I went through Sue and Eckermanns for my first home. And i must say that people said buying a house was stressful. Sue took away all that stress and was very helpful throughout the whole process even though we had some issues with first home scheme she still made it stress free. I liked that all of the forms, contracts, etc. could be completed and signed online. I was happy with the online identity process as I didn't have to go and get a Justice of the Peace to physically witness documents and then post them as I have had to do in the past when dealing with an interstate land transaction.
