Empire Dental is really, really great! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the actual doctors are incredibly kind and patient, which goes a long way if you're like me and have avoided dentists for years. Dr. Zeng is very gentle and compassionate - I did not feel judged or shamed at all for my history and when it came to the actual dental work, I didn't feel pain, only mild discomfort. I also really appreciated that she takes the time to talk you through exactly what she is doing and how you can expect to feel. And finally, the practice was very up front about what my work was going to cost and how my insurance would help. It might be too soon to say, but I think I may have conquered my fear of the dentist thanks to the team at Empire!

Went there to receive an opinion for Invisigline. I was told my 4 top front teeth were unproportional to all my other teeth & that's why I had a gap & I needed to shaved down some teeth or removed some... crazy. Refused to just scan my teeth. Gave me a price tag of over $6,000. Walked out. I went over to SmileDirectClub, got my teeth scanned, paid a clean 2,000, and received my aligners about a week and a half later. Their doctors didn't say a thing about the "unprortional teeth." I would not recommend anyone here. Looking at the other low rating comments, you can say these orthodontist at this clinic are ridiculous at how bad they messed with people's mouth. Looks great at first glance. I bet they are overcharging people .

I went here for the first time today for the evaluation of a tooth that will need to be extracted. The front desk staff (all three ladies) were super welcoming and the doctor was extremely sweet. She answered my many questions with ease and patience, and explained (very detailed) the reason why she could not perform the procedure that day but, instead, gave me a deep cleaning to ease inflammation/pain and prescribed medication while I wait for my extraction date. The entire staff was quite personable. Offices were clean (including the bathroom, which is a huge WIN for any doctor's office). I would totally come here for dental services on a regular basis.

I referred my sister there and she was seen by doctor zeng who is truly amazing and who explained what she needed step by step and made the visit so comfortable. Not to mention the two receptionists in the front , I cannot remember names, but they were so welcoming and one really explained her insurance benefits and went above and beyond to educate her while the other helped her understand all of the treatment she needed and her options. My sister didn’t feel judged in any way due to her finances, I can’t thank the staff and the doctor enough for making her visit pleasurable and I will be recommending empire dental to everyone I know

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. I had a problem with my tooth which was giving me a huge issue and i was in a lot of pain. I managed to get a urgent appointment with empire dental i came in the next morning i was introduced by friendly staff the doctors were very thorough and explained everything In simple terms so its easy to understand. I appreciate that and would recommend anyone who is looking to this practice. Shout out to Dr. Jenks and Dr. Bartov. Today I had an appointment with Dr Bartov who provided "regular maintenance" to my implants. I am grateful to him and his team for highly professional work, genuine care and respectful attitude, when every step of the procedure was explained. I need serious dental work and while doing my research, I found this to be the absolute best place to go. I booked an appointment with a lovely receptionist and as soon as I entered was greeted by an "Amazing" staff. Dr. Bartov explained what needs to be done and what to expect during the process. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional and assured me that I made the right decision! I even felt at ease during my cleaning. Dr Bartov was great through and through. He made me feel comfortable in the beginning stages when I had a lot of questions regarding my crowns and how it would look. He is a straight shooter and will get to the point which I appreciated. I got crowns on top of my 2 baby teeth. Now, it has been over one month now and I am really happy with how my teeth look now. I feel great about them, no problems with eating or pain. I'm overall happy with it. Only 4 stars because of some slight misinformation, however, I am happy with Empire Dental and would come back again. I recommend.

This is one of the best and cleanest Dentist Facilities i have ever came across. Upon arrival i was greeted by the manager Hadley, she is so sweet and very friendly. I came with an issue from a previous dentist facility and immediately Dr. Bartov knew exactly what to do, he was patient and very nice with the procedure, this man knows dentistry. In the end my issue was resolved thanks to the wonderful doctor and i also got my teeth whitened by Maria. She did an amazing job with making my teeth shine bright like a diamond! They also do invisalign!

I had so much pain on my wisdom tooth , it was waking me up at night.. dr bartov promised no pain and that the tooth would be out in 30 seconds ... I was completely shocked it legit was 30 seconds or less with no pain no problems I feel instantly better and I'm so thankful he is definitely the best dentist I highly recommend him !!! I really enjoyed my experience here. Everybody is very professional; they are very punctual with your appointment, which I found to be rare with other dentists. And when there is an emergency they will make time. when I last came in they saw one of my fillings needed to replaced and instead of waiting for me to schedule another appointment they quickly brought me into another room and quickly fixed the problem. Definitely will go back, 100% recommend to others.

Dr Zheng is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and has gentle hands. I have never felt such warmth from a dentist in my life and I have dealt with a lot of dental issues since I was a young adult. I can’t explain enough how great the whole staff was! I called to do a walk in for my 8 year old who was having pain in his tooth, my sister and sister n law have recommended them for a while too, but because my son is very combative I was hesitant. Dr. Bartov and his team are excellent. I’ve trusted him with dental implant work and I am more than satisfied with the results. He has excellent patient care, awesome quality of work, talks you through the procedure and what to expect and always “keeps it real with his diagnosis. He is super efficient and professional. He is also available on Sundays which is super convenient. I highly recommend his services.

When asked receptionist how much the treatment will cost she said a lower amount and after the treatment they asked three times more money. Guess they gave a quote of one fillings and I had three fillings done. They should consult the doctor and let us know the complete amount with taxes and fees rather than just the base cost. Apart from this, the doctors are nice and treatment is perfect!

Clean, nice staff...but the dentist pulled a tooth from me unnecessarily. (Another dentist found an infected abcess beneath ANOTHER tooth 2 days later, when my pain persisted. That dentist pulled the ACTUAL offending tooth, and I needed a bone graft, implant and crown because by then there was massive decay.) So basically EMpire Dentist charged me 1k to pull a poerfectly good tooth.

I recently found myself under your care for a root canal procedure. While there, I experienced such excellent customer service coming from the whole staff, especially Hadley; she was very polite, articulate, professional, and efficient. The owner/s and Doctor/s of Empire Dental should be proud of their outstanding staff and the high-class service they provide to this community.

Dr. Bartov is the best DMD I have ever met. He is meticulous, knowledgeable, friendly, and always make sure your questions and concerns are heard and answered. The best part is that it’s not just him who makes the clinic so excellent, he is backed by a strong team of hygienist and receptionists who make the experience top tier. This place is overcharge you for nothing. Dr. Bortov is a scammer. He charged my wife $20000 in advance and didn’t even complete the job. Saying he wont finish the job until he gets $10000 more. Very professional and friendly. Explained the reasons for procedures, which always had a health basis rather than just cosmetics alone. Staff were great to interact with. Paperwork was explained in detail as well. Cavity fillings were painless and pretty hassle-free.

I went in for teeth whitening and I have a pretty bad gag reflex but Maria made me feel comfortable and was by my side the entire time. Def would recommend as other spots have 1 consultation and 1-2 visits but this place does it all one one go so it saves you time.
