My dad park the bike in the metro station parking area . We also leave the helmet I thought they will take care of our bike and helmet but the don't , my helmet was Missing and we ask that boy who collect the money in the front . He said it's not my duty with angry what sick man . If you don't care then why are you open this parking area and why are you collecting you should stop that you don't care about your job . I think he didn't love his job that's why. He's keep shouting and we getting calls from hospital,so we don't have a choice that's why we leave. He lost our helmet but he still want money for parking . We give him money because we don't have choice , my brother was in the ICU that time. That's why someone Take action .

One of the busiest metro parkings. The place is so crowded that you literally have to fit your PV here and there. Sometimes some scratches on the vehicle are observed and the staff doesn't seem to be in mood to concern these issues. As per them, their responsibility is for theft and not for anything else. Also their is no system of electronic slip of parking or payment of parking via metro card. Seeing the size of customer base, modern facilities should be installed in this parking.

Very congested place it is.. parking for 4 Wheeler is very less while for the bike there is a straight long parking lot..in which if you by chance came back in afternoon and if you have parked your bike in the mid of plot thn it is a very difficult task to come out within 5 min..

Two parkings are available on Dwarka Metro station side by side of the road. Still both are over burdened. To extract more profit parking walas fit more motorcycles in it. That lead to damage to bikes. I have complaint this so many times but nothing happens.

Parking is an issue... But completion of work for new metro station for Najafgarh line is going on full fledge..... Thereafter parking will be a breeze.

Parking attendants try to accommodate 3 bikes in place of one. Daily some parts gone broken or found missing when u return from office.
