I was looking for an agency for my dad to perform Umrah and I was very nervous and was doubting if I choose the right one. Now, looking back, I know that this was our best decision. My dad is very satisfied with his trip and organizers. The whole experience exceeded his expectations. This is what he said: "Life changing experience. Great organized. People in the group were amazing. Holly cities Medina and Makkah left with unforgettable moments. Five stars to Brother Jamil". At the beginning I was a little worried because we haven't received our itinerary and visa until a week before the scheduled date, but don't worry if it happens to you just be patient because this agency is legit. They even did a Zoom meeting few days before traveling and explaining what needs to be done before traveling and answered everyones questions. We also appreciated the pdf documents with prayers and instructions on how to get ready for Umrah. Hajji Jamil created a WhatsApp chat for travelers and even let me be in it because he knew I was worried about my dad's traveling, so I can see a real life updates in the group and be at peace. At some point when the group completed their Umrah, hajji Jamil sent me a message informing me about it and included a few pictures, that was heartwarming. My dad also said that during the whole trip he felt hajji Jamil's and team's support and care and he also appreciated the two sheikhs that were provided and their knowledge. Last week we went on our umrah trip with our family of 4. EZ Hajj group was fantastic. I had an injury while there and as soon as I called brother Jamil, he and his staff quickly arranged wheelchair access for me. I did not have to miss anything. Not only that, they made everything even easier, including visiting the Rawda, at my scheduled time. Brother Delwar and brother Shan were excellent in providing everyone in the group whatever they needed quickly, no matter what time it was. One night at 3 am in Mecca, my husband and I decided we wanted to tour Taif city privately thr next morning. Within 30 minutes Jamil arranged a car, driver, and even send brother Delawar (who was very knowledgeable about the history of events and locations) with us to Taif city in the mornings. My two girls aged 13 and 8 had a great experience especially since we did not run into any issues with the help of this group administration. They took care of our bags, transportation, tourism everything with special attention to detail.May Allah reward them immensely. Jamil is very dedicated and compassionate towards making the umrah trip as smooth and memorable as possible for everyone. He is also very sincere in making sure everyone had their main attention to completing salah in the masjids, with his reminders in the chat group. I would recommend this group to anyone who wants to go to umrah.

I am very happy with the services provided by EZ Hajj and Umrah group/team. They are very quick in responding to any question you may have. Very Organized and guides us at each and every step from beginning till end. A Specialist/Islamic Scholar guides us throughout the Umrah in Haram. This is definitely a great help for those ones who are performing Umrah for the first time. The ground transportation is very well organized [buses, train etc] and you do not have to worry anything about the transportation and more importantly they never let us feel the pain of luggage. You will be only packing your luggage and rest all they took care of everything - collecting the luggage directly from the room till the destination. This is amazing. I would like to thank once again the entire EZ Hajj and Umrah team.

The service was impeccable and organized. Despite a minor issue (that was not their fault as the airline double booked the flight). They provided headsets which allows everyone to hear the sheikh with no trouble when there is many people outside. In addition, during the tour visits they surprised us with a nice dinner gathering under the tent with prolific discussion in Medinah. For the umurah they made the expierence easy without stress. They allowed us to complete multiple umurah that they helped us complete. My husband and I had assistance by the agency 24/7 and didn’t get tired by carrying our luggages from one destination to another as they had staff members carry the burden. InchAllah I go again for Umurah I will not hesitate to go with them.

Brother Jamil was an excellent host and guide throughout this journey. He ensured that we were provided with a general daily schedule for our trip so we knew exactly what we were doing. In addition, he organized seminars to give us step-by-step tutorials on how to perform Umrah. He also ensured everyone was kept in the look via the Whatsapp group he created.
