REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Purchased IFB Washing Machine on 14th august paid the whole price and they promised us that it will be installed under 48 hours till now nobody has came to install the machine despite several calls no one is answering properly. Called the store so many times they just say it will be done we will let you know soon.While purchasing the product they lure you with Amazing words and guarantee that under 48 hrs it will be installed. If this is the way the service is done I would never purchase anything from the store after ever again.

We bought a led tv from this shop, the sales man told that Delivery will be free , no charges will be taken , delivery man asked for delivery charges, their service is not satisfied as their engineer did not respond to make the led tv install, , we contacted the team there was no response, even on their visiting card the telephone nos given are not in service, they just sell the product, after that they don't even care. Bakwas service I would never recommend this shop to anyone to buy from it

Purchased LG fridge and voltas split AC from this showroom. First they sent a dented fridge and they replaced it with a malfunctioned one that did not even turn on. Both the products seemed dusty and old. Did not even look genuine. The voltas AC looked old and scratched with writings on it. The service is pathetic and no one even answered the multiple calls. Do not waste your time and money. Rather go to croma or Vijay sales. Atleast you can expect a better service.

Post Sale Support Must be provided. Please check warranty status and conditions thoroughly before purchase. My Samsung Inverter AC with alloy coils went out of order and warranty stipulations told aren't matched with company. Nor are they being discussed by store manager here. Real Disappointment. I'm spending almost 1/3 of AC PRICE ON repair after 14 months. Expected Better.

Pathetic..... Super pathetic.... Dont go by their commitment Once you buy the product they will keep on stalling you 'kal lag jaega, Kal lag jaega' They just took our order without checking their inventory. In being asked Their manager said ' aise nahi hota, aise inventory check karke order nahi lete, pehle order lete hai fir inventory check karte hai.

This store do the false commitments. At the time of purchase they claim 24 hours installation of AC however now they simply said it will take 1 week. When I ask them for the refund they said ok, it will be processed after 1 week. Pathetic service and commitments by the store.

Really a paradise for electronic Good place to buy electronic products. They have wide range of products to choose from. We baught hp laptop at a good price. Staff here Mr Gaurav explained us about the laptops which helped us to choose right laptop according to our need.

Worst experience with Mayank and the sales team. They don’t even talk to you politely after the sale. They sell faulty products and are not willing to replace unless you fight and argue with them. Take your business else where
