They have a good manager and owner I guess, but very diappointing front desk employee. The guy is unfrienfly, has no knowledge of customer service care...and snizzing anx blowing his nose....in a very annoying way. Covi-19 does not teaching him anything. I have no plan of goinv back to buy ticket or any.
