After having negative things from the start, like them putting the wrong birthday for our mom or we made our own memorial cards which they put upside down at the entrance (can't say if it was on purpose or not but definitely seems like it since we did not pay they're premium for them to print and the pictures right Infront of them so how could you not notice your hand Infront of your eyes putting them in the basket upsidedown) and much more. We contacted them to ask what was happening with our mother and the cremation. They sent a simple email saying that she has been ready to be picked up for a while and they apologize that they forgot to notify us. So very unprofessional and bad experience. Coincidentally they charge a storage fee daily if your lost one is not picked up after a certain amount of days. Do your diligence and look for a place with many and better reviews.

My overall experience with Mcinnis & Holloway was beyond satisfactory,from the professionalism of the two gentlemen that transferred my wife from Rosedale Hospice to your facility at Chapel of the Bells,and all throughout the whole week from start to finish.The best words to use to describe all of you involved in the preparation, funeral services,and the great care of my wife's body and everything in-between is compassion,attention to detail,and of course professional excellency. Your institution is number one in my evaluation and opinion. Thank you all so very much for your service,i would recommend your business to any and all who are seeking. Terrible terrible service by this funeral home during the loss of my mother. Not compassionate, money grab, continues to upsell when our family is grieving, makes mistakes and chooses to simply apologize for the inconveniences and use it as a way to train their staff going forward. I'm glad this was a TRAINING OPPERTUNITY. From the very beginning to the very end...this entire experience was less than a 1 star. Anyone who has lost someone should definitely look elsewhere for funeral arrangements as Mcinnis and Holloway are not the right fit.

Recently used the service of McInnes and Holloway for my husband’s Memorial Service. This is the kindest most caring group I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to honour our every request and to make the very difficult process manageable. The staff were so caring and compassionate every step of the way, including daily phone calls to make sure that I was okay. I will be forever grateful for all that they have done for us during very difficult time.

The cremation costs seem really expensive compared to Pearson or Choice Memorial. The person on the phone seemed uninformed and not asking the right questions. There seems to be a flat rate for no services cremation verses service cremation. No other services where discussed either. …
