Awful. We booked a trip to the Shard & to see the Xmas lights in London. We waited at Ponders End, the coach arrived 20 minutes late due to "bad traffic in Barnet", we later found out it was because another passenger was late & they waited for her. We got to Waltham Cross where we were told they had missed a passenger at Ponders End who had been on the wrong side of the road & John had not done a head count. We had to wait for her so finally set off for London 40 mins late. For some reason we stopped off at the Museum of Docklands which was not on the itinerary & which no one was interested in, which also added to the journey time. We finally got to the Shard which was really good but felt rushed because the driver was desperate to get us back for the lights. We set off to see the lights but we only saw half of them because Enfieldian hadn't figured that some streets were closed to traffic/Pedestrian only. So we had to set off home earlier. You think they would have known that! We made our way ever so slowly through the rain & traffic, the driver taking the backstreets back to Barnet rather than the A roads, after several hours of this me & my Dad decided to get off the 1st stop we made in Barnet & take a 307 bus home back to Enfield. The driver seemed miffed that we didn't tip him, wonder why? Never booking again!

Big John is the rudest driver ever. I don't how the company has survived this long with his poor attitude. Today we are at Great Yarmouth, at the start of the journey he looked like he wanted to fight a passenger for asking for to use the toilet on the coach. 45 minutes were wasted at a service station at Bishop's Stortford. When we arrived we got let off in the coach park with vague directions to the shopping center and seafront. What we did know for sure is that he would leave at 5 pm with or without us. Charming man. If todays trip was with little John or Tim I would have given 5 stars.

Booked with Enfieldian Coach Tours for myself & 3 family members to visit Bury St Edmunds. Online booking was easy & pre-selection of seats was available. Good & friendly coach driver kept us updated throughout the trip. We throughly enjoyed St Edmunds market & brief visit to the Cathedral Gardens. Then on to a pre-arranged cream tea, unfortunately there were unexpected road closures, which the coach driver did his best to avoid but meant we didn't have as much time there as planned. That said the cream tea and fruit scones were delicious. Will definitely be booking another trip soon. :)

I have seen a few bad reviews about Enfieldian? I have NO idea how this is possible. I am disabled and I have always had good honest communications with ALL at Enfieldian. It is the only coach tour company I use. The drivers are polite & friendly and the staff at the Enfield office are polite, friendly, down to earth & professional people. Without Enfieldian I would have been at a loss. Enfieldian are 100% a decent company with good cheap tours all over the UK from Stamford to The Isle of Wight, Kent & numerous other locations 10/10

28/5/23 Mississippi Riverboat Cruise. Driver miserable and unpleasant. Took 5 1/2 hrs to get there and 3 1/2 hrs return journey. Only had 3 hours in Horning because driver drove so slow. On top of that, driver didn't STOP talking over the microphone, endless, endless, useless information about things that weren't there anymore along the motorway. Constant interuptions from him ruined any chill time for anybody or conversation with friend. Worse trip on couch ever because of this driver. Enfieldian please get him to stop talking.

Purchased 2 tickets on Sunday afternoon 6/8/23 for a next day trip to Southend, tickets came through in an email. Arrived early at our departure point with said tickets to be waiting for 20 mins. No coach Arrived I called office to be told you are not on the passenger list even though money was taken out of my account and I had tickets. Absolutely disgusting service. I had taken my last day's leave off work to go nowhere. If I could give a zero star I would.

I recently started going on their day trips, and can honestly say that I so look forward to my next one. The coach always turns up at the time listed, and the driver called John is very good at pointing out interesting things on the way. Also, Every one of their staff are a joy to deal with. They are all so obliging and friendly on the phone. Nothing being a bother. Well done! Keep up the good work. Leslay

Together with my sister we went on so many Enfieldian coach trips. We have enjoyed these day trips, some more than others. My sister recently passed away but I will always remember the happy times we enjoyed on Enfieldian.

I booked a day trip to Eastbourne but due to personal reasons had to cancel I have read terms & conditions but still would it hurt to refund my £30 or transfer my booking for another occasion as a gesture of goodwill

I went to Brighton with enfieldian for the first time and it was great experience. The coach was very comfortable driven by Terry who is a credit to the company. I will definitely travel with them again …

Dreadful, creepy very large driver eyeing up my lady, pushy for tips as no tax paid on them. Dirty coach and aggressive driving on many occasions. Stopped for ages at services, avoid this company!

The coach had dirty chairs need a good hoover the seat trays very dirty need a good wipe!! Fag butt on floor and chewing gum on chairs. Spend to long at service station which was Unnecessary!!!

Trip to Brosdstairs seats dirty with food obviously from last trip. Windows so dirty inside and out .this is third trip driver not that socialable shan't be doing it again !

Very good value for money. Convenient pickup points, knowledgeable drivers and clean well serviced coaches. They offer some wonderful trips.

Enjoyable day out in Norwich, full marks to John the driver for what must have been a long and difficult journey with traffic problems etc
