Just went in to get one thing, and was able to find it quickly. Service seems good - spent less than 5 minutes in there and had someone ask if I needed help. They seem to have quite a lot of things in stock. As a technologist always in need of some little part or tool, I'd imagine that this will be go-to location from now on.

This place had the without question the worst customer service I ever experienced. All Items are overpriced. Additionally the men who work there harass women constantly and wouldn’t stop eyeing my girlfriend. Would not shop here for anything.

I was having an absolute nightmare of a time trying to install a bidet and had totally shredded a little plastic washer that went on one of the valves. It was a super small, specific part, and I went to this store in total defeat, thinking

Reviewing their key copying services here. Paid to have two different keys duplicated, neither of them work when I try it on my doors. Definitely don’t recommend copying keys here.

They always seem to have everything I'm looking for when I'm doing a small project. If they don't have it on the main sales floor, they always seem to have it in the lower level.
