I had some urgent hassle issues with our flat roof after I found a dripping under the ground from the ceiling of the house's main entrance. I went through several companies and have done a few estimates and quotes. I decided to go with Duke and Son Exterior, a local family own business after I spoke to Joe and worked with Vik in person. They were honest and earnest about their business, especially Vik, who is very knowledgeable about roofing and told me that we don't need to replace the entire area when it is still in decent condition. Their customer service is on beyond. In addition, they charge us a reasonable cost compared to other competitive roofing companies. Finally, they did the job within one day, which satisfied me. We woke up yesterday morning to water dripping into a closet of our house. We needed emergency tarping on our roof to prevent further damage. We connected with Vikk by phone, he clarified what we needed, and gave me a one hour window for the same day. He arrived right on time and ready to help. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in regard to roofing, roof repair, condition, etc. Thankfully, water is no longer coming in and we can safely bridge the gap until the roofing company is able to come give a repair/replace estimate. He provided detailed photos with explanations of what he observed on the roof. The Duke & Son business card is now a permanent fixture on the front of our refridgerator. Vik, the owner, came out to our home to estimate repairing/replacing our roof and painting/siding our home. We delayed our painting/siding and went with a roof replacement. He had 2 lovely dogs as sidekicks. He appeared to love his job b/c he was very patient in explaining details and educating me--not just to win the bid but in earnest. Job was done expediently and with care to how they left the job site each day. Persons performing the work were polite and focused (or so it appeared). Quality of the work was excellent. Pictures were provided beforehand to explain improvements needed and after to show work completed. I would use this company again hands down. Trustworthy. Quality work. Respectful.

We needed repairs and a new layer of roofing to stop leaks on our flat roof. Vikk was professional and reasonable throughout the process, explaining the details for the most cost-effective solution. His crew showed up on time and performed the work exactly as promised. When they encountered some rotting as he had said we might, his crew showed us exactly what additional repairs are needed and took care of the extra work at a reasonable cost - didn’t nickel and dime us. We are very happy with the results, would use him again (not soon we hope) and highly recommend Duke & Son for any roofing job.

My food cart recently had a roof leak and I was so worried about the damage it could cause. I called Duke & Son LLC and they came out the same day to assess the situation. They were very professional and explained the issue to me in detail. They also gave me a fair estimate for the repair. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. The worker were friendly and clean. I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair.

The original builder of our home did many things wrong (chipboard instead of plywood, staples instead of roofing nails, no moisture barrier, improper gutter installation, etc.) all contributing to major damage years later. Duke and Son was the first to respond when I reached out to several contractors, showed up when they said they would, used top quality materials, got the job done quickly, and charged a fair price.

Duke and Son were very professional. They came out looked at our roof for a new one. Inspected inside and out , measured , went over everything that we needed. Crew came out and were organized , cleaned up every night. Had the roof on in just a couple of days. We could not be happier !! Thank you. I would refer and recommend this company to anyone .

Although the actual roof/gutter work has not yet begun, the Customer Care from Duke & Son has been top shelf. Viktor's and Henry's depth of knowledge, expertise, attention to detail, kindness and patience to answer all questions is five-star. I look forward to commenting again when the work is done.

Vik and his guys did an incredibly gorgeous job on our roof! We had windstorm damage and they repaired the water damage and installed a new roof and gutters for us. I highly recommend them.

Be careful about contracting with them. Their company vehicle they drive around town in has a vanity license plate with kkk in it.
