"Not a single dollar!" Visit for a 2014 Prosche Cayenne with 66000km sales for $59888 excl govt.chargers, stock#WAX26091. I encountered an overwhelmingly negative experience that left me profoundly dissatisfied. The unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by the sales representative marred what should have been an exciting and enjoyable car shopping process. Lack of Respect for Potential Customers: The sales representative's attitude toward potential customers was shockingly dismissive and arrogant. He exhibited a complete lack of respect and showed no willingness to engage in any discussion about pricing, firmly stating that not even a dollar could be negotiated.(Remember, the price should remain unchanged forever. Even if the sale had offered me a slight discount, even just a little bit, I would have made the purchase.) Unhelpful and Unaccommodating Approach: When I tried to discuss comparable prices of other Porsche Cayenne models in the market, he responded with a disinterested and unhelpful demeanor, suggesting that I should seek alternative options if I wasn't satisfied with their pricing strategy. Absence of Enthusiasm in Customer Service: Throughout my time at the dealership, I experienced a noticeable lack of enthusiasm in customer service. The sales representative did not make any effort to engage with me or provide information about the vehicles, and instead, he appeared to be judging and underestimating my potential as a customer. However, my car shopping experience at this dealership was deeply disappointing and far from what I had anticipated. The sales representative's unprofessional conduct tarnished the Dutton One, leaving me with a sense of disrespected and unappreciated. I strongly advise other buyer to approach this establishment with caution and consider seeking alternatives with a focus on respectful and professional customer service. I hope that the management of this dealership takes my feedback seriously and addresses the issues I encountered, as no potential customer should face such discourteous treatment when considering a significant purchase..

I hope this review helps others not to make the same mistakes. I purchased a 2018 Range Rover Sport with 32,000kms. Two months into the ownership, I had a rear tyre flat. I took this SUV into Land Rover to replace tyre, as the truth came out. The vehicle was fitted with the cheapest tyres on the market in order for DuttonOne to obtain a RWC. These cheap tyres directly affect the ride, comfort & particularly the performance at high speeds over 90km/hr. The vehicle tends to vibrate at the front end as you can feel it within the cabin. The correct tyres are Continential X Cross as I was told when fitted should fix this problem. However, at $708 per tyre its not worth it taking into account that these SUVs have a poor rating regarding maintenance failure on parts & electrics. One understands now why DuttonOne staff wanted me to take out the extended warranty straight away at purchase & not wait until the end of the standard 3 month warranty. Its a high maintenance risk to keep this SUV outside warranty. I traded the SUV in at another dealership as the new owner has the option to replace same. As I have lost trust in dealing with DuttonOne staff, I do not wish to discuss matters further & most likely will never return. Most disappointing.

Today I was lucky enough to take delivery of a beautiful car from Duttons... it was the easiest one stop car shop with so many different makes and models to choose from! I thought I would be overwhelmed and confused, rather it was a really fun experience. I am still surprised how quickly it all happened... I walked in with a few ideas, was shown something amazing I hadn’t considered I could afford... yet they made it happen, turns out we could! Hass and his team were delightful from start to finish, even pairing my phone and showing me through every feature upon delivery. I couldn’t be happier, and already look forward to having the pleasure of some day buying another beauty from their showroom floor. I wouldn’t buy a second hand car anywhere else, I feel very confident that they only sell quality cars at competitive prices. The whole experience has been a pleasure, I would honestly not bother going elsewhere!

It had been two years in the making, thanks to Covid, but finally we were able to get the right car at the right price above and beyond my initial expectations. From the get go, nothing was too insurmountable or too difficult, when accommodating my requests and even post delivery the expert tuition meant I could benefit from an exceptional driving experience all the more. I walked in to Dutton One and drove out less than a week later with a Mercedes! Omar greeted me and had me laughing in seconds and was so laid back. We took it for a drive and he explained all the features of my car so he knew I was driving off in a car that was not only suited to me, but also so he knew I was driving away knowing the cars features safely. He made the whole experience really relaxed and kept me up to date with everything. Even after buying the car, he is still a phone call or text away if I have any questions.
