I’ve been going to Elite Style’s since it opened it’s doors, many years ago. Beto has been my hair stylist since I moved to Miami, almost 8 years ago. I can’t say enough how kind and what an amazing human being, besides a professional and entrepreneur Beto is. Graciela is the only one that touches my nails since 6 years. I don’t even bother trying to find another manicure professional in Miami when I forget to book my appointment with Graci. I just get it done myself at home (which never comes out good lol) until she can sees me and get my mani and pedi done. I also get Botox done with Melissa. She is very nice and calm. I love my Botox results. Will is such a great hairstylist too, sweet and always with a smile on his face. The whole team is super friendly and well experienced. Beto along with his team makes me feel welcome and comfortable. There is always a good cappuccino or a cold glass of Prosecco once I walk in and I love it. I’m very picky with service and I can’t recommend it enough for whoever looks for a high quality service. There is many beauty salons in Miami. There is no one like Elite Style’s.

Requested a 11:30am appointment due to it being my birthday. I had nails appointments, as well as other appointments to treat myself and they call me last minute at 9:30am 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment time to tell me that they had to reschedule me due to an issue with their scheduling system. The woman on the phone refused to let me speak to a manager. I’m here in tears because, I just wanted to look amazing on my birthday and just get a simple wash and cut and I couldnt even do that. I would be highly concerned about making appointments at this place because they refused to honor them and basically rescheduled you at their own convenience with no regards to schedule, or what you have planned for the day with an arrogance that is horrible. I hope my experience can save other from the same treatment! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU!!! OR TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY. WHICH BASICALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A SCHEDULING SYSTEM.

Only place I trust to deal with my hair in Miami. I have very fine fragile hair, which normally would not be a good candidate for platinum blonde, yet...Cassidy has patiently worked with me to get me to - and maintain - the platinum shade of my dreams. With healthy, shiny extensions to match. She is a natural beauty wizard, and you know that just by looking at her! The whole team is fantastic. Whenever Cassidy isn't available for blowouts or smaller treatments, I am seen by another rockstar stylist and they are all unbelievable. From sweet amazing Chelsea, to veteran Marcella and sassy rising star, Johnny. Oh, Guto's blowout...mind-blowing, indeed! Jorge manages the calendars in accommodating ways, and he's a true gentleman! Always a happy time spent with this crew!

I had the most amazing experience with Chelsea today! First of all she is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve met in the cosmetic service industry - she answered every single one of my millions of questions and was patient the entire time. I recently moved to Miami and I was nervous changing salons and finding a new blonde specialist & extension artist, but Chelsea has been such a wealth of knowledge and guidance through every step of the way. My hair came out incredible and my extension install looks flawless! I’m sooo grateful I found this salon & Chelsea.
