The information, received and the friendliness of all the staff was excellent. When I asked questions about the bike, explanations and demonstrations was give to me, which was appreciated. Since my last review which was unfavourable I’ve been in contact with the owner and things have been resolved. To be honest I was impressed with the effort to make things right, sometimes communication is the issue rather than bad service and I truly believe that this was the case this time.

Outstanding customer service. Arthur helped me feel comfortable with my new e-bike and took the time to make sure I was fitted correctly. I never felt rushed or silly for asking questions, I would definitely recommend dropping in to see their huge range of e-bikes. Be sure to ask for Arthur.

Arthur and Jaan were super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I needed a quick fix and it was done on the spot with no fuss. I was impressed by the range of bikes and their collection of quality accessories at reasonable prices. They even stock Basil bags! Will visit again.

Fantastic service from the Brighton Team. Very knowledgeable Team Members. We were explained the differences between brands and model and given the opportunity to try many bikes. The "nothing is too hard" attitude was a breath of fresh air.

I’m so disappointed in this place. They quoted $79 for a diagnostic on my ebike display. $79 later no diagnosis apart from ‘it’s not working and we don’t stock them’. Told me they would search on line for a replacement and send me a link.

I had a problem with my bike that turned out to be a warranty fix. The peeps at Brighton fixed it same day. I live on the other side of town, but Kensington doesn’t open on Mondays.

Needed a replacement lock on my ebike battery after attempted theft. They were able to get the replacement lock and installed it with no problems. Very helpful and reasonably priced.
