They made quick work of my 3bd townhouse and completed the job in the time that was estimated. I asked everyone I know (and searched the internet) for Edmonton mover recommendations. Eager Beaver Moving and Storage was the #1 recommendation. Since friends and family spoke highly of their service, I made the decision to go with them. I usually rent a truck and move myself, but this time I decided to enlist the assistance of professionals. From the time I requested/received the emailed quote to the time the doors closed on the truck at the end of the move I received nothing but quality customer service. Aaron explained the estimate and quote then answered all my questions via phone and email. I also requested a free in-home estimate just to ensure everything was clear. He got back to me in a timely manner and I felt like my move was a priority. I scheduled my move-out on one day and my move-in on another. They provided me with options for storage in between which was a much needed (and appreciated) accommodation. The movers (3 crew team/1 truck) made this the easiest move I have EVER experienced (and I have moved MANY times)!! They arrived on time and brought a 'get 'er done' energy that matched mine! First: I received email reminders (including a video of move preparation tips). On moving day, I received a text giving me the time the crew would arrive and they arrived within that time frame. Second: the crew was friendly and respectful. They walked me through room by room to confirm the items being moved as they explained their process as they were rolling out the covering to protect the floors. They also checked in from time to time when they had questions or needed to confirm anything. Third: they wrapped and protected all the furniture and items that required extra care before loading. My move into my new place was unexpectedly delayed and Aaron quickly reduced my stress levels by rescheduling my move to the next available date. The crew showed up on time, bright and early, and ready to go! Once again they brought their good energy and "get 'er done" attitude. They rolled out the protective covering for the floors and made quickly worked to unloading our items. All our furniture was put back together and ready to use in no time. All our belongings were treated with care and respect. These guys are true professionals and were efficient with their time. I moved from a townhouse condo into a house in early/mid July and I am so grateful to have hired Eager Beaver to get everything done. The team (Jason/Drake/Nick/Dragon) showed up on schedule, and from the first minute to the last, they were hardworking professionals. Not gonna lie - I was dreading this move. I felt like I had so much STUFF, and very disorganized, but these guys came in with confidence, and clearly knew what they were doing. They treated me and my belongings with respect and care every step of the way, and came at the job with great attitudes and a good sense of humour. Loading out was kind of a hot mess because of the set up at the condo complex - there were stairs from the unit to the parking lot and not really anywhere good to park, but these guys made it work, and made it look easy. On the house end, the team had a ramp system set up and everything went very smoothly. Before they finished up and left, they did a walkthrough with me to make sure everything was where I wanted it, so I wouldn't have to relocate any heavy furniture on my own. They also made sure to stack or place things so that all areas of the house and my belongings were accessible. I'm not planning to move ever again, but if things change, I would definitely call Eager Beaver again.

What a successful moving day we had!! June 13th proved to be a lucky day - there were showers to start the morning but they quit before the crew arrived, and the sun shone bright for the entire move!! As soon as the doors on the truck were closed after unloading Mother Nature decided to rain again for a cool down after a big day!! Jeremiah, Thor, and Nathaniel were all awesome the whole day, and Davis joined for the unloading. Definitely an A-Team of a crew!! My antiques were all handled with excellent care. Jeremiah even wrapped my big vintage mirror, and then made it a custom box around the wrapping - just to be sure it was safe. The crew really went above and beyond. No walls were marked, no doors were dinged, and every last bit of contents in our three bedroom home made it from one location to the next. Couldn’t be happier!! The whole experience with Eager Beaver could not have been better. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Right from the very first phone call to inquire about booking the service to my actual move today, it was amazing service. I had to move from 2 locations and they were so fast, friendly and professional. I did not believe they could fit everything in one load but they managed it and all my belongings were so securely packed. Everything was well protected. They came with a team of four and I was loaded and unloaded at my new house within 6 hours. They even helped set up my table and tvs and beds. Eager Beaver was great to deal with for our move from Edmonton to Kelowna. Riley, our main point of contact to set up the move was responsive, courteous and very helpful. The crew who moved us out of our Edmonton home, Chris, Jared and Ashtyn were professional and friendly and took great care moving our possessions. They wrapped everything fragile and were quick and efficient. We needed to store our possessions for a couple of weeks, and Eager Beaver went above and beyond by plugging in our freezer while they had it and also taking care of all our plants. This is our second move with Eager Beaver - first time was almost 2 years ago when we had to do a transitional move before our final one today. As expected, the team of 4 show incredible teamwork. They are very professional, polite, and excellent communicators. It was awesome to see how they communicated and worked with each other in moving the heavier items. They were also wonderful at taking directions around where everything goes and did a great job putting the boxes and other things in place. We also stored 50 boxes with them for almost 2 years. We had about 10 days of crossover between the old and new house. Dustin and his team was efficient, friendly, and respectful of our things and our home. They took great care packing- wrapping items, which we appreciated. They moved our old heavy treadmill out of a challenging area; that alone was impressive. Our items were put in storage and on move in day the pods were delivered to the new location; Keegan and his team moved us in. Again, they were great - friendly and respectful, as well as efficient. I have recommended Eager Beaver moving for many of my client and family members and when it was time for my personal move they did not disappoint. The video estimate walk thru helped me to know how to best prepare certain items and properly manage time expectations. The day of Chris and his team were fabulous and careful and packed the truck in such a way that we didn’t need 2 trips and they completed the move in 5.5 hours (originally quoted 10+ hours). They ensured my kids rooms had furniture where they wanted and were pleasant and fun all day long. Would recommend them over and over again!

These folks worked magic! Moving my elderly father and 'some' of his possessions into a retirement residence was complicated and they accomplished it in 4 hours. The movers were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with me on both sides of the move. Dad was very impressed too! They went above and beyond, especially when they successfully arranged my dad's office of so many 'things'. Priced very fairly and billing was clear and easy to understand. Grateful for their help - they made a difficult move much easier!

The team at Eager Beaver did an outstanding job for us here at the Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House on the south side of Edmonton. They moved an 11.5 foot table top weighing 350 pounds up a flight of stairs. They were very conciencious not to damage the walls going up and were very good about removing all the cardboard and shipping material that was associated with the delivery of our new table top. I would highly recommend this locally owned family business for your next move.

Before we moved we had asked friends who had recently moved, one of them had highly recommended EBM. Our experience was excellent, Jeremiah, Mickey, Daniel and Thor were fast and efficient managing to move our entire household in one trip, a long day but well worth it. Our antique furniture was well protected by EBM wrapping with blankets. We had small issue we found out late that evening, but they were back the next to solve the problem, great service. Thank you.

The Eager Beaver crew moved my aunt to a supportive living facility January 5, 2024. The move went smoothly, without any problems whatsoever. The crew and its leader Chris were timely, fast, efficient, courteous and careful. The office staff supporting the move were also excellent, providing quick, knowledgeable responses to our questions. The company was recommended to us by my aunt’s new facility because they have had good experiences with the company.

We had an amazing moving experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional right from the point of quote until the end of moving day! The movers were on time, helpful, friendly and we trusted them completely in our home and transporting our items. Also, they did not damage anything or make any marks anywhere.
