!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NICHT MIETEN !!!!!!!!!!! Habe einen Mietwagen am 02.03.21 bestellt. Bei Ankunft am Shelter warten bereits 10!! Verzweifelte und ärgerliche Kunden auf ihren Mietwagen. Zum Teil seit 6 Uhr morgens oder des Vortages. Begründung: Sattelschlepper mit den zu vermietenden Autos sei in die falsche Richtung gefahren?!?!?! - kann doch nur ein schlechter Witz sein. Nach langem Warten entschied man sich eine Warteliste zu machen da es aus welchem Grund auch immer doch einzelne Wagen zur Verfügung gab. Gut... 10 Uhr war die Reservierung man bot mir mir 14 Uhr an. Klang fair. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen gegen 14 Uhr war Herr Schnell auf einem Außentermin. - lach. Könnte mir nicht sagen ob es heute noch klappen würde ich solle mich doch wie alle anderen es anscheinend getan haben auf einer anderen Plattform um einen Wagen kümmern. Gut bis hierhin habe ich für alles vollstes Verständnis dass Herr Schnell in dieser Sache keine Verantwortung trägt und auch nicht mehr als nötig machen wollte. Aber weiter im Skript, ich bitte um Stornierung des Mietvertrages ohne eigene Kosten. Ja natürlich darum würde er sich höchstpersönlich kümmern und sofort erledigen und ja ich solle nächstes mal Unbedingt bei ihm anrufen wenn ich einen Wagen Miete und er gibt mir dann ne super Karre zum Super Preis. Natürlich wurde der Preis abgebucht und nicht zurück erstattet und Seit !!!2!!! WOCHEN und mehrmals täglich angerufen warte ich auf eine Bestätigung VON Herrn Schnell dass keine Wagen verfügbar waren und ich somit diese Email verdammt noch eins endlich einreichen kann und somit meine Mietkosten erstattet bekomme. Zwischen ihm und seiner zweiten Mitarbeiterin herrscht absolut keine Kommunikation, beide verweisen bei den einzelnen Gesprächen auf sich gegenseitig und man würde das alles so schnell wie möglich erledigen. UNTER ALLER SAU. DER SCHLECHTESTE KUNDENSERVICE. INKOMPETENTE MITARBEITER. UNPROFESSIONELL. NICHT MIETEN Ich weiß bei weitem nicht wo man diese Mitarbeiter findet. Ob die Mindestqualifizierung pro Jahr einen cm in der Schule wachsen war oder allein sabbern ausreichend war. Denn denken oder der gleichen ist hier nicht drin.

I had an extremely positive experience today at this Enterprise location, it was so good that I wanted to share on Google and I am surprised at the number of negative comments that I am seeing here because I thought the team did very well. I first had trouble locating the office, so I called them. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and provided me clear directions on how to get there. When I entered I was greeted warmly by Mario and Pascal who took down my information and proceeded to process my reservation. Things went by relatively quickly and they handed me the keys to my rental, however it was not the car I had booked. I had reserved a sedan and was receiving a SUV. Sensing I was not quite happy with this, they quickly called over Carla who immediately gave me alternative options, even going as far to calling other close-by locations to find me the vehicle I wanted. Ultimately, I never got the sedan but I did get a very nice SUV. Specific cars are not guaranteed, and it was Oktoberfest, so I can understand why my options were limited. Pascal was even nice enough to walk me over to the SUV, and show off how nice it was sharing some information about its features, which did make me feel better about the SUV I had for the weekend. (I know... First world problems!) Not getting "what I wanted" did not mean I didn't have a great experience. Mario and Pascal were very nice, extremely professional and called their manager when they sensed something was not quite 100%. Carla, the assistant manager took immediate action, doing everything she could in order to help me to the best of her ability. All three agents I interacted with acted in the highest regard of customer service. If you are a customer looking to rent a car, I would recommend this business. If you are the owner of this business I just want to say it is these type of individuals that will make your business stand above the rest and they should be recognized for their efforts.

Leider war die ganze Erfahrung bei dieser Filiale sehr schlecht. Ich kann verstehen, dass bei hoch Season sehr anstrengenden für die Enterprise Mitarbeiter sehr stressig ist, aber leider ist bei uns sehr schief gelaufen. Wir müssten 2 Stunden warten, aber theoretisch sollten wir ein VW Tiguan bekommen (genau was wir reserviert hatten). Am Ende, wenn wir im Parkhaus waren, hat die Mitarbeiterin gesagt, dass Sie die Schlüssel verloren hatte. Sie hat uns ein anderes Auto gegeben von der Premium-Klasse, was theoretisch gut klingt, aber leider war das Auto zu klein. Wir sind zurück zur Filiale gegangen, un zu fragen, ob es ein anderes Auto gab, oder ob wir von einer anderen Filiale ein Auto abholen könnten. Leider konnte der Mitarbeiter uns nicht helfen. Er hat uns gesagt, dass am nächsten Tag wurden wir den neuen Vertrag für das Auto bekommen, aber nach 6 Tage haben wir nichts bekommen (JA, wir sind die ganze Zeit ohne Vertrag gefahren). Natürlich habe ich versucht die Filiale zu kontaktieren, aber keine Antwort). Hoffentlich kommen keine versteckten Kosten am Ende. :( Kleine Update: Ich habe schon das Auto zurückgegeben und leider habe ich den aktualisierten Vertrag nie bekommen. Beim Enterprise Kundenservice gab es leider auch keine Hilfe. Bis jetzt hatte ich immer ein guter Service bei Enterprise. Leider war dieses Mal alles sehr unprofessionell. 2. Update: Selbständig hat Enterprise en weiteres Fehler gemacht. Die haben keine Rechnung geschickt und am Ende gab es plötzlich eine Auszahlung an Enterprise in meiner Kreditkarte für 3x so viel wie der ursprüngliche Mietkosten. Jetzt muss ich leider das Problem mit dem Kundenservice abklären.

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir hatten vorab einen „SUV“ gemietet, da wir mit Rollstuhlfahrer anreisten. Vor Ort haben wir uns dann auf einen VW Sharan geeinigt. Da die Autoabholung nicht direkt am Standort ist sondern ein paar hundert Meter weiter, liefen wir los & suchten das Auto auf dem zuvor vermitteltem Stockwerk im Parkhaus. Hier war das Auto jedoch nicht zu finden. Also mit Rollstuhl und Koffern wieder zurück zum Empfang. Hier wurde versichert, dass das Auto dort stehen muss - wir sollten nur genauer schauen. Nochmal zurück war immer noch kein Auto zu finden, keine Hilfsbereitschaft vorhanden seitens Enterprise. Das Auto war dann ein Stockwerk höher. Die Sitze im VW waren verbaut, die hinteren Sitze im Kofferraum zusammengeklappt. Das Auto dreckig von innen & außen. Hier war ein einladen samt Rollstuhl nicht möglich. Fotos gemacht und zurück zum Enterprise Schalter. Hier hieß es, wir sollten den Wagen zurück auf sein Stockwerk fahren, alle Papiere & Schlüssel zurück an den Schaltern bringen und auf eine Abnahme eines Mitarbeiters warten. Danach durften wir uns einen anderen Wagen holen…. Uns wurde dann ein Toyota zugeteilt, hier wollten wir noch einen Zweitfahrer zutragen lassen - da mussten wir für 5 Tage 60€ zuzahlen. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Kulanz, keine Freundlichkeit, keine Entschuldigung. Wir waren fast zwei Stunden am hin & her laufen zwischen Schalter und Parkhaus bis wir ein Wagen hatten. Leider waren wir auf den Wagen angewiesen, da wir den Rollstuhl samt Fahrer dabei hatten sonst hätten wir an Ort und stelle irgendwann alles stehen lassen. Überheblich und unfreundlich - Nie wieder!

TRAVELERS BEWARE If you are doing your due diligence, then you'll note that every other review for this location mentions being charged for damages the renter was not responsible for. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to my partner and I. We rented a vehicle from this location and after waiting for 45 mins because the car we secured "wasn't ready", we were then rushed through the rental process and told "a walk-around won't be necessary" as all damages had been noted by the agency. Upon returning the car we were told the same thing, "a walk-around isn't necessary, just leave the keys in the passenger side seat." A day later I have a charge on my credit card for 950 euros. When trying to get more information, I had to contact enterprise 5 times, and during that time only one person, Justin Reinhold, got back to me. Justin confirmed that the damages to the rental were from a previous renter, but when trying to prompt for more information, he went silent. The only communications since, have been from the Damage Recovery Unit, which continues to invoice for the damages regardless of the written documentation that my partner and I are not responsible. This has now been going on for a month. All this to say, we won't be renting from Enterprise again. AVOID THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR. Very suspicious business. Update: Despite enterprise commenting here, this issue was not resolved and we were charged for the damages despite going back and forth for 3 months.

I rented the car here from June 16 to June 24. Firstly everything was smooth and I also appreciate the staff Pascal assistance while finalizing the contract. We got the upgrade car also. Our main issue is with deposit refund and wrong starting kilometers, in the contract it shows the car has been driven 82810 km. However when we received the car it was 84430.7km . I have taken the pictures before starting our journey also after 30 min of driving as well. It seems to me that they didn't update the last person kilometers in the system. I drove from 84430.7 to 85677 total of 1246.3km in our entire trip but they sent the invoice of 2867km in which 2400km came in rental agreement and they charged me additional kilometers. Our whole entire trip was under 1500 kilometers which I had planned month ahead. According to them we drove more than 2800 km which is absurd. I have put my brief travel route plan. For me to cover 2800 km I have to make 3 laps of same itinerary. I have tried to contact them multiple times, I send emails with photos and evidence and request them to give my deposit back, I call them in the same branch but no response at all. So, I came to give the review. Customers should never be liable for company negligence. They report incorrect data in their system and why we have to pay the price for their negligence. You guys already wasted my valuable time. Please resolve this issue as early as possible and otherwise I am ready to take legal actions.

Einmal und nie wieder, ich dachte nie das mir sowas in Deutschland passiert. Sehr schlechter Service hatte mit meinem Fahrzeug heute Nachmittag eine Panne und sollte über die Mobilitätgarantie einen Leihwagen erhalten. Wurde von der Fa. Angerufen mir wurde versichert das ich das Fahrzeug in einer Stunde bekomme. Nach einer 1,5 Stunden habe ich angerufen und wollte wissen wann mein Leihwagen kommt. Dann wurde mir erzählt das der Fahrer irgendwelche Probleme hat und erst in 1 Stunde bei uns wäre. Nach wieder 1,5 Stunden habe ich die Firma wieder angerufen dann hieß schon wieder das der Fahrer wieder mal Probleme hat und erst in 45 Minuten bei mir wäre was natürlich nicht stimmte. Nach wieder eine Stunde hieß es der Fahrer braucht 30 Minuten, danach nur noch angebliche 20 Minuten. Habe mich mehrfach bei der Hotline beschwert die mich immer wieder abgewimmelt haben. Ende das Spiel war das ich 6 Stunden auf mein Leihwagen warten müsste. Was ich nicht verstehe warum nimmt man Aufträge an die man nicht gewährleisten kann und wenn man schon Aufträge annimmt dann zu mindest ehrlich mit den Kunden umgehen und von Anfang an sagen das es ca. 6 Stunden dauern kann. Wenn wir dies vorher gewusst hätten währen wir anders nach Hause gefahren und uns den Leihwagen nach Hause lieferten lassen. Wirklich sehr unverschämt wie man mit Menschen umgeht die eine Panne hatten. Riesen Minus Punkt auch für ADAC solche Firmen Aufträge geben.

My feedback: I have tried to extend the hire of a car. The following steps were necessary: I called the so-called hotline. The lady was nice but couldn't help me as I can only extend the rental directly at the Arnulfstrasse 2 location. After several attempts and 20 minutes on the line, I was told that no-one would answer the phone there. However, the lady will forward my request by email. I should receive a confirmation email in response. After not receiving an email 48 hours later, I called again. Same procedure, again no answer. I then tried to reach the number of the station within the specified opening hours, again without success. The message was that I was calling outside opening hours. In fact not correct! So I wrote an email to the correct email address and received no reply. My last attempt was to call the hotel reception where the car hire agency counter is and ask if I could speak to the person in charge. Then I finally got through to someone. The gentleman on the phone was finally able to help me but dismissed the process with: "We are busy at the weekend and he couldn't do anything about it". I am super dissatisfied with the non-existent service. No apology, no attempt to improve, no replacement service offered. You have lost me as a customer, let's go to SIXT!

I rented from Heidelberg and returned at Munich. The car collection process was smooth. The staff went through the process of checking the condition of the car, telling me what petrol to pump and how to use the navigation system. A 250 euros credit card deposit was also collected. I added on GPS, hence I was given a car that came with a built-in navigation system. However, on the first day I realized the navigation system did not factor in road closures/blocks and I ended up only using Google maps (with offline map downloaded) for the rest of the trip without lost of connection experienced. I would also recommend spending more to opt for the damage waiver. Apparently I was told by the staff at the drop-off point that one tyre rim was scratched. Thankfully I wasn't charged for the damages and the deposit was refunded. I've also learned that next time I should take a picture of the condition of the car during car collection. I had a hard time finding the car drop off point. It is not at NH collection hotel but at a parking garage (Parkhaus an der Marsstrasse, Hirtenstrasse 14, 80335 München). Just make sure you turn into the entrance that states "Car Return" with the Enterprise logo (as shown in picture)

Stay away from this location by all means. The final price is totally different from what was promised in the reservation received from Enterprise web site. They simply increased my price by 25% because of "premium location" (Gebühr Für Premium-standort) which cost extra 100 EUR, although the original reservation they promised to charge just 11 EUR for the location. Also, there is a mess with list of country you are allowed to drive on the rented car. The list they sent me originally was different from the one provided in the contract, so I had to change my plans because of that. Also, I had to sign the contract in German language, they didn't give me an English version. When I asked for it, the agent told me the English version will be sent by email, but instead he sent only German version. I had to waste my time return to the location and demand the English copy of the contract. Now I am trying to discuss all those issues with Enterprise support, I didn't get any resolution after more than 2 weeks. Extremely dissapointing! The bottom line, I will never use Enterprise when in Europe again.

Sie haben mir fast 40 Euro mehr berechnet, als sie haben sollten. Ich habe das Auto mehr als 2 Stunden früher als in der Rechnung angegeben zurückgegeben. Auch Kilometerzahlen sind sehr falsch! Mieten Sie hier nicht und sparen Sie Zeit und Geld! Es scheint, dass ihr Schema darin besteht, während der Buchung einen Preis zu haben, aber später werden sie einfach Ihr Bankkonto ausrauben. Absolute Betrüger! ---------------------------------- STAY AWAY from this rental spot! Very bad experience! The bill that I've received from Enterprise after the rental is incorrect. They charged me almost 40 euro more than what they should have. I have returned the car more than 2 hours earlier than stated in the bill. Also kilometre numbers are very wrong! Don't rent here and you will spare your time and money! It seems that their scheme is to have one price during booking, but later they will just rob your bank account. Absolute fraudsters!

We rented a car at Munich hbf from June19 to June 23 (booked through expedia with tax and fees included). We were collected 50 euro deposits by them and was told that it will be refunded upon the car return. However, after we returned the car, they didn't return the deposits. They somehow sneaked in to justify it with extra 50 euro mixed tax/fee charges, despite the tax/fee were included for the expedia reservation. We sent several inquiries through their customer service website (German site) and phone calls through enterprise customer service at USA (they can only leave the message to the Munich office), but we got no reply. After one month, we received 1 email saying the charges were correct. We replied to point out the error and received no answer since then. We purchased full insurance from them, yet they still managed to cheat on us with extra tax and fees! Such a dishonest business and horrible horrible customer service. Stay away from them!

Just adding to the list of people that was scammed by this location. Upon returning the car, the check in clerks identified a ripped tire and said the rim was damaged as well as a small scratch on the car. Was sent a bill for $1700. While using the car for 1 week, I did not knowingly cause any damage to the car. This was only identified upon a very thorough inspection of the car upon return. As a National car Execute Elite, and over 127 rental days this year and over 200 rental days last year with 0 incidents. I have come to trust National and their parent company. This location however seems like a bunch of scammers that use fake damage claims to increase their bottom line. It's very clear this is true from all of the reviews here. I will be sending this locations reviews to the enterprise corporate office for review, the owners responses on each of the reviews does not help when the same issues are reported over and over.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Really poor service. AVOID THIS AGENCY HAD BOOKED THE CAR AND SHOWED THE CHARGES MENTION ON THE BOOKING. STILL THEY CHARGES ME MORE SAYING THE EXTRA AMOUNT IS DEPOSIT. ALL THE BEST TO CONTACT THEM. THE NUMBER MENTIONED DOES NOT WORK. REALLY IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, you are on your own. HAD TO VISIT 2 different enterprise car rental to get their email and get my money back. Got a car which was below the category of the car I booked. The guy at the counter really unprofessional and not supportive and giving wrong info. ———————————————— Also total scam. 3 months after returning the rental car, I was given a damage claim of more than 500 euros. According to Enterprise, the entire rim had to be replaced - which i am sure not done by us. When i checked online other customer also complained the same. Never seen such service at car rental. Car was dirty and not washed.

Terrible experience! Do not rent a car with this company! They'll rob you. I rented a car at the Aidenbachstraße 30, 81379 München, Germany and returned the car as it was given to me. The next day, they charged my card $1215 extra for a dent in the bumper that I allegedly caused. I know I didn't. Nothing impacted the vehicle while I had it. That's a ridiculous amount of money too, more than 4x the price of the rental. They won't provide any pictures or proof of their claim and they are just blaming me for something I did not do. Contacted them but it's just going in loops saying they'll contact me or giving me different email addresses. I am not in the position to just throw away that large amount of money. They'll try to cheat you and charge you as much as they can. I feel robbed. Complety regret renting here. My experience in Germany was ruined by this cheating company.

Booked a VW Golf Variant to pick up at 10am. Was there 5/10min before 10am. Was immediatelly attended and was asked to wait a bit for the car to be ready. Up untill here all good. Meanwhile other customers started to arrive. After a bit a lot of costumers were already waiting. Time kept passing by...some customers that arrived and got attended after me started to get their cars... Not me! I was repeatedly asked to wait. Poor explanations were given as to why I had to wait all this time and why other costumers already got their car. Was asked if I would like to have a T-cross or pay 25€ for an upgrade for A6. Really?after whis whole waiting time I would still have to pay for an upgrade?thats great costumer service... Not even mentioning that the car that I booked wasnt available(VW golf variant). It is now 1h30min later after I arrived...still no car in sight.

We had the experience with Mario at the enterprise service in the nh Collection hotel. We had booked a 9-seat car to drive to a wedding but due to a sick child could not get in time to Pick up the car (latest pick up 12 pm, we would have only arrived at 1 pm). Mario stayed and waited for us the one hour more, looked for solutions and tried everything so we could get the car even though he did not have to do that, was probably not paid for the one hour overtime that he did and had a very urgent appointment he had to attend at 1 pm. Also there were Problem with the car that we ordered so he gave us another and even said that for the "inconvenience" he would make a Deal regarding the fuel (only have to return it half full). All in all: Mario went above and beyond with everything. Best customer experience I had at any Service Provider in a long long time.

Der Management Trainee Pascal Seifert war ein absoluter super toller Mitarbeiter. Solche Menschen werden sehr Rar heutzutage. Aber NIE wieder bei Enterprise. Unseriös. Es wurde mir mehr abgebucht als mir gesagt wurde. BEISPIEL: Mann kauft einen Fernseher für 500€ und diese Summe sollte auch abgebucht werden. Zum Schluss zahlst du 599€ weil die MwSt moch hinzukommt obwohl sie schon drin ist in dem Preis.Und ausserdem es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Auto wurde mir nicht vollgetankt übergeben.Dreckige Sitze, Schäden obwohl die nicht deklariert wurden. Nie wieder. Ich lass mich hier nicht verarschen. ES ist der 28.03.2023 und Enterprise hat immer noch keinen Stellung genommen auf meine EMails. Richtig unseriös..Auch der Manager vom Flughafen wollte mir helfen und nichts ist zurück gekommen. Lasst die Finger weg von Enterprise. Lege ich euch zu Herzen.

Another client that was there at the same time as I was picking up a rental yesterday is in contact with me because we are suspicious of this branch of Enterprise. They did not provide us a walk thru of the car but instead left us at a parking garage where we were instructed to go find the car ourselves. We were told the car was on the 5th floor and it wasn’t . That immediately raised a flag with him and me. I did not get a copy of the paperwork but an email. No spare tire in both of the cars - which is unusual. I have already contacted the corporate office of Enterprise because I don’t expect this to end well. I am warning this agency right here and now to not mess with giving me a bill for damages or any other scammer’s practice. If you do, I will get in touch with the appropriate German authorities overseeing this branch of service as well.

I would definitely like to give 0 stars for this if I was given an option. We got the key for our car at 17:43 and we had to walk 100 meters to take a car on the fifth floor from a parking slot near Central station. It would have been 18:00 before we could find the car on a Friday and gave it back on Sunday on 18:10.They charged 100 EUR additional money without any consent and information. I called 4 to 5 times and could not reach them. I called another Enterprise and informed about my situation. They informed me that they will give a call back in half an hour. I didn’t get max call. I called them the next day and they informed me that the additional charge was due to the time we exceeded that was 10 minutes. I had an irritating experience. I will rent a car with Enterprise from now on.

Attention! You have already wasted our week on a small talk that you are avoiding and for God's sake, I don't know why you are afraid of facing the customer afterward! Be brave to face! ❤️ Hey, why don't you guys even pick up any calls and reply to the email we have sent 100 times to you? Is that only a one-time deal with you guys or do you even care about your customer afterward??? Don't let us also spread big news all around with the charges and all you have falsy charged to us! We even tried calling a booking service number and they forwarded us to the inquiry number but even after waiting for an hour, you guys don't even bother picking it up! Is this the way you deal with your customer? Please there's been a big misunderstanding with your company which we wanna talk about!

We were supposed to rent a car at 3 pm. They told us they don't have a car to rent us b/c the car that we were supposed to rent had been damaged. they said just wait for another couple of hours or go to the airport to rent a car. we had to waste more than 2.5 hours when we were finally sent to another enterprise shop at the airport and found out that what they've told us was not true, realized that they keep sending people to the agency located in the airport saying that they don't have a car to rent due to the damage. how fantastic and enthusiastic the staffs are; that they make you wait for couple of hours or go to another renting place with smiley face! they are indeed so capable of what they are doing that you can hardly rent a car you reserved!

Mixed experience at this pick-up point. The first employee (male - blonde) was not very helpful and made us wait around for four hours in the hope of a replacement car. He also tried to sneak out at the end of his shift, without given us an update. The new guy at the counter was amazing though (Dzenan Stilic). He found us a replacement car within minutes, completely quashing all of the information the first employee had given to us. It really turned a negative experience into a really positive one. So if you have problems, don't always believe what you are told first time around. And if all else fails - ask to speak to Dzenan :) @Enterprise - Get Dzenan to talk to all of your reps on how customer service should be done.

NIE WIEDER BERUFLICH & PRIVAT Es wurde einem am Schalter Falschinformationen gegeben, die dazu geführt haben, dass man wegen Spätabgabe nachzahlen muss. Trotz mehrfachen Hinweis, dass wir explizit über das Firmenportal keine Uhrzeit außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten für den kontaktlosen drop-off angeben konnten. Am Schalter hieß es sei kein Problem und die am Schalter Vereinbarte Uhrzeit wurde auch eingehalten. -Es wurde versucht ein extra Versicherungsprodukt zu verkaufen, obwohl man als Geschäftskunde schon versichert ist. ->Man wird einfach mit böser Absicht als dumm verkauft und angelogen - & der Kunden Service in München ist einfach unbeholfen und reagiert nicht Falls möglich lieber meidet lieber den Verleih hier….

Never use this company again. Come to pick up point and managers asked for passport, but we had scan copy to start process and was ready to bring it after. Ok, no problem valid passport is the point and we made our way back to hotel to take our passport(spend money and time). After return manager said that our reservation is cancelled due to security reasons and gave us 0 explanations. Earlier we received email with confirmation of our reservation and charged full amount. Actually twice, because we made some changes and system charges full amount and should refund previous but at this moment amount is blocked twice. Managers are useless and have no information or attorney to do something and help us.

I've rented a car from Alamo/Enterprise located in NH Hotel near Munich HBF. We returned the car without any damages at non-working hour, parked in a parking lot and left the keys in the box. Days later we received our deposit back. Few more days later I received an email that the car is damaged. There was photo of a damaged tire/rim with very bad quality. Without any proofs and all the time referring to the fact that "you signed a document that you're accepting our terms and conditions", they charged from me 900+ EUR. They are just group of scammers, always consider other rentals. The only photo they provided is attached

I have a car reserved for Saturday 10:00 am. and guess what, when I arrived the worker from Enterprise was not there and in the hotel they told me: "you need to wait until Monday". My train unfortunately got delay and I arrive 2 hours later. I tried to call many times for informing my delay but no one answered. No one tried to contacted me either (they have all my data, phone and email) in the meantime. Since then no one answer my phone calls or emails. What I did? I had to hire Sixt for a better service and I am still waiting for an answer from Enterprise to get my money back.

Aufgrund von Bahnstreik und Überbuchung standen am Samstag morgen fast keine der gebuchten Fahrzeuge zur Verfügung, das Team vor Ort durfte sich in einer Tour entschuldigen bei den verärgerten Kunden. Ich war sehr beeindruckt vom Einsatz von Herrn Schnell, der sich selbst nach offiziellem Dienstschluss um 12 Uhr noch dafür einsetze, mir einen Wagen zu beschaffen und letztlich um 15:30 h nochmal zurückkam, um ihn mir zu übergeben. Das ist das Gegenteil von "Dienst nach Vorschrift" und ein toller Einsatz an einem Tag, an dem ich nicht hätte tauschen mögen mit den Kundenberatern am Schalter von Enterprise...

Dieser Ein-Stern-Bewertung ist schon zu viel für diese Station und dem Service Nach einer 800 km langen Anreise erfuhr ich, dass das gebuchte Fahrzeug nicht verfügbar war. Ich musste 1,5 Stunden warten und wurde dann 40 km zum Münchner Flughafen gebracht. Dort stimmte ich widerwillig einem Ersatzfahrzeug zu, das jedoch erheblich beschädigt war, ohne angemessene Dokumentation. Nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden erhielt ich keine Antwort und fühle mich seit einem Monat im Stich gelassen. Ein derartiges Nichtstun habe ich im Ausland erlebt, aber in Deutschland noch nie. Kurz gesagt: Nicht empfehlenswert.

DON'T rent a car from Enterprise or Alamo located in NH Hotel near Munich HBF. They’re scammers and robbers. Neither I nor any of my colleagues or friends are never going to use their services. I've returned the car without any damage. A week later they wrote an email that the car was damaged and sent poor photo that couldn't be proof that I damaged the car. They didn't agree to review and provide any videos from parking lot, after I parked the car. They charged from me 934 EUR just by referring that you’ve signed a document. This is not a rental company. They are just a scammers.

Habiamos relizado una reserva online, quisimos modificarlo y ni desde atención al cliente podian resolverlo. This enterprise location is definitely dodgy. We booked a car on Aug 1, returned Aug 2, and they did not walk around the car with us. We emailed in additional damage noted, as they said to do on the day. Yet on August 10 they decide to "repair" damage and send a claim to us that we caused the damage on Sep 10. Despite us emailing the damage to the provided email address, they had the gumption to send me a damage repair bill which I now have to deal with the stress of countering. A stressful experience which I would not recommend.

This location is great in all aspects. Located right across the street from the Munich HBF (train station) in central Munich and in the first floor of a hotel, it is perfectly situated for ease. Their staff was very helpful when I had made a mistake with my booking - renting a manual car when I have no idea how to drive manual transmission. Mario, in particular, was very helpful and was able to fix my reservation and were very patient with my mistake. Next time I am in Munich I will most definitely be renting from them again!

Alles gut soweit, unser Auto (Golf-Klasse) war nicht verfügbar, aber als ich darauf bestand dass wir Stauraum brauchen hat der sehr freundlich Mitarbeiter uns ein Upgrade (Kombi) gegeben. Edit: ich muss leider mein Review revidieren. Das Auto hatte ein Problem (Motorwarnleuchte, Hinweis eine Werkstatt aufzusuchen) und es war unmöglich, die Station zu erreichen. Ich habe unzählige Male versucht, anzurufen und zweimal aufs Band gesprochen, aber es gab keinen Rückruf. Ich werde diese Filiale in Zukunft meiden.

Auf der Website steht, dass die Premiumklasse dem Audi A6 oder einem ähnlichen Auto entspricht. Tatsächlich haben sie nur den VW Tiguan in der Minimalausstattung mit einem 1,5-Liter-Motor angeboten, was natürlich nicht der Premiumklasse entspricht. Audi bieten sie überhaupt nicht an. Ich musste den WV Tiguan zu einem Premiumpreis nehmen, da ich keine Wahl hatte und eine Urlaubsreise geplant war. So habe ich zu viel Geld bezahlen. Ich habe per E-Mail Widerspruch eingelegt, aber nie eine Antwort erhalten.

Die schlechteste Autovermietung aller Zeiten. Ich habe noch nie eine so schlechte Erfahrung gehabt. Man kann sie telefonisch nicht erreichen. Ich habe mich beim allgemeinen Kundenservice beschwert und um einen Rückruf gebeten, aber ich habe keinen Anruf erhalten. Sehr schlechter Service. Die Kundenbetreuung ist sehr schlecht. Ich werde nie wieder zu Enterprise Rental Car gehen und werde auch anderen empfehlen, nicht zu gehen. Ich würde ihnen eigentlich 0 Sterne geben. Der schlechteste Kundenservice.

Rented in July 2022. Big scratch as I picked up the car that wasn't part of the damages. I followed their procedure, got it inspected with written confirmation before leaving the garage and emailed everything to the branch email. Poor internal processes as I got a 1000EUR damage claim 1 month later. I had to chase down but in the end the damage recovery unit waived the claim. I couldn't get a hold of them so I called the branch and they were very very helpful in helping me sort this out.

They gave us a damaged car and even though we told them it was damaged they said they knew about it. Then charged us 1000 euros 3 months later and did not listen to our complaint. Am Sonntag den 10.12.23 gegen 17:00 angemietet, am Montag den 11.12 am Berliner Flughafen abgegeben. Der junge Mann am Schalter, dessen Namen ich leider nicht mehr weiß, war super freundlich und man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Schnell, alles bestens erklärt und das Fzg im sauberen und sehr gutem Zustand im Parkhaus abgeholt. Die Wagengröße die wir gebucht hatten. Mietvertrag und Abgabe papierlos per Mail und SMS, perfekt. Danke, ich komme wieder. Kann Enterprise echt empfehlen.

In my opinion this is the best place in Mena to rent cars. The people are very nice and I’ve had good luck with them. Prices vary a lot depending on where you reserved, from which website, and where and when you pick up the car. On the weekend I paid about €35 to rent a car to move some boxes from one hotel to another. Everything went really smoothly and they didn’t try to upsell me or bad the bill. I was really happy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Die Damen bei denen ich am Montag 27.11 mein Auto abgeholt und am Samstag 2.12 zurückgegeben haben waren unheimlich kompetent und freundlich. Trotz der vielen Anfragen haben sie ihre Arbeit verlässlich und routiniert durchgeführt. Es war mir eine große Freude zu sehen, wie die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen ihren Job so gut gemacht haben. SCAM ALERT! AVOID! As others have mentioned here. Received and invoice of €950 for a "scratch" on a bumper one month after rental - they already withheld €250 deposit for said scratch. The "scratch" was not caused by us and we have photographic proof of this. The only evidence they have sent us of said claimed damage is shown here. No proof that is it even the same car we rented. Had posted Screen shots here of invoices etc but Google removes them.

Eigentlich wollte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, da Pascal vor Ort sehr nett und das Auto tip top war. Allerdings wurden uns 61,60€ als Tankvorverkauf berechnet, obwohl wir den Wagen voll abgegeben haben. Das ist auf der Rechnung ebenfalls ersichtlich. Leider keine Chance das Geld wieder zu sehen, da man vom Kundenservice KOMPLETT ignoriert wird. Abzocke, Scam und meiner Meinung nach klarer Betrug!

Ich hatte eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Sehr nette Servicemitarbeiterin am Schalter! Ich durfte mir aus verschiedenen Fahrzeugen in meiner gebuchten Klasse eines auswählen. Als ich im Parkhaus noch eine Frage zum Auto hatte, wurde mir sofort von einem Mitarbeiter geholfen. Rückgabe usw. hat auch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

We rented a car from Enterprise for one day. We picked up the car at 7am and returned the car at 5pm. When we returned the car, they claimed that we damaged the wheel and kept the $250 deposit. We did not damage anything. We were in no accident and the road was all smooth driving with no bumps. I feel this place is a scam. Do not rent from this place. Stay away.

This is the worlds slowest rental car station. 1 person works the desk and she’s completely incapable of getting things done in an orderly fashion. People waited for more than 3 hours and just left without their car cuz they couldn’t wait any longer. This is absolutely ridiculous, please stay away from thisrental car station if you can by any chance!!

I was positive experience. The process was easy and the staff is friendly. Mr. Justin is really supportive. Sometimes people misunderstand while returning the car because the guys checking the damages really don’t have the updated info in their system. So always check with the office and communicate with them properly. So you don’t have any problems.

Similar to other reviews, I was overcharged from my reservation, and have been calling enterprise with no resolution. The 250€ deductible was never returned, and extra fees were tacked on (for it being a premium location) that was not specified in the original reservation. Customer service continues to send emails but have not gotten resolution.

The man who assisted us, Mr. Ademsen, served us superbly -which was not easy, as we had three complex issues which he most successfully took care of for us. Strongly recommended!

Sehr, sehr nettes Team. Bemüht, such Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. Die Autos, die ich dort bisher gemietet habe, waren immer super. Die Rückgabe in dem Parkhaus um die Ecke lieg ebenfalls immer unkompliziert. Mini-Manko sind die engen Kurven bei der Ausfahrt. Sind nicht für große Autos gemacht. Aber mit etwas Gefühl klappt das schon.

Had a great experience at this location. Easy to get to and the fellow manning the counter was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. No hard sell on add-ons. Gave us a choice of vehicles (BMW M5 series, MBZ or VW SUV). We picked the BMW and it was clean and ready to go.

Wenn man schon per Telefon vorher klärt welche Autogrösse benötigt wird, dann sollte man auch dem entsprechend bedient werden. Aber hier „weiß“ man es offensichtlich besser und so wird dann gern aus einem Mittelklassekombi ein Mini-SUV. Mieser geht es kaum noch.

Wir haben eine Handyhalterung im Auto vergessen. Leider ist der Vermieter überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Egar per Email, Telefon, oder Whatsapp. Gebucht ist die Kategorie SDMR, bekommt ist die Kategorie ISUV. Das ist ein Downgrade.
