As a real estate professional, it is important to know how to build relationships, write a contract and or prepare a listing agreement and successfully close deals, but more importantly your success depends on how tech savvy you are in this industry and I was failing in that department. I realized that I needed to be with a technology driven company, one who provided me with all the tools required to be successful. I would often tell myself that I'm very good at building relationships, selling homes and can operate any system, but I didn't know how to build the brains of these high tech real estate programs. I started to feel as though I had to go back to school and get a degree in real estate marketing. So, one day, while I was at my desk working, I Googled "Real Estate Technology Company" The first company that came up was ERA Brokers Consolidated. I read their reviews, made an appointment to meet with the broker and could not believe what this company was doing for their agents. I spoke with a few agents who had been with the company for years, interviewed a few more times with the brokers and owners, then was invited to their real estate conference where I met alot of agents from different cities who confirmed that ERA Brokers Consolidated is the real deal. They actually offered me everything they told me they would and so much more! What I love most about being apart of this brokerage is the owners invest in their agents success!! We are like family, everyone coming together to help each other. Their Zap system is amazing. It constantly keeps you in-front of your clients, past clients, and customers. It tells you when and how many times your clients have opened your emails, and been on your website, allows the customer to state what they are looking for and their price range and more importantly, it tells you when your clients are looking at homes and where, even if they are looking in another state. Allows me to send bulk emails. I have beautiful website and transaction management system. We also have meetings three times a week for new and seasoned agents. Marketing materials and stationary is available for everyone including company folders, unlimited color and black and white copies. Smart signs on every listing, professional photos and 3D Mattaport offered on every listing. I receive tons of leads as well throughout the week. I'm truly happy and very thankful to be with such an amazing company.

My Husband & I have, (for the most part) Owned our own Home within the 19 yrs. we have resided in L.V. This is the 2nd time we’ve used a Property Management Co. We were weary & thought going through an owner might be easier. WRONG!!! We have had a great experience with ERA Brokers. They are extremely competent, work in an impressive timely manner, Very Polite & We couldn’t be happier!!! Mary Pena is so pleasant, patient, intelligent & kind. Every single time I’ve spoken with her. (Which I’m sure was more than necessary, on my nervous part, lol) Michelle was also extremely knowledgeable, skilled & helpful. She & Mary made the process so easy. I was expecting it to be daunting & difficult like purchasing/ leasing a vehicle etc. Not at all!!! I am an overly thorough person & sent them approx. 20 documents.( Probably 15 more than was necessary) Neither of them seemed overwhelmed or bothered in the least. They were completely communicative with each other & with us. Which saved us from having to answer the same questions multiple times. These wonderful ladies were on it!!! Brad was also excellent in working with my agent. I highly recommend ERA Brokers for all of your Real Estate needs!! Our application fee was only $35! Other Co.’s I’ve researched charge a $50-$120 application fee, (EACH!) Most with disappointing reviews ... ERA is the company to go with & the People to work with! 100% satisfied with them. I will be Recommending them to all Family & Friends!!!! 5 STARS!!! They look out for both Renter & Rentee. With approx. 200 People a day moving to Las Vegas their services are invaluable & they really strive to do the best for their clients with an amazing attitude!!!

He knew I was on a time frame to get back to CA, he sold the house in 2 days!!! I was very thankful for that! She has gone above and beyond to help us search for a rental that meets our growing family's needs. She's super polite, professional, and gets back to you fast. Called based on reviews. Receptionist didnt listen to which Michelle I was asking to speak with. Transferred me to one who did prop management I told her, I was looking for the Michelle that sells. She then asked me, well how did you know to ask for Michelle.
