I received 'Cupid's Berry Surprise,' which was supposed to come with a bear and 10 balloons (3 additional bunches + the included 1). I received a watery mess that looked nothing like the picture, 8 balloons and no bear. There was so much water on my bouquet that it dripped across my floor as I carried it in, and by the time the water evaporated away it had turned the chocolate dipped items into chalky, unappealing things. I would venture to guess part of the reason is because my bouquets were delivered using a NORMAL COMPACT CAR and not from a refrigerated van as advertised on the website. It would have been nice to have received a checklist or receipt of what I should've gotten from the delivery person so I wouldn't have made my boyfriend feel badly that I didn't get what he had expected. It's not like he could call from Afghanistan just for this. As soon as I realized my order was wrong I tried to call the store to have it fixed. It was valentine's day morning, but even so, it took me 12 calls in a row to get someone on the line. We went through the list of things I was supposed to receive, and yes, I was owed a bear. I'd get it in the evening. We get off the line and I look at my balloons. 3 bunches and 1? So there should be ten (1 bunch = 3 balloons). I have 8. I call back to get my balloons fixed, and I am placed on hold then hung up on. I call back and speak to a 3rd person. I am told I'll get my balloons, bear, and a replacement bouquet in the evening. I will say that, yes, I did get my bouquet, bear and balloons. And the bouquet was much nicer. That is, not sopping wet. So at least there's that. Comparing the bouquet I received to the pictures online, I can't even call them the same thing. Online pictures show baskets quite *packed* with fruit, such that you can't even see between them. That is NOT what you receive. You receive a basket, with perhaps HALF the fruit advertised, with leafy KALE used to hide the thing they stab the fruit sticks into. The fruit pieces are very spaced out. This is my first time having anything to do with edible arrangements and it initially made a seriously unpleasant valentine, but at least they tried to fixed it for me in the end. I posted a picture (in the photo section on this page) of what was advertised on their website, and a picture of the bouquet I first received after letting most of the water evaporate off. Seeing them side by side is probably better than a written review. The replacement bouquet was a bit better, but still full of kale. Finally, let's say hypothetically the balloon is $5 and the bear is $5. Ask yourself if the bouquet and service I received looks worth $70 to you, then decide if you want to order from this edible arrangements.

As previously mentioned in the comments below, this is absolutely an unacceptable service in the Stone Oak community. I don’t live in San Antonio anymore, so making sure this was done for my mother was important since it was for Valentine’s Day. I’d called, I’d say about 9 times to try and speak with someone. Their phone service will ring off the hook and they do not pick up nor returned any of my calls or of the voicemails I’d left trying to both confirm a date change that happened to my order then later attempt to just cancel it all together and ask for a refund when my mother never received her order on Valentine’s Day. My receipt said it would be delivered Friday - then I received an email saying it was changed to 2/15... which she did end up getting today even after I left a voicemail saying if it wasn’t on the day of, “I’d like a refund.” this is a business, initially I’d blame it on errors happen because I do understand sometimes things happen, but after reading multiple peoples reviews of the same thing going into a year retrospectively on here clearly this is more than just an “oversight.” This is literally how they conduct their ‘business.’ Why order an arrangement for a certain day, if you can’t have it delivered on that day? Even if it had been ordered the day of and it wasn’t able to be delivered that day; a professional courtesy call to me with a; “hi ma’am, unfortunately we are unable to make your order today as it was placed too late, I apologize but we will make it tomorrow,” would have been enough - anything other than silence would have been enough. The insane thing is that even after I called asking them to refund me and to cancel my order on a voicemail, it was delivered The Next Day anyway. My mother said that the person who delivered it didn’t even apologize for getting it there a day late. Seriously? Not even an apology and THAT is free.. it says delivery the 14th on the receipt, even she knew it obviously came late. Unacceptable.

My son, who is deployed overseas in the Navy, sent my daughter an edible arrangement for Christmas. They tried to deliver (before calling to get a gate code) which of course they couldn't get in. My son texted me all worried that they refused to make another attempt. To ease his mind, I told him I would take care of it. I called them and asked them if they call the receipents to find out if there is a security gate or not, and if there is one, obtain the code - BEFORE attempting to deliver. She said they try. I told her the situation my son was in and that he wanted to make sure she received it. I told them that a gate code was never obtained before delivery and that he was told he would have to pick it up and take it to her. He's military, away from loved one's on Christmas, and out of the country and NO ONE took the initiative to help him out - yet he's put his life on the line to ensure they were kept safe here in the US. I was disgusted. I drove over an hour to Edible arrangements to speak to the manager. Oh, we are shorthanded and too busy to redeliver. I told him I was very upset at how they operate their business especially for such high priced fruit baskets. He acted like I was wasting his time, offered nothing (like a few chocolate strawberries or whatever) to rectify the situation and basically said if she wants it, I needed to take it to her. So that's what I did, not letting my daughter know about their horrible service so that all she would remember is the gift from her loving brother. I'm sure I'm not the first customer they have treated like this but I will never use this company again and word of mouth is much more powerful than any type of marketing attempts to drive business. No respect for the military nor for their customers.

Awful service! Ordered an arrangement for my daughter for Valentine’s Day and it was not ready at the time that I requested it. I arrived to pick it up and saw 10 other people waiting for their orders. One woman told me she had been waiting for over an hour. Another woman told me that she never got her arrangement delivered to her work from her husband. When I was finally helped I was told there was 200 orders before mine. I could not wait for my order to be ready as this was a gift for my daughter that needed to be given to her at a certain time. I received no apologies from any management, nor was I offered a discount or a coupon of any kind to make up for their mis-management and lack of professionalism. I was given a quick refund however, I think they were happy that they had one less order they had to make. When I told the woman who gave me the refund why they did not stop taking orders if they knew they did not have the Staff to make the orders, the woman told me that they were not going to turn down any orders for Valentine’s Day and let down their customers. She was completely unaware that she was already letting down her customers by not following through with the orders that were already placed. There were lots of disappointed people on Valentine’s Day, my daughter included.

False advertising!!!! I heard about the smoothies that are now being made at stores and was excited that the website to the location nearest to my work stated that they were now being served. When I got to the location I noticed a HUGE sign behind the register promoting their green smoothies and again the excitement hit as I was eager for something sweet. When I asked the guy behind the counter what exactly went into their green smoothies he looked me dead in the eyes and said, "We don't serve smoothies here." I was shocked as the advertising was all over and asked, "Well then why do you have a sign up for it?" to which he responded, "I don't know, that's up to the manager." and proceeded to walk to the back of the store before I even walked out of the door. Needless to say, I didn't get my sweet fix and am severely disappointed with the low grade customer service at this edible arrangement location. Note to self (and others): choose a different store.

BUYER BEWARE: Here’s the detail I just left on their refund request online form for an order never delivered. I went by your store and you all have a maintenance sign posted. I took a picture of it as evidence of also the timestamp, which was well within your business hours posted on your website you should not be accepting orders if you are not open for business. No wonder you did not answer my multiple attempts to call you today and the number you have posted is the store number that you’ll never answer. I have called your headquarters in GA and I have already disputed the charge with Frost Bank for no merchandise received. Now I know why you have the reviews you do and I will report you to the business bureau as well because it is apparent y’all are duping customers out of money I expect a full refund or I will continue to push. Whoever the franchise owner is, you will lose your business soon given these types of business practices.

By far the worst service of any public establishment I have ever experienced. Made a 90$ purchase complete with same day delivery ($14.00) on Saturday at 10 am and never got delivered! What??! Yes, you read that right. On my email confirmation it said that for residential deliveries they can deliver up to 9:00pm, so I waited. Then Sunday came and called and said it was on its way-never arrived. I was livid. Then it was Monday and I got a call to see if I wanted it to be delivered to the house... ARE YOU SERIOUS??! I calmly asked them to refund the entire amount. Getting nasty and telling them how I truly felt would have been pointless. Needless to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Buy your work fruit from HEB, hand dip your own strawberries, and it'll be cheaper for you and you can rest assured it will be there for your special occasion! Awesome! This is what I'm going to do next year!

Beautiful arrangement delivered timely but missing the balloons that were ordered Called to report my concern; I wasn’t particularly upset, but thought they would want o know. 25 total minutes on the phone to local number, corporate person finally answered. Needed order numbers ….also needed recipient, delivery address - items not on the receipt which I was using to place the call! Without those he needed my email, last digits of my charge card….oh my goodness!! Finally after 2 additional “holds” they agreed to refund balloon cost ( or deliver the balloons, which was a ridiculous offer) At that point I complained about the time on hold snd informed the gentleman that I really only want an apology - which I never got!! And that I initially didn’t want anything refunded….but after such poor customer service they have lost me as a customer.

The worst! Unbelievable... This business needs to be shut down. What a scam... I placed an order days in advance, and they never delivered it. THAT DEFEATS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE IF YOU CAN'T DO A DELIVERY ON TIME. I placed my trust in this company, and they couldn't have dropped the ball any worse than they did. They wouldn't even answer the phone to let me know what was going on. What an embarrassment. I will never use this companies services, and I will do everything I can to inform people of what a worthless establishment they are so that no one else has to experience the level of disappointment I did. I live and work near Stone Oak, and have a huge network of people who will now never do business with you either. Do the world a favor, and close down your shop. You can't fulfill the most basic requirements of what your service entails.

Not sure how anyone could give this place anything higher than 1 star! I placed an online order for a friends birthday in advance. I got an email saying the order was taken and being made and waiting for delivery. Last minute of the day the “manager” calls me saying they won’t be able to fulfill my order because they don’t have a truck. Every time I order from this store they have the same problem. I tried to let them redeem themselves after failing to fulfill a previous order, and put me in the same position to have to scramble at the end of the day to try to come up with an alternative birthday present. This establishment doesn’t care about good customer service, doing right by there customers and they clearly don’t care about the horrible stressful positions they put people in by not delivering orders as promised.

I ordered my mom a birthday delivery from here and waited all day for it to come. Was excited to see flowers and a beautiful dessert tray. No flowers. Delivery driver was driving a janky old car. Even though their website says “they deliver in their products in their refrigerated vehicles” that was a lie. My mom didn’t even want to open the door because she didn’t know who was there. I spent total $90 for a tiny plastic container that I could have gotten from HEB for half the price and no disappointment. And of course they close at 5pm so I couldn’t even call to see if I could get a refund for the flowers I didn’t get. So many negative reviews on edible arrangements and of course I didn’t listen. Well now I’m definitely going elsewhere. God help the person that will be dealing with me for my refund tomorrow

I did not personally buy anything from them but their delivery driver almost tboned me on the highway. I have 2 small children in my backseat and was driving down the highway. My light was green- the edible arrangement cars light was red. They went left on a red light right in front of me. If I wouldn’t have been paying attention they would have hit me and my children. I called the store to complain and let the manager know her employee was driving recklessly. The girl who answered the phone was sweet and asked if I was okay. The manager didn’t bother to call me back. Sad. A store without a strong manager will surely fail. I expected more. That driver shouldn’t be on the road and they need to be spoken to. Made the company look bad driving so recklessly.

I was out of town when my order was supposed to be delivered so it was rescheduled for a later date (Tuesday). I received the strawberries and when I opened the box you could tell they weren’t fresh. I tasted one- I was right. The strawberry was soft. I tried another one. Same thing. I should have called the stored immediately but I was very busy so I ended up calling Thursday and spoke with the Manger who was also the lady I talked to when I was out of town. All she said was “ok”... didn’t even apologize and attempt to make it right. My poor friend wasted his money. I will NEVER do business at that the Stone Oak location and I buy arrangements often. Horrible customer service Nicole... and you’re the manager.

Went in to redeem my birthday box and not only did I have to ring the bell 5 times (I hesitated being obnoxious and only hit it once each time) but I was given the run around about all of the possible logistics as to any reason I could not redeem at this location. I have used locations in different cities and states without any issue. Finally, she tried my name (if she even spelled it correctly) and said YEAH, I CAN'T REDEEM IT HERE BECAUSE YOU DONT SPEND MONEY HERE. Before leaving the parking lot, I called the location in The Forum, I asked about my redemption (they immediately accepted) asked for my phone number, and placed my order immediately! I've never been to either location before.

I placed an order to be delivered for my anniversary not knowing that the weather would get so bad (snow and ice) and I honestly didn’t think it would be delivered at all and I even forgot I ordered it. I had got off of a 20 hour shift at work, I was tired and struggling with my mental health big time. I was about to break down crying and I heard a knock at my door and it was the edible arrangement I ordered. They didn’t have to deliver it in the snow/ice but they did and made mine and my boyfriends anniversary exceptionally better which ended up turning into a great memory. I just want to say Ashley the manager at stone oak location IS THE BOMB!!!! I've always ordered from this location, because their product and edible arrangements look just like the website, fresh and delish! If they don't have the balloon you see in the website they replace it with a better one.. unlike San Pedro location fruit was disgusting, don't go there. I ordered an arrangement late last night not thinking of the inconvenience of covid and Ashley is going to make sure my order is delivered before noon. Seeing that their office closes at noon. This place is a scam. Ordered a fruit and chocolate combo for Mother’s Day. Only delivered partial order. Delivered the fruit and forgot the chocolate. They then give us the option of refund vs delivering the rest of the order after Mother’s Day was over. We opted for refund which they never did. Called several times and every time they claim they refunded and we have to wait at least 2-3 wks before we can see it in our accounts. It’s now September 4 months later and still nothing. Now they won’t even cooperate. Never will I ever do business with these people.

Got there a bit early for pickup time ,one of the ladies was rude about me being early, but the other lady on duty was super nice about it. Also it was suppose to be the mother's day bouquet with the mothers day balloons, the balloons said " I love you" no "happy mother's day" balloons in sight. The M's in the MoM part of the fruit were over ripen & tasted off. As well as the mom part of the arrangement not being visible at all, was buried in between the rest of the fruit.For the $ spent, was not worth it. Won't be using this service again.

Ordered a platter for delivery for an Easter get together. Upon delivery it looked like it had been dropped and was a mess. Called the site store to make it right and the woman we spoke with and sent a photo to was very nice and said she would send a replacement delivery the next day. Then she called us back to let us know the Manager said we can come pick up the replacement because "Sometimes this is what happens when the fruit is small and doesn't fill the plate." Got a refund instead, ridiculous.

Do Not Order From Them !! Arrangements never came on Valentine's Day ! They are stingy for your money and won't deliver in time for what you pay for ! And it's totally not worth it ! Better off going elsewhere for cheaper ! Lady named Ashley Iduda was very shady when we came in and made a complaint. She said " we will be refunding by the end of week" . My fiancé order chocolate for Valentine’s Day. It was suppose to be delivered to me at 2. However it did not. We went to the shop to see what was going on, because NO ONE was answering the phone! Picked up an order Thursday afternoon, fruit was bad on Friday!Called and spoke to someone who said his name was Greg. He was very argumentative and stated they use fresh fruit and once the order leaves the store they can’t do anything about it! Oh well, should’ve opened the box and checked before I left. I received an Anniversary gift from my husband and it was a beautiful arrangement, however one of the items in the arrangement was stale. I mainly called the location because I just wanted to make sure that no one else got the same batch of chocolate covered pretzels. However, the lady that said she would look into the order and call me back......never did. I just don't think it's very professional to say your going to call back and don't.

I travel for work, and unfortunately I can't always be there for special occasions with my wife and our three children. On Valentine's day I placed an order for my wife and our two daughters. Yet they never delivered it! Not even a curticy call the day of. Now on 2/15/20 (real time). I've attempted to call three times, just to be on hold for over 30 minutes... Never again! Poor management to say the least. They need to shut down.

****UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT**** In the past couple weeks I've ordered 3 arrangements from Edible Arrangements of Stone Oak for mothers day & a birthday and I am very pleased with the service and prompt delivery from this partictular store. I cannot stand a place that is built around delivery and hospitality and doesn’t even bother to deliver on time or reach out to let you know it’s not going to make it. I ordered a simple small fruit bouquet a day in advance for my daughters for national daughters day and it never came. Nobody reached out and nobody bothered to tell me it would be late. Kind of pointless now. Thanks for nothing bozos.

Let me tell you how AMAZING this store is! I live in out of town and needed to get an order to one of my family members. I called and told them my dilemma and not only did they help me pick the PERFECT gift but they also went the extra step to make sure it was delivered on time. I couldn’t be more happy with their service and new ownership. I would recommend this place ALWAYS!!

If I could leave a 0/10 I would. Ordered from here because edible arrangements defaults the pickup location to this store. Little did I know that I would have this much trouble with this location. Apparently they aren’t servicing at the moment but yet are still taking orders. Of course I’ll be going through my bank to get a refund but I wanted to inform others to steer clear

Do not order from here!! I ordered my dad a basket for his birthday 2 days in advance to be delivered on his birthday and they have no idea what's going on. No email or call that they couldn't fulfill the order in time. It's not helpful to order by a certain date in advance. They can't manage to complete the orders they get. Zero stars if I could. Total waste of money.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my husband and daughter to be delivered at work for Valentine's Day. Neither got delivered. Poor planning on their part. Poor customer service. Had to go to the actual store to find out what happened because the phones were not being answered...too busy! Jimbo is rude! I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again.

Ordered from this location for my best friends baby shwoer, and I have to say that I was impressed by the customer service. To be honest I was skeptical to order an Edible Arrangement because of past experiences. This was a great center piece for our dessert table! & they were open on Sunday for me to pick it up. Staff was friendly. Would order again

They tried to deliver on Valentine's day at the last minute. No one was home and they refused to leave it, even with my consent. My girlfriend returned home at 4 and I tried to reschedule (since I'm out of town) and no go. To make matters worse they aren't even answering the phones today. What good is an edible arrangement 3 days late? $130 wasted.

This place is awesome! Recently changed ownership to a wonderful family that the wife grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Regan! The fruit arrangement was so beautiful and tasty. Sorry no pics as the kiddos ate it all so quick! Great birthday, anniversary, house warming, bring to a dinner idea. Love this place and the new owners.

My Mothers Day Fruit Bouquet and freshly dipped chocolate pineapples were absolutely wonderful and delicious. My daughter got the mini cheesecakes and cookies and raves about them for days. Went in for a smoothie, the lady greeted me and asked how can I help you. When I told her what I wanted she paused for a moment and said that they were too busy full filling thanksgiving orders and I should go 2 doors down and get a smoothie from there. I couldn’t believe it, she denied me service after asking me what I needed.

Absolutely fantastic service. They were out of one item due to a delivery issue, but contacted me immediately and more than made up for it. They closed early, try to support small and this is what you get. I drove through Stone Oak traffic at 3:40 pm after getting my daughter from school for nothing. Stick to large chain stores, they don’t do this nonsense.

The delivery person showed up at 8 PM on the 22nd. Was supposed to be delivered on valentines day. To top it all off there was HAIR in the platter. Horrible.
