I highly recommend Dr Nick and the team at East Malvern Vet Clinic. My family had a wonderful experience with Nick who oversaw the care for our beloved sick dog. He was compassionate and knowledgeable; and my parents, who previously had a poor experience at a different vet clinic with our other dog, had full confidence to entrust our family member in his care. Their entire team is exceptional with their communication and have helped us make an informed decision about what is best for our dog. We cannot thank you all enough.

When it came to needing to put my dog down, one they had been treating for years, they told me they were too busy and if I could say my goodbyes at home, I could drop my dog off and they would do it when they had time. Of course I refused. I wrote a letter outlining how disappointed I was with the situation, they did ring back, apologising for being busy. So they didn't get it, even then. They maybe friendly when they have time, but at the most heartbreaking moments, don't expect too much.

Outstanding!! We took our cat to Dr Ashby to prepare for her international move (to the UK). He was super helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything would run smoothly. All of my follow-up questions and requests were addressed within 24 hours. Appointment scheduling was a breeze. This was hands-down the most seamless and stress-free part of our move. Highly recommend!

A great vets all round. Every time we have been there we have had great service and advice. We just finished puppy school which was an excellent experience and great value for money. We learnt lots and it was a great way for our puppy to socialise in a safe environment. Taylah is a fantastic vet nurse and puppy school instructor, she’s so knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know each puppy.

My partner and I went there on short notice for my 21 year old cat and they were so accommodating and kind. The vet Mark took us through everything clearly and patiently and put up with many tears! They had nothing but respect and care for my Lily and looked after her and wrote us the most lovely card and took a paw print that we will get always cherish. Thank you .

Lovely staff especially the young lady who works on the reception desk. Happily ordered in a special worming product for my fussy cat and called very quickly to let me know it was ready. Everyone there always treats me and my cat with such care and respect, lovely local clinic with the animals best interest at heart :)

Couldn't get an appointment with my regular vet and had a cat with a sore and sunburnt ear that needed treatment asap. Dr Helen Clyne was thorough and compassionate. She even rang me the next day to see how my beloved Falcon was doing! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!.

I received the card from Malvern East Vet this morning. Our dog coco passed away 2 weeks ago and it has been a very difficult time for me and my partner. Thank you for looking after Coco for the last 12 years and the support you have given to us. ❤️

It's not until you visit another vet that you realise how far behind the times this clinic is. Terrible care in a critical situation, and happy to lock-up our dog overnight without supervision. She would have been much better at home with us.

Our dog swallowed some chocolates and our regular vet closed. We rang East Malvern vets who said to bring her in. They were marvellous. Took good care if her and now back home. Price was very reasonable. Vet was wonderful.

I wish there were more stars to give these incredible humans. You cannot fault a single part of their clinic and they are also very well priced. I will definitely not be taking my cat anywhere else .. Thank You again xx

Take all of our animals to see Nick and Lydia. Recently had our cat in to have her leg amputated and the follow up care has been first rate. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Have dealt with Nick for 25 years, nothing he doesn’t know. Staff very helpful, 5 dogs 2 cats I wish he did equines. I drive from west Gippsland for his veterinarian care.

Dr Sue Chaney was so lovely during our visit today. She was knowledge, honest and gentle with our puppy and cat. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Chaney.

Nick and the beautiful Vets at East Malvern Vets have been looking after LOU LOU since she was a pup. They are terrific and we have never taken her anywhere else.
