I had used Electric Man 2 years ago to replace a ceiling fan when the motor died. Well the same fan broke again so I called ElectricMan back cause they were good and fair priced previously. I confirmed that the price would be similar to what I paid before people to scheduling. The scheduler confirmed prices had increased slightly but it wouldn't be much more than the $350 including tax I had paid 2 years ago. When the 2 technicians arrived they quoted $615 for the work (when the bid came via email later the price was changed to $675). I told them what the scheduler had shared and they seemed annoyed (Daniel) and said that Brian who had done the work before was taller than them and had a better ladder (they thought the ceiling was 24ft but I've since confirmed it's 18ft). They called their manger to see if anything could be done. He told them not to charge the service fee and to leave. I called and talked with Whit, the operations manager, who did apologize and explained they did the job 2 years ago for too little and their costs had also increased. That's fine but I shouldn't have been misled into taking an afternoon off work expecting a similar price only to still have no working ceiling fan. He credited my account with $99 should I ever risk using them again. I don't think it likely as a couple phone calls later and I have a new electrician scheduled to do the same work for $200 in a couple of days.

I was looking through services and couldn't find circuit breaker box. I'm a two time user of this companies services. The first service was for replacement circuit breaker box and grounding rod replacement. The Electricians that came out that day were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated their input and discussion of electrical concerns of my home. The previous box I believe was from 1982 and a fire hazard. Was in much need of updating. We've been very happy with the updated and upgraded box we now currently have for our home. The second visit was for an electrical concern where voltage was coming through out water fixtures both inside and out. However that quickly became a city side issue. Nonetheless ElectricMan dispatched in a responsive and timely manner to try and come diagnose the electrical issue. Although it wasn't their job to fix the city side electrical they did come out and do their best to find and address the issue.

It is such a refreshing pleasure to be able to give a positive review for a service provider. Our electrician, Marciano, showed up very quickly on the day we first called for service. He was professional and polite — he spent a lot of time explaining to us what needed to be done, and why, and answered all of our questions to the point that we felt comfortable in trusting our electrical needs with him. This is an older home that has been remodeled a couple of times and we did not feel comfortable with the electrical service and quality of work that had previously been done. He identified areas of concern and ranked them by levels of importance for legs safety needs, which was very important to us. We are looking forward to his return later this week to perform the work that is needed to make us feel safe and comfortable in the new home.

I have used ElectricMan twice. First time was in 2020… Since my home was built in the sixties, I had the electrical from my stove wired into my home and needed that removed and an outlet installed for my new gas cooktop. Mariano knew exactly what to do and was efficient. Second time was today. Daniel installed three ceiling fans in three bedrooms. Again, since my home is older, one of the bedrooms did not have an existing box or switch, so they also installed that for me. I will continue to use ElectricMan because they continue to do a great job.

Mariano was incredible! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any type of repair man coming to my home. He was exactly on time! No waiting around for 3-4 hours. Extremely polite and courteous! Was willing to fix anything we needed done. Everything was fixed properly and quickly and done with a smile. It felt like a friend coming over to fix something for me. I will only be calling this company when I need an electrical problem fixed. I will be sure ask for Mariano too! THANK YOU!!!

Scheduled a Saturday appointment, Before he arriveed Daniel called to provide his ETA. Daniel called to let me know he arrived right after the start of the 12PM-4PM promised time frame. Daniel grabbed his tools and got right to work. The work was completed professionally but quickly, Daniel inspected his work and other items we called about. He called to verify we were happy with his work. He cleaned up, gather his tools closed out his job. Very nice work, overall very happy with the customer service!

- Over priced almost double what others quote to do some electrical work. - Upselling on items not originally inquired for. - Charged $100 to give a quote ( I was never told ahead of time about ) which only took about 15 minutes of their time. - Was told that the price would increase should I not make a decision quickly. These are not the people I would want giving me a quote or recommendations on what I need done.

Daniel did an AWESOME job of installing a home Tesla charger! Chris in the office was prompt and helpful in scheduling - and Daniel communicated as he said he would on his arrival time. The litter created during the installation was cleaned up and he saved the box in case we ever moved. We are pleased and we recommend Daniel 100%!

We just moved into our new home this week and have had 3 different electric companies out. Mariano was by far the most professional and was able to diagnose and fix our electrical outlets that were out. He is extremely polite and easy to work with! I would recommend him for all your electrical needs!

They installed a EV2 outlet and surge protector and upgraded the electric panel with 50 amp breaker to power the EV2 outlet. They also installed sheet rock around all new connections. The work was fast, professional, fair priced and very friendly service.
