Worst experience ever at this car park. TWICE this year too, same thing. Parked here to have lunch. Came back well under an hour to try to pay at the machine. Card is "unreadable". First time: The pay stations intercom wasn't working. Called the emergency number on the station. Was on a hold queue for about 20 minutes. Finally they got someone from the car park to open the shutters (right next to the pay station). She clearly looked like she's been just woken up from having a nice long sleep. Rude and arrogant, took my ticket. Overcharged me by $10 for what was meant to be a 40min lunch. Evidence from the time I even called their support number. Second time: 8pm at night. Same issue, ticket unreadable. This time there was at least a time stamp of 7:16pm on the ticket. Pay station intercom not working again. Called emergency. Waited a good 20 mins, at this point past the 1 hour mark obviously. The phone agent happily charged us for 2 hour parking. Even though it was their faulty machine and hopeless phone support queue time. I voiced out to the agent that this is robbery, charging the customer for more parking time when the fault was clearly on their end. I have clear evidence to show the time I even made the call to the support number. All I got was "We saw you speaking to someone at the car park earlier". Really? Why is it that I'm contacting this number for help and wasting my time to get out of the car park then Absolutely ridiculous. I have all this on a call recorded from both experiences as well. From now on I'm parking elsewhere and I'd advise anyone to stay away from this hopeless car park that deliberately cheats you out of extra parking fees.

2 weeks ago we were stuck in this carpark for 2 HOURS! There was a problem at the gates and the company refused to open the gates for everyone making people wait over 2 hours to leave the carpark on a friday night. It was becoming dangerous as people were running down the ramps, beeping horns etc. Both times when we rang the company this was completely disregarded and we were told to just be patient! 2 HOURS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! We rang the police as people were getting aggressive and the company wouldn't open the boom gates as this would risk them losing revenue, obviously happier for people to be running around the carpark, and condoning road rage as well. They then asked us to pay an additional $6 at the exit. We didn't, but this goes to show how long we were stuck in the carpark! When we rang the company the second time as it was after hours I was assured my details had been put in an email to head office and was told I would be contacted on the Monday. To this day the secure carpark head office have not contacted me. I am absolutely disgusted with this carpark and the people who run it. DON'T PARK HERE!!! It ruined our entire night out for valentines day. PARK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! When I was leaving, my ticket was marked as unreadable. I tried the pay station followed by the first boom gate then I had to reverse and drive up to the second boom gate and each time the machine would say my ticket is unreadable. I pressed the help button on all machines and no one was answering. There was no one at the ticket station to help me and I was basically trapped with no way out. Eventually some kind persons ticket worked and the gate opened and they allowed me to quickly follow behind them and exit before the boom gate closed again. I was fortunate to quickly exit behind them. Such a horrible place to trap people and offer no way out. To the owners: if you see me exit behind another car in your camera footage, I REFUSE to pay as this is entirely your fault for faulty machines as well as for literally TRAPPING people in the car park with no way out. I’ve seen other reviews and it’s been a few years that you keep saying you’ll solve the issue but you never do. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this poor management, the hostages of people and the robbery.

If I can give 0 star I would. It's terribly managed. As you approach, you see a sign that 'seems' to say 'cash & credit card payments only... Paywave, Apple Payments. You would assume you can do Paywave. But when you try to pay at the payment station, you realise there is NO paywave! Cos there is a line at the bottom that says 'not accepted at this carpark (only if you have the physical card)! By then it's too late, because despite having a carpark security counter (and staff), they cannot take your payment at the counter. They will show you where you might have to walk to an ATM to get cash to pay for the parking! Due to the need to run around, I ended up having to pay double of what the parking cost would have been. I have tried writing to the council about this, in the hope that they would change/improve the signage so that drivers are not Trapped in the carpark and held to ransom. They have come back denying that there is anything wrong, and their attitude about this whole thing is so typical arrogance. Sigh, and we pay taxes and rates and not get to have our voices taken seriously.

Be careful when paying for your parking. I put my ticket in the machine, and tapped my card. Then I noticed that I didn’t get charged the $35, but $50. I contact staff that told me that told me that I pushed the but ‘Lost ticket’ but I informed her that I never touched the machine till after I paid. She told me that she would fix it and off we went, but then at the pay station, another staff member told me that it wasn’t possible and I would have to do it myself on their website, I haven’t gotten that far yet but have that to look forward too. As I go to leave and insert the ticket, it now asks me too pay $35!?!? The staff member was only 5m from car and I called out but it took a good 3-4 minutes before her and a colleague managed come over. And then I was first told that I had done something wrong and that I should pay, this is from the same person that I was talking too before. Thankfully the other person interjected and called on the walkie-talkie and told them to just open the gate. Terrible service and as of yet, no refund.

  • Maddy Roberts

Their machines are faulty and would not accept my card saying “unreadable”. When the issue was raised to car park staff they refused to open the gate and tried to convince me my card was faulty. They said I would have to call the service line and pay via phone which was a 30 min plus wait on hold. Eventually I went to get cash out and what a surprise my card worked fine. Obviously by this time the cost of parking had gone up as it took me 45 minutes just to be able to pay. From the other reviews here it’s obvious that the card machine faults are a known problem. If you cannot maintain your payment facilities you cannot hold people hostage in your carpark. Any ethical business would cop the loss and fix the machines. Other reviews mention having to call the police, I wish I had, and if you’re reading this while stuck in this god awful facility, I would suggest you do.

What an absolute joke - waited 20 minutes to get out of this carpark on a Saturday night! The ticket machines are old and faulty, payWave isn't working and credit cards get jammed up. Both exits were blocked by frustrated drivers unable to leave. Called the Help button for a few minutes, tried their phone number - no luck. Finally, when reached, I was told to reverse the car and go look for my card on the ground - they know their machine does it and simply do not care! When found, requested to call their number, wait for another 6 minutes on the line to talk to them and make a payment! They also didn't care that we were waiting there for 20minutes or that there was a long line of cars behind trying to get out. If this happens to you here, just call the cops straight away because they won't let you out.

  • Kelly Bebbington

The only reason there is one star is because of location and because I got out finally. I had paid for my ticket before exiting, as per instructions and was stuck at the exit with beeping and everyone yelling for 15 mins plus. Until the person that was stuck on the other exit finally had someone pay for her as she only had a phone for payment. My ticket was not scanning and it said unreadable. I buzzed the machine and called the phone number and they stated my ticket had not been paid. I had the receipt and all to prove. After finding an attendant at one of the windows in the payment room he printed a new ticket then I sat in traffic again to get out. It was embarrassing and extremely upsetting to be stuck and holding up so much traffic.

  • Madeleine

The only positive thing about this carpark is location as it's very close to the main strip of restaurants. In 2022 not having a tap and go option is crazy, the signs with this information are so fine print when you enter that once you get back to your car it becomes a mission to pay. There's always a backlog of cars trying to get out which on a Friday/Saturday night you can expect to sit in for 30 minutes+ The whole carpark absolutely stinks of urine, the stairwells make your eyes water they're so bad.. and no chance of using the lift as it's out of order! Terribly maintained carpark that has likely only stayed in business due to location, worth parking elsewhere and walking a bit further until issues are fixed.

  • Ziggy Szlagowski

Filthiest discusting carpark ever. Been using it for weeks now. Stairwells always smell like urine. Never ever have i witnesed anyone try to clean it. Also stairwells and front of doors always have water puddles in front of them even days after its fained. Toilets always locked but there is never anyone in the office even when you tap on window. Machines always playing up. Yesterday it took me three goes to pay for parking 10 mins, then a further 15 mins to drive out from level one coz the gates were banked up, still staff at gates were letting people pay at gate exit when signs ckearly state to pay before getting to your car. Absolutey run by incontempt staff who dont care

You’re really lucky that I’m used to Sydney enough that I have a level of patience. But by what I’m experiencing right now a lot of people don’t. Because I’ve been sitting in this car park waiting to drive out for half an hour, I’ve had to put music on because it’s just non-stop car horns until people start making songs out of it lol But this is a serious issue. You probably need to employ people to stand in here and be on hand to fix issues because my card says I checked out at 3:32 and I’m still here at 4:03 and by the looks of things I wont be out of here until 4:30-5:00 This is definitely THE WORST car park I have ever experienced in my life.

  • Kate

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING STUCK. NEVER in my life have I been stuck in car park with cars stuck on multiple levels not moving for half an hour. Extremely frustrating with no idea what was going on. We called up the parking number and upon being instructed to press 3 didn’t get anywhere. We eventually got through and were told the machines were not taking card but it was now fixed. We eventually got out, after much frustration. Had a fantastic night only for it to be ruined by this. Judging from previous comments, this is not the first time. SORT IT OUT. This is also extremely dangerous as a fire/emergency hazard??

  • Sambo C

Get this. No tap and go, no phone payments, no debit cards.... Cash or insert credit card only. This is 2022 last time I checked. I'm not sure why we still need to line up at a Pay Machine, when we can tap and go at the boom gate like so many other places. We spent and hour waiting in ques, and the ticket machine was not reading the tickets correctly. Customers were having to pay for lost cards ($55), just so they could get validated and not hold the massive ques behind them up. Totally unacceptable guys.... Especially at 10pm with kids 6-10 trying to get Home from a big event at the Riverside the theatre.

  • COLIN KENNEDY

Friday 24 January 2020. @ 11.00pm Tried to leave the car park from the second floor level. Had to wait in the travel lane for almost an hour before being able leave. There were a large amount of angry, puzzled and frustrated drivers waiting in long lines. Finally two staff were at the exits booms when i finally managed to leave. What was going on? If you have unattended car parks that saves Secure wages but you have to have quicker responses when something goes wrong. Another wait was for paying for the parking. Only two machines and a long queue. Not as long as the wait to leave afterwards, though.

  • soren s

drove up a few levels looking for a spot (busy saturday night, thats fine! ) and finally got one. walked over to the lift to get to the ground floor only to see a sign saying its out of order. im disabled and cant walk down stairs. our choices were either A. leave and go somewhere else, and still be charged for "parking" there or B. send my partner to get take away and wait in the car. not really acceptable to not have a working lift in a place public such as this, and still be charged for the pleasure of sitting in the car. also there is no where on the info that says the lift is out of order.

  • Nicomambo Po

Most disgusting place ever! True story (unfortunately): Traffic was backed up to the 3rd floor and it didn't move at all for 30 minutes, so I decided to use the toilet first. Toilet is on the ground floor, and the lifts were crowded, so I took the stairs. Upon opening the door of the stairwell, there was a strong smell of urine. Imagine smelling that 3 flights down, then halfway through, the steps were littered with poo! Where did that come from?! It doesn't end there! When I finally found the toilet, there was poo smudged all over the seat! Haven't returned to Parramatta ever since

  • Joanne L

Give yourself plenty of time for this carpark. Pe-covid, this is a good carpark location. Getting in and out take much less time. At the moment (Dec 2021) it can be very challenging. Simply because another parking place is closed due to construction of some kind, could be related to the Light Rail. So you can imagine how busy the carpark can be on weekends. I was there just a week ago - Saturday nite. Took us a long long time to get out of it. Horns going crazy, cars wanting to get out quickly while more cars are coming in. So, give yourself plenty of time.

  • TVDURR

In a place like Parra parking isn’t the easiest thing to find. This place is great if you are looking to go to one of the restaurants on church st. Went to Sicilian and it was pouring down rain. Got a little wet but there is a back entry which is so convenient. Especially when you want to duck out early of a function. Didn’t get to meet any car parking staff but the machines weren’t easy to find and no designated walk way as you need to walk where traffic is coming to get there. Overall clean car park. Fire stairs needed attention. Smelt like pee pee

  • Barbara Bryan

We were disgusted to find that one entrance was blocked off on a recent Sat night so had to go back out and get into queue on Phillip St to access one remaining entrance then found it almost full so ended up at almost top level. So delayed in getting to our venue. Then when returning to carpark, it took 45 MINUTES to exit this carpark (by which time it was 11.45pm) with NO explanation at boom gate (being manually operated by a man on duty) as to what was the hold up! NEVER WILL WE PARK THERE AGAIN!

  • Mable Huynh

This was such a terrible experience which took us over an hour and a half to get out of the carpark. This also meant that we were charged a higher amount for sitting around waiting! The sign says parking fee evasion is theft, but parking here is the real thievery. Highly certain there was an issue with one of the ticket machines, but they did not even consider leaving the gate open - instead overcharging everyone that got stuck. Never thought a carpark experience would be so tragically ridiculous.

  • Brian Edler

For a car park, this was very easy - and it is a great spot centrally located relative to other places in parramatta. Much better than constantly refilling the parking meters. The cost was no different to other options - the hotel parking was $35, the refills on the street would have been about $30 and the car park was $25 Also there was an attendant there all day, so if I needed help I guess I could have asked. The lifts were also in good working order and clean.

  • Sonia S

Although this carpark is convenient, I won’t recommend anyone to come here. First, it only accepts cash and credit card which is super inconvenient in this age when many of us are only carrying our phone. The frustration also comes when I need to spend 15 mins finding help from others for cash to pay for the carpark fee, the fee doubled (from $10 to $20) when I managed to find someone at the time. This is such a bad experience to be honest.

  • Stephen Clapson

Worst car park on earth. Spent 20 minutes getting in to the car park due to the cars not being able to get in. Spent 45 minutes to get out. The que went round and round from top to bottom. I have also when I get to the gate it said unreadable but there was no issues when I paid the $35 at the machine. I had another time I tried 3 cards and then had to gey cash. The only reason I gave one as there is no option for zero or less. Thanks steve

  • Laurence Gregg

As a place to park a car it just qualifies, very tight to get in and out of. You will have problems if you have a large car. As mentioned here by others despite signage stating EFTPOS available the machines wouldn't accept it (currently broken) cash only as the staff could only accept cash. They couldn't process the card for the gate though, you had to push the button on the gate and give them a number.

  • Jiamei Liu

Very very poor carpark. Out ticket was not bent or wet, but it was just not reading in the machines, we had to reverse, work around the traffic and try BOTH machines, and then also went to the paystations afterwards. None of this worked. Staff was unapologetic regarding their poor facilities, and we still paid to get out despite wasting so much time. Unless you want to waste your time, don’t come here.

  • Shaun Tam

HOPELESS website! Google says 24hrs but I want details about the carpark. I can't get any information about opening hours to confirm, nor how much they charge! Try search "Eat St" carpark in SecureParking site. It's there, but then it asks you how long to stay and keeps recommending OTHER carparks. I just want to know WHEN it's available, and how much! Is that too difficult?

  • Dylan Mallia

Tickets are regularly rejected as damaged no matter how much care you have taken of them, forcing you to pay the highest rate - and the prices are so stupidly high now, that there is genuinely no conceivable excuse that they couldn't invest in contactless payment machines. The easiest money-printing operation in the world, hats off to whichever piece of work owns it.

  • Skandakumar Kumarasingam

Well lit, easy to find parking in the heart of Parramatta. Ample parking spaces available. Older parking facility. Sometimes unclean. Needs better painting and signposting. Does not accept phone payments so need cash or credit cards. However you'll find banks in and around the corner to withdraw cash to pay. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall good experience.

  • Bahi Slh

This place doesn’t have the option to pay with phone and also when you pay your ticket with cash, the machine doesn’t give you your change. When I talked to the operator, the lady said ask for refund on the website!!! I wanted $4 and 40 mins time to find an ATM. I want happy at all with my experience at this parking. I wouldn’t give even one star if I could .

  • Sean Elias

Machines are faulty and outdated, it’s 2021 and couldn’t pay for the parking using contactless payment phone/ Watch, second I tried to pay using two cards one debit and other one credit card, both didn’t work!!! I got a message saying ticket unreadable. Eventually I had to withdraw cash to pay for the parking… location is great but worst experience ever.

  • Alex Le Fevre

Great location, but some of the parks are difficult to manoeuvre into. The most astounding thing **WARNING** is that they don't take tap and go card payment, either at the gate or the pay machine!! We don't carry cards any more, and I'm surprised there was NO option for this. Luckily our friends were leaving at the same time and they leant us $20 cash..!

  • Isabella Jajjo

BEWARE! Horrible car park, machines do not work as they don't take your ticket although you pay, so they scam you and charge you even more to get out, just because it takes you 30 mins more to figure out why it isn't working. No refunds, no help, nothing. A complete scam of a car park. Such unnecessary stress, ruined the mood of the whole day.

  • Delcie Wardrop

This was very busy last time we used this carpark because of a festival in town. An attendant was at the exit to assist people. Cars were queuing to get inside. Normally it's busy on a Saturday night but not this bad. Having one of the glowing balloon figures taking up space in the bottom level meant there were fewer carpark spaces available.

  • B Ben

Tried to park last Sunday 24 July around 6.15pm and we were caught in a loop of cars from top to bottom. No one could move or exit the car park with only 1 lane for 45 mins. Avoid this car park especially on Sundays. Council should consider to demolish and build it to current standards. Haven't seen a car park so poorly managed in Sydney.

  • Jeremy

Enough spaces at around 6pm for dinner. Reason for blocked exit/entrance is people don't pay beforehand and rely on the boomgate which doesn't have tap and go payment or always work. There's 2 pay stations nearby but everyone crowds at the one causing a queue. Parking lot does the job but not amazing

  • Rob Mullins

1 star is being extremely generous, This car park is atrocious all the stair wells stink of urine and stale cigarette smoke and it can take up to an hour to exit as the boom gates appear to be faulty, I have yet to have a positive experience in this car park I would avoid it at all costs if you can.

  • Darryl Hughes

Went to dinner @ Eats Street Parramatta and then Riverside Theatre for Sydney Festive 2019 Shanghai Mimi so we parked at Secure Parking. It was only $10 on Friday nite! What a bargain!! Only 2 minutes from loads of great restaurants and loads of parking space. Had a great night out.

  • Brad Samuels

Conveniently located, but that is the only thing that was positive. The place is quite dirty and run down. Takes roughly 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot (without an event) and their signage only advertise the day rate and Sunday rate (leaving nights open to a surprise bill)

  • Hassanain Hai Dari

Good parking location but the security or worker who stands around causes unnecessary trouble. Argues and shouts at a lot of different people multiple times in different situations. Very troublesome walking by and seeing him argue with people even when they leave and pay.

  • Joseph Pipicella

What a nightmare. The boom gates are so temperamental and you find yourself just stuck in a sea of cars with no where to move or go, all because the exits are blocked. Avoid this parking lot, once you’re in, it’s a miracle if you get out. Very poorly designed and managed.

  • Ray Boggiano

Had to sit in the car in my bay for over an hour trying to get out and was unable to move due to the awfully designed carpark causing a tailback all the way up to the top floor. I had to pay an extra $15 for the time I was sat waiting to get out of the carpark too.

  • JackT

This is first paid car park I surprisingly found out they don't accept contactless payment or tap & go. I only give 2 stars for the staff at pay station trying to help the situation. At the end I had to get cash from ATM to get out the car park.

  • Alicia

Very convenient location. Definitely pricey but most parking in Parra is. Very painful queuing to leave carpark at night. Although they have hired start at the gate to speed up the process. Overall, could be better but I'll take what I can get

  • Kylie French

Boom gate couldn't read any of my credit cards and posting the help button got me a lazy person who told me to go back to the carpark (I was in my car at the gate with people behind me) and find a ticket machine and try there. I said no and

  • Michael Lee

The parking was convenient for us that day but the side spaces was really VERY tight my car just fit in the space, but I got a little scratch on my bumper because of the tight squeeze which the Mrs was not happy about. Poorly designed

  • Joel Chong

Came to check I wasn't the only one. 45min gridlock on a Sunday lunch today which needed clearing by a bunch of helpful people directing traffic. Carpark has a design flaw for the exits. And yeah...no tap and pay. At least it was free.

  • Ashraf Kandil

There was lots of parking spots when I went there, around midday which was surprising and I got my business done and I was back to my car all for just $3 The only catch was that the gate would not accept my card and the PayStation was

  • Colleen Walker

What a terrible experience in this car park. At least 15 people held up for half an hour trying to pay. Machines not accepting cards. Nobody answering the emergency phone. I'll NEVER park here again. Happy New Year hmmmph …

  • Nadia Kerr

Safe multilevel carpark at a reasonable rate. Only issues is hard to get in and out of carpark when busy, takes a long time. Its a shame the light rail has taken away so many parking spots in Parramatta so this fills up quickly.

  • Ryan Jones

It's usually busy Thursday nights and Saturday night. But it's a great central place to park if you want to see the city. There's a bit of construction going on right now, but you can already see it's going to be lovely!

  • Everybody Solo

It was a typical carpark. When I lost my ticket and had to pay for another one, the helper that spoke to me through the machine was efficient, if a little abrupt. Don't lose your ticket, it's $50 to replace and get out.

  • Arpan Adhikari

Absolutely not worth the stress. They have a sign that says "please pay before your leave your vehicle". But their pay station is nowhere to be found. I'd find a good kerbside parking and pay higher price to be honest.

  • Nathan Azzo

My ticket was marked as unreadable, I pressed the button for help and the lady asked how long I’d been there, which I was there for 20 minutes which should be a $3 fee, put my phone out to tap. I was charged $50!!!!!!

  • Sahil Chaudhary

I wish I could give -10 stars. The way to enter the car park upper levels and exit are same causing massive jams. You need at least 1 hour to enter the car park and park your car on Sunday 8 PM. Never coming here.

  • Fawad Qaiser

When will you plan to set up with a contactless payment tap machine??? I’m tired of that since I have to walk to the bank atm due to collect some cash repeatedly over the past years. Not happy. Wasted my time.

  • Lo Chris

Visiting Parramatta for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or maybe to attend jury duty. This car park is ok. The bays are bit small but is manageable. Pricing is cheaper than other carpark around the area.

  • Rosa GY

Perfectly located in the night time food district in Parramatta. Free for a few hours on Sunday! The car park is a bit tight so be prepared for sharp turning, one way traffic and narrow ramps!

  • Amanda Schembri

Ok parking centre quite expensive but centrally located for church street restaurants so understandable, would love a monthly parking option but they don’t have this in this car park

  • Maniacal G

Bit narrow, but then must of Sydney's parking is. I didn't experience the issues people had in other reviews. Maybe was one of those lucky times. Easter weekend. Need a bigger sign.

  • Mong Nhi Ngo

1 star for for the location as there is very little street parking in the CBD. Just note that you need to pay with a physical credit card or cash. Who carries these items anymore?

  • Matthew Quintal

Narrow parking spaces and outdated boom gates. Bring your card or cash down to the basement to pay because they have no payment options at the gate (except for card insert?).

  • Warren Smith

Car park close to Parramatta restaurant. Very expensive parking rates. Half the pay machines only accept cash so queues long at busy times. Council owned multi level car park

  • So phon Seat

Great carpark, abundance of spaces, didn't wait long to pay in line at a machine as the tap and go function works. Close to the shops, great place to park for a night out!

  • kirrin pedron

Great location but after sitting on the top level for over 1/2 hour waiting to exit absolutely even if it was the last car park in Parramatta won't be parking here again.

  • Adeeb Razzouk

Why only cash payments are accepted ? You have to hunt around for cash to get your car out from the parking! You cant pay with your phone ! And its not a temporary thing.

  • Fernando Szczepaniak

Payment options should include contactless via smart devices. Additionally; too many idiots treat the stairs as a urinal. On the plus side, access and price aren't bad.

  • Ibrahim E

Rubbish car park! Ticket machines don't work, everyone is stuck inside and can't get out. So much traffic. All the idiots who manage this car park should be fired.

  • Dan Churchill

Doesn't accept contactless is the least of the issues with this car park Like others have said the ticket machine regularly rejects valid tickets for no reason

  • Ruchi Goel

They do NOT take tap n go. Been on hold for more than 30mins with customer service just to pay $3 to get out of the carpark after only parking for 10mins.

  • Amanda Roa

Very expensive parking $20 for only just over 2 hours and the lifts were dirty filled with rubbish and alternatively the stairwell was smelly of urine

  • Yousif Suliman

Easy to find. Not expensive. Organised parking, so you can easily get back to your car. Open till late. Good parking for Eat Street in Parramatta.

  • Jill Cleary

Only cheap on Sundays. Too expensive any other day. Got caught for 2 hours trying to get out and got charged for it. Not happy Jan!

  • John Donicade

Convenient, good location. $45 for 6 hours seemed expensive. Urine smell in the stairwell doesn't suggest well maintained.

  • Daniela Paulmann

Couldn't find the counter to get my discount due to my Riverside Theatre tickets. But other than that, good parking spot.

  • es L

Happy with 4hrs free parking on Sundays. Not very crowded and within walking distance to most places in Parramatta.

  • Sioeli Tongaonevai

Heaps of parking five stars because they finally got their stuff together and installed tap and go services.

  • James

Car park is cooked, tried to go through and the handle slammed the top of my car and gave me a concussion

  • gemma sy

The staircase area smelled bad. Entrance was confusing and we noticed it wasn't only us who got confused.

  • Auburn 2144

It was very small for amount of cars that visit and it gets busy on the weekends the pricing was good

  • Baron Jazzwinder Singh 1st

Slow slow lift and queues - walk up is better owise good location - overpriced as usual for Sydney’

  • glenn hilton

Paid $35 for 5 hours on Saturday, yet FREE for 4 hours on Sunday . Just as well it was a One Off.

  • Anil Sharma

Centralised location for parramatta cbd , please implement tap and pay and online payment system

  • Noorullah Khan
