Very bad experience in Varadero December 2023... lack of everything the economy is flat.... 5 star resort is not worth a maximum of 3.... buffets to make you nauseous.....juice diluted with water no cola orangade 7up.... nothing don't go and spend your money there.... I swear everyone I spoke to there was 100% disappointed

A magnificent service ;) … all the people who work there are very gentle, kind and very attentive …. All appointments are by mail and you have to read carefully to be able to make an appointment…. Please read the emails patiently…. 100% recommended and magnificent service ❤️

No website and when you call you get a message the person doesn’t spell anything say it fast you have to listen to it many time and when you think you get the info the Website is wrong. I wish they would change the message and make it more clear!

Very few working hours per day. It would be really nice to have more available hours and less holidays. Is quite challenging to get to see them if you are working in office hours.
