using whatsapp the next day too, perhaps in bangkok using line apps more often. We were given helps on delivery and pickup services, this absolutely boosts our satisfactions on the services. Since we have full insurance package, car picked up is very smooth and easy. Payment and deposits returned works well no issues at all. If u r looking for a car rent, here is definitely a wise choice.

Extremely easy to rent from. They dropped off the car to our hotel. And made returning the car very easy at the airport at the international departure terminal. The car was in excellent condition and unlike many cars in Thailand this one the Nissan Kicks E-Power has many safety features that make you feel safer driving in the very crazy and hectic Thailand traffic. I guess the only negative and it probably applies to all rental companies in Thailand is that maybe they give the option to use the M-Pass or fastpass on the toll roads and pay the tolls when returning the car. The price was also extremely competitive. And we would absolutely use this company again.

Hat alles super geklappt. Konnte das Auto in sehr guten Zustand und mit knapp 10.000 km übernehmen. (Leichtere Lackschäden, die direkt vor Ort dokumentiert wurden.) Haben das Auto 4 Wochen in Thailand gefahren, auch auf Koh Samui. Rückgabe ohne Reinigung aber mit vollen Tank ohne Beanstandung von Seiten des Vermieters. Vermietung konnte kurzfristig um einen Tag per E-Mail verlängert werden. Rückgabe erfolgte etwas später als ursprünglich vereinbart (Abgabe 18 Uhr war ausgemacht, wir waren aber erst um 18:50 Uhr dort). War ebenfalls kein Problem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Ablauf und auch mit dem Fahrzeug selbst!

Car is in very good condition. Efficient and fast process to take the car at the airport. When returning the car at Srinakarin Branch, a kind staff helped me to check out the car. I also asked whether she can help me to get transportation for me to go back to my hotel, and YES the transportation is provided. Due to heavy traffic during that time (heavy raining + peak hour), most of the grab/taxi driver did not want to accept the ride. The staff tried her best to call grab for me and patiently find ways to get the grab and waited with me for an hour even after working hours. Bravo to her! Appreciate the effort.

The online booking is easy to use. I had to extend the rental of the vehicle and contacted Srinakarin office. Superb customer service there. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Took time to arrange for an available vehicle for me after my initial booking period. While I had to drive 3 different vehicles over the entire rental period, staff arranged for the cars to be driven to my place and arranged picked up so it was hassle free for me. Highly recommend those needing short term rental to consider their services. All vehicles below 4 years so relatively new cars!

I had booked the Nissan Kicks hybrid car for 4 days and was pleased to see the vehicle was almost brand new, with just over 2000km on the clock. The check in was incredibly easy and the customer service superb. The same can also be said about returning the car, just a simple inspection to check on any damages [there was none] then the promise to return the mandatory deposit, which was returned in 3 working days. An excellent choice of vehicles, but very happy with the drive and comfort of the Kicks and will definitely use Drive Car Rental again. Thank you....Alan

We rented a car that we had reserved. Even though we didn't order it in advance, they provided it to us. The arrangement was good. They recommended insurance (it was lower because we had our own), which unfortunately we used - I scraped my mirror while avoiding an accident (my first accident). It wasn't a problem at all. Everything went like clockwork. The lady just signaled and let us go, which surprised me. All very quick. I didn't even have time to apologize properly. Car clean, no technical defects or problems. I would definitely use the same place.

Services beyond expectation,right from the word go.The reservation team(๔ ladies and ๑ gentleman)are very professional,know their task well,willingly go over the hill to accommodate my requests.Their unhurriedly responsive voice makes one feel at ease.The rental rate is quite reasonable compare to their great service minded and well maintained cars.They also bring the car to you and fetch it at no extra cost,on time,too.The drivers are informative and polite.All in all................services beyond expectation.

We contacted a lot of rental car agencies in Bangkok and Pattaya before we decided to go with Drive. The staff at Drive is extremely polite and professional, and from now on it will be my fixed go to rental agency. I ordered a Nissan Kicks for a few weeks, and to my surprise we got a brand new car that had 14km on the counter. It was such a pleasure to drive with, and in the end we did 3500 km with the car around Thailand. Top service, highly recommended!

Very smooth experience from pickup to drop off. Brand new Nissan Almera with 700km on the clock. If you in the Sukhumvit area you can take a bus from from opposite Big C Extra in On Nut to Thanya Park for 15 Thb, its then a 3 min walk to Drive car rental which is located inside the back of the Nissan dealership. When returning there is an Esso garage next door to Nissan where you can top up before you drop off the vehicle.

Нормальный офис проката. Вход с тыльной стороны здания дилера Ниссан. Там же можно запарковаться. Сотрудников немного, буквально полтора человека, но и посетителей столько же. Всё быстро, вежливо. Осмотр автомобиля достаточно поверхностный, уровень бензина был "на грани", махнули рукой. Немного бардак в документах, но нашли нужные минут за пять. При сдаче авто помогают вызвать такси, если нужно.

The car rental is smooth and the personnel is great. However, when we rented Toyota Vios, the vehicle is extremely basic. 1. Without any parking sensor 2. There is no Bluetooth 3. The vehicle is very basic, when it goes over 100km/h, it started to shakes 4. Very cheap Dunlop tyres was used, so it will be noisy. Perhaps I will rent again in future, if they are able to provide better car.

The Customer Service staff, Tharawich Limalun, was too polite and very helpful. I did not announce my visit but he was very alert and was there to welcome me the moment I step in. My queries were verified and responded within 3 minutes. I was offered a seat but the staff chose to stand when offered to sit down in sofa together. We need more CS staff like Tharawich Limalun.

Very nice service. I’m a bit late to pick up the car, they were still waiting us and prepared everything. The car I booked is without Bluetooth after checking, they upgrade the car without any charge. The staffs are polite and reliable. Also the car is in good condition and comfortable. Nice experience, I’ll choose them again!
