DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Since this business is not willing to return the money they illegally claimed from us, we are forced to share our story here. We arrived in Durban and just wanted to buy a decent car. After they showed us this car and claimed it was in "perfect" condition with no history of crashes, we decided to buy the car. If only I had taken more time to check the condition of the car, I know now that I was very naive to trust the salesman on his word, but naive as I was, I did. When parts started falling of the car after only having driven it for less than 20 minutes, I noticed something was wrong. I had the car fully checked and it turned out to be in awful condition. Based on mechanic report we received it appeared it had been in a crash, the air-conditioning was not working anymore and several other things were wrong with the car. (see pictures) Luckily I was in my 7 day grace period so I could return the car with no questions asked. When returning the car they not only tried to still convince me that the car was in perfect condition, when I said I was not interested, they returned only part of the payment and said it was their right to keep the rest. I feel obligated to warn everyone about this business and the way they operate in the hope to prevent other people from being scammed in the same way.

Gan is a great salesman, Michelle is awesome. You have a great team there executing your business strategy the way you have taught them. Could not have found a better place to sell my VW Polo to. Michael and Billy were a pleasure to deal with, I personally felt like they were not trying to rip me off on their offer price for the vehicle unlike other dealers and GumTree users I had dealt with. Friendly, efficient and concise, the deal was all done within 20mins of arriving. You want good friendly professional service, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else but these guys!
