I lived here in 1983. The place was great! It had natural woodwork and hard wood floors..... My apartment had a bed that pulled out of the wall, a subway tiled bathroom that looked like it came from the 30's, and leaded glass double doors from the Living room to the kitchen/dining room. There were stained glass doors leading outside. The place had tons of character and was in excellent shape. I was told it used to be a speak-easy back in the day.

I personally loved my time living there. It is older, part of the charm, and with that comes a few issues surrounding heating and cooling. But the management did their best with what they had and I was able to make it into my little sanctuary. Beautiful building with stain glass windows in some units and a thick crown molding. It'll be as pretty of an apartment as you make it.

The inside of the apt is nice redone all new appliances. Plenty of room for 1 to 2 people. The main issue is all the homeless that want to congregate up and down the street. I will say it’s always entertaining to watch some of the crazy things going on haha smh.

This is the place if you are looking for sad entertainment. It's also the place if you need to start over and don't want to be judged. It's also a place to get stuck. You can literally feel energy in the walls. It's very busy place

No security, people in hallways all through the night. Over charged for rent. Inaccurate sqare footage in studio. Repairs never made after reqests. Unauthorized entry to apartment.

Tons of shady characters and loud screams every night. This is drug attic central hub!! We are never recommending this to anyone!! RUNNN

It caught fire may 12 2020 leaving several people displayed. Now being told the fire has released aspestus and is unsafe to enter.

Really pretty structure for the studios. Affordable housing at it's best.

Management is very disrespectful and spiteful as well as neglectful.
