Worst customer service. I asked for two wardrobes and the one was a wardrobe for dwarfs. When I asked for a bigger product they told that they cant help and when I asked for a refund they let me know that they will keep the 25% of the value of the product plus 50$ for the collection. Whatever wardrobe you get for almost 600$ it will be perfect and these guys not only they don’t provide good products and services, they, also, what to rip you off because you trusted them. Never waste your time and your money to them and similar businesses. That’s why some businesses are conquering the market, because of their customer service and support. I run a small business as well and I tried to avoid Bunnings and support a small business but it disappointed me. Never spend money and time dealing with them.

Worst service ever! I called asking about the showroom and they sent me to eastern creek to go and have a look at the stock. When I got there the lady said sorry you have to make an appointment and they rejected me. Bad service so unprofessional.

It had what I needed. Good service and supply.
