I find it very user-friendly and the submission process is easy and fast. Although the automatic response confirms a return within 72 hours, we received our summaries 7 hours after our submission! I have filled my tax through this firm and my experience was pretty great. They collect documents and info via their website and they usually respond quickly like within 1-2 hrs if your call get missed by them. However, While checking the filling, i found something and i had to tell them to correct it. So i would suggest everyone to check it carefully before signing which everyone should do obviously. Very good and timely service with a fair price. They care about helping clients to have tax retrun. The quality of the website can be improved. It is not easy to get a hold of them via telephone which is likely due to high workload. Yet, other modes of communication works well, e.g. Whatsapp. Overal I am very happy with the service I received from Elan and recommend it for filing taxes.
