A great library, staff are awesome. They are very patient and always willing to help you find the right resource. The selection of books and media is great. There is an area for the children at the front stocked with toys and small couches to sit on and enjoy a book with mom or dad. This area can get pretty noisy at times but this is part of having so many visitors every day. What I like the most about this library is the view from the large windows at the back. Sitting at the study tables (that offer outlets to plug in devices and laptops) and looking at the lake is great. What's more, it's never busy at the back. Very nice place to finish an assignment or read a book. The best for me.

People were lined up for new Library cards trying to get the free entrance offer for K-days. Unfortunately, Nicole A. (manager) wouldn’t let loyal existing customers into the “Customer Service” area and instead forced everyone into the understaffed “New Account” table which was operated by one poor girl. The line up was 20 deep. This is my favourite library but today was the worst management of the place. And to make it even worse the manager just retreated back into her office without helping any customers or her staff. Disappointed to see this. Would have given only one star but gave it a second star for the overworked “new account” girl. She tried her best to manage.

Went there one Saturday, it's full packed and the computers are busy......with kids playing online games. It's noisy and all of them enjoying the online games and chatting with each other. Kids section also have adults sitting there occupying the computer and it's just 5 or 6 computer. My son gets very excited but nobody pays attention to him but just asking him not to disturb them playing games. We have to leave because the people working there said my son too disturbing. Overall, disappointed because don't feel like a library but an online game centre. Not a great place for study. Not sure if any other days.

I like these libraries. Pre-covid however. Back 4 years ago, I found it incredibly noisy. Honestly why are people allowed to play video games there? Most computers are taken by kids playing games. Once I saw a teenger walk in with 5 boxes of pizzas to share with his friends at a table. What is this place? Not recommended for quiet and focussed reading. But, I liked this location as it was where my therapist was located.

This is my favourite library in Edmonton. It's the only library that is not too busy, quiet and convenient! The staff are super friendly. Some of the other libraries in Edmonton have kids running around and it's not quiet at all, which makes it so hard to focus. I've never had that problem at this location!

I haven’t been to a EPL in years unfortunately but I walked in and had the absolute pleasure of talking with Nicole, she was kind, helpful and definitely went into detail about any questions I had. It made me feel welcome and happy to be there. Will gladly go back. 10/10 would learn and study there again.

Fabulous library. Kids are always busy at the computers, or reading, or enjoying one of the many activities here. The Sing Sign Laugh and Learn program is very busy on Saturdays but they always have a secondary program going on if it becomes full. Staff I've interacted with seem to care a lot .

STAFF are amazing and super helpful. Great place for kids as there are all sorts of programs books and computers to keep them entertained. Really good resources for adults too! We are truly lucky to have such a wonderful library in the North end!

While one of the smaller libraries in Edmonton I've always found the staff here quite helpful and understanding whenever I've needed it. And even if it is small - EPL has a world class website to book holds and such from so I often come here.

What other place in all of Edmonton can you come to "borrow" books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, and even time on computers that have internet and word processing? And all this also comes with helpful staff to answer your questions. Wow!

Great EPL location for Northsiders to reserve and pick up books since the reserve section is right at the front and you can be in-and-out in a few minutes. Staff are always helpful if you need a hand.

Fairly spacious library with many tables spaced out for social distancing. Public computers available for all and tons of great books at this branch.

I love this place! Although the building where the library is small its clean and filled with an excellent selection of books and friendly staff.

Got a really nice lady at the customer service desk who helped me with the door coz I have a small baby and gave me a warm welcome. Good job!

The staff is friendly and they have a good Preschool Problem Solvers instructor. Also has a ni e kids area and good selection of video games.

Great selection of books. Many great resources for students and the general public. The staff is helpful and it's clean and not to busy.

This library is badly run by some of the younger generation staff members( post 1970 born people) who have no respect for their elders.

Very positive experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean, quiet and bright. Lots of activities for school aged children as well.

The library is small and forewarning that the bathroom is wide open and unisex. It didn’t bother me, but may deter some.

Seems to always have computers open, lots of books ready for check out. They almost always greet you when you walk in.
