Yesterday morning I woke up with extreme pain. I had developed a tooth infection on a broken tooth and I believe I bit down on it (back left molar) while I was sleeping. I couldn't work so I called the Emergency Tooth Doctor and left a voicemail. They called back within an hour and were able to schedule me same day. So I set my appointment up for 2:30 (so my partner could accompany me). He called later when he tried to get my dental insurance info pulled up and asked if I wanted an earlier appointment so they're willing to push you forward if there are any cancellations. I go in an get x-rayed and they see my tooth is very broken and I already knew I wanted it pulled not reconstructed. But I felt so calm for the first time before a surgery. This is the most important part: Dr. Pham is an EXCELLENT dentist. He was able to administer the local anesthetic seamlessly and painlessly. I just kept breathing with my eyes closed and he made sure I was FULLY numb because I had a tooth infection at the base of the tooth. After he took some time to make sure I was numb he came back around for another shot of anesthetic he put right into the base of the tooth. I could feel that for a moment is was uncomfortable but it made the surgery easy, quick and very little discomfort. He made sure it was as pain free as possible and he didn't reef super hard on my tooth it was pressure but only in one direction slowly and deliberately. Thank you SO much Dr. Pham.

I went in for a same day appointment to have a problem molar removed. Called at 9am and was in the chair by 11:30am. Everyone here was very pleasant and professional, from the front desk staff/dental assistant to the Doctor. Everything was explained clearly to me and I was presented with a treatment plan that I then moved forward with. Dr. Costello was fantastic. She took the time to explain what she would be doing during the procedure. The initial Novacaine wasn't enough and she was very receptive that I needed more and was patient to wait while it set in. She was then able to remove my molar without issue. I was also very pleased with the reasonable cost. My total cost (no insurance-I paid out of pocket for everything) was under $430 for xrays, the tooth extraction and two prescriptions after the procedure (one antibiotic to prevent infection and one pain killer to manage the pain). They also included a large bottle of post mouth rinse, basically a 'prescription' mouth wash to treat the gums and trauma from oral surgery. I did not have much pain or swelling, very pleased about that too. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, thanks for the TWO juice boxes to get my blood sugar level up!

I came back to OR with the most UNBEARABLE tooth pain ever. Went to a place called Prestige Family Dentistry and the lady literally knocked against the tooth that was in pain. I cried all day. After that I called Emergency Tooth Doctor at 2 am to try and get in an app. I got one the next day at 11 am. They looked at the tooth and told me I needed to get an extraction or a root canal. Chose extraction cos the root canal would be extremely difficult since it'd be on a skinny tooth. Dr. Costello looked at my tooth and she was honestly super sweet and made me feel like I wasn't just an annoyance. She was very sympathetic about my tooth problem. I tried to get it extracted twice but we learned that even with halcion and anesthesia, my body is so stubborn that it rejects numbing. Dr. Costello felt really bad and sent me home with medication and referred me to an oral surgeon. While I didn't get it extracted, this location didn't make me feel like complete garbage so I really appreciate it.

If I could give these Doctors a 10+, I would. I have extreme dentist anxiety and will hold off as long as I can to go to the dentist. Dr. Savage is my hero. The best dentist I have EVER had. He fixed a tooth that was chipped, he actually built a tooth. I had lots of damage from when I had dental coverage through Multnomah county, and I did not want to go through any additional trauma. I am glad I continued to visit the East side office because they have treated me exceptionally well and they understand my anxiety. The office is clean and the front desk staff always shows excellent customer service even when I am experiencing extreme anxiety. They are not just concerned about getting paid, I tried other dental offices after I got dental coverage and it's all about the money and not dental concerns or patient comfort. This office is very affordable! The finest dental office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

The dentist was weird and barely said a word to me. I had to initiate conversation and ask about the treatment I came for. To make matters worse, reception took my ID and never gave it back during my appt. I left after my appointment and called them three times when I realized my ID was missing - even though they weren’t supposed to close for another 2 hours and no answer. I had to go all the way back to get my ID and found the door locked. If I didn’t knock they wouldn’t have come to the door and my ID would still be in the printer. To some this might not be a huge issue but what if I didn’t live nearby or couldn’t afford another ID right now. Seems negligent and unprofessional. My personal data was not handled well.

I originally had an appointment at their Vancouver location to get a decaying wisdom tooth extracted, but it was causing more pain, and they were able to fit me in at this location. The dentist at this location was so amazing. He worked very slow (yet super efficient) and gently and kept me in the loop the entire time. He even complimented my deep breathing during the extraction. I got a numbing gel before they even did the shots and it was almost completely painless! The dentist at the Vancouver location was also really gentle, and very nice. All in all I would 100% trust them to do any emergency dental work again. Thank you for helping me!!

I chipped a tooth late Saturday night. A front bottom tooth, yep, right in the middle. I was very nervous about pain, waiting time, seeing someone not as good as my regular dentist, and of course, the cost of all this. I called the Emergency Tooth Doctor 24 hour line on Sunday morning and not only were they able to see me an hour later and get this tooth fixed but also had a very pleasant experience from the moment I stepped in their office: Front Desk was friendly and helpful, the doctor explained treatment recommendation very well; he was gentle, professional, and pretty much saved my weekend from all the stress I was feeling. Thank you!

The administrative personal that checks people in were incredibly rude. I took my mother in to set up an appointment and all the front lady did was talk over my mother and answer questions that were not even asked, assuming she knew the questions we were going to be asking. The other younger lady on the other hand was kind enough to allow my mother to ask her questions and, in-fact, did answer them. However, the main lady who was a little bit older, continued to talk down to us. I will never step foot in this place again. Not to mention that they left the office earlier than the closing time on the door stated.

Fantastic Experience Every Visit. These folks are the help you need!! They are on your side!!! So... . going to an emergency tooth doctor is not fun we all know this. I have gone there in pain and they LISTENED to me, they HELPED me and were KIND and very SKILLED and PROFESSIONAL. They are truely there for you. I went in as i was swollen in pain from an infected tooth. I told them exactly what was needed should they accept me. They scheduled me. I get there, they realized what was needed and then had the audacity to say they couldnt find my insurance. Receptionist just refused, i guess, to input the correct info i was giving her. I called my insurance next day and they said i was covered and there should have been no problem. I will never recommend this place, nor will i ever go back.

i would like to praise emergency tooth doctor, especially dr. pham, for the rapid call back when i left a voicemail. i was able to discuss my periodontal referral information with dr. pham. unfortunately, the provider's on my in-network listing were no longer with e.t.d. from my brief encounter with this office, i know for sure if my current dentist retires or relocates, i will definitely have emergency tooth doctor as my office of choice!

Was able to get a same day appointment for a very painful tooth and was given pricings for different options. Ended up getting a molar extracted which was painless and quick. They even brought the price down bc it was easy and quick. They could have easily ripped me off, which they didn't. The doctor helped me feel really comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Overall really great service!

Dr.mosley was an awesome caring dentist! I give him 5 starts all day this dental office was so kind everyone in there and my dentist couldn't get my molar numb for extraction they tried 3 times but he was able to do it the first time thank god!!!! I was sk scared and had everyone praying lol god is good I love this place . If u need a new dental office to go to come here you won't regret it!!@

They got me in ON A SUNDAY and removed a horrible tooth that had caused an infection - so painful!! The team of Dr Savage and Priscilla worked seamlessly together and we're even thoughtful enough to begin the numbing process first (before the additional paperwork) because they realized and cared enough about my discomfort! I can't say enough good things about this dental office! Thank you!

I totally demolished a front tooth at 730ish on Saturday. My wife called and scored me a 1pm appointment on Sunday. I was treated very good throughout the entire process and came away feeling great and being able to smile again since my two front teeth were repaired. Thank you Dr. Savage and staff. No insurance and still affordable.

They told me my tooth pain was from a filling I had done 3 years prior even after getting x-rays done. I went to a more professional dentist and they came to the conclusion it was my wisdom teeth. I got them out and no pain since. Highly recommend Granite Dental over these unprofessional dentists any day.

I've had alot of work done by Dr. Pham at the Vancouver branch. But I had a terrible toothache and was in pain all night. Called the 24hrs. Answering service and had a call back and a appt at east branch with Dr. Costello that morning. She was amazing. It was painless. I was very impressed and pleased.

I saw Thomas Pham for a procedure to remove my wisdom tooth today, I was so nervous and don’t do well with pain and it was a complicated tooth. He didn’t even have to cut it out and was finished way faster than expected. I am very happy and would recommend him to anyone who needs some work done

Very happy with the service I received here. I was able to get a last minute appointment, and Dr. Pham performed a difficult extraction relatively quickly. I came back the next week for a filling and cleaning. Overall very happy with the service I received and would recommend to others.

I went to the stark street location for work on a variety of dental issues. Ive been very pleased with the service. The dentist is great in performing extractions, fillings, etc with minimal discomfort as well as creating a good plan to fix my problems. I would highly recommend.

Dr Wanninger was super nice, made sure to check on me during prep and to make sure everything was good. Even called to check up on me the next day. People in the office are super nice also. I called at 6am because I couldn't sleep, they had me on office at 8am.

I can honestly say this is the best and most comfortable dentist i have ever been to. They schduled me for an appointment within the same day! I cant believe how nice and gentle they were. I had 3 fillings by two dentists and the numbing process was painless

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist... Who does? But after my visit I would gladly go back there for my regular dental work. The staff and the doctors are AWESOME. They are very helpful and very kind. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Does not accept OHP if you are over 21. Heard good things otherwise, but would have to pay for all my services out of pocket...so can't afford to go.
