I've been doing my own taxes since college with Turbo Tax. Boy I didn't know what I've been missing. First off, I was kinda nervous as it was my first time having my taxes prepared by someone else. The team was super professional and took the time to walk me through all the details (even though there were people waiting). The person who ended up helping me (Abdul) was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. After looking through my prior return and papers, he asked a TON of questions (way more detailed than Turbo Tax). In summary, I found out that I was missing things that Turbo Tax didn't pick up, which resulting in me getting a bigger return!!!! Definitely worth the trip to the Bronx and I will be coming back again next year. The one recommendation I have is to call ahead to make an appointment. I got lucky and came when they opened, but the office definitely fills up quickly .

So I've been dealing with Dyanamic Tax Services for about 3 years now. They've done an immigration case for me, as well as my mom's taxes for the last 3 years. They've been nothing but professional, amazing, and seriously the best accountants you can ask for. Deceptive about the grands and amendments, no updates on the amendment or follow up, charges crazy high fees. For example they charged me $500.00 only for the freaking amendment and that is crazy!! It has been more than a year and I ain't get my refund yet and they could not provide me any update on it.!! They wanted to charge me $600 fees(their fee only) for opening up LLC where I opened up my LLC with publications in queens county less than $800 all inclusive!!

These guys are proficient in all aspects of personal income taxes. I’ve used them for three years now. I always got audited in the past over a qualified deduction that I have because previous accountants that I’ve used always put the deduction on the wrong line of the forms.
